Abstract
本发明公开了一种不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有:溶菌酶、红茶菌、含有羊毛硫氨酸的乳酸菌素、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、双硫腙、柠檬酸铵。通过上述方式,本发明的不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂,化学稳定性好,无毒害作用,使用上安全,添加到食品中被人体摄入后,基本上都会随着粪便排出,不会富集在人体的体内。

技术领域
本发明涉及防腐剂领域,特别是涉及一种不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂。
背景技术
食品添加剂是为了改善食品色、香、味等感官品质,以及为防腐和加工工艺的需要而加入食品中的化学合成的或者天然的物质。防腐剂作为食品添加剂的一种,在食品添加剂中占有很大比重。自然界中的某些微生物本身或其代谢产物具有抑菌防腐的功效,是一种安全无毒、天然高效的食品防腐剂。现有的防腐剂被人食用后会在人体内富集,对人体造成伤害,影响使用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂,使用效果好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有:溶菌酶、红茶菌、含有羊毛硫氨酸的乳酸菌素、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、双硫腙、柠檬酸铵,所述不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,溶菌酶 14-19份、红茶菌 16-22份、含有羊毛硫氨酸的乳酸菌素 10-15份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯 2-6份、双硫腙 5-9份、柠檬酸铵 1-7份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,溶菌酶 14份、红茶菌 22份、含有羊毛硫氨酸的乳酸菌素 10份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯 6份、双硫腙 5份、柠檬酸铵 7份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,溶菌酶 19份、红茶菌 16份、含有羊毛硫氨酸的乳酸菌素 15份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯 2份、双硫腙 9份、柠檬酸铵 1份。

在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,溶菌酶 16份、红茶菌 19份、含有羊毛硫氨酸的乳酸菌素 13份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯 4份、双硫腙 7份、柠檬酸铵 4份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂,化学稳定性好,无毒害作用,使用上安全,添加到食品中被人体摄入后,基本上都会随着粪便排出,不会富集在人体的体内。

本发明的有益效果是:
一、所述不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂化学稳定性好,无毒害作用,使用上安全;
二、所述不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂添加到食品中被人体摄入后,基本上都会随着粪便排出,不会富集在人体的体内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂,其特征在于,所述不会在人体内富集的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,溶菌酶 14份、红茶菌 22份、含有羊毛硫氨酸的乳酸菌素 10份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯 6份、双硫腙 5份、柠檬酸铵 7份。
