本发明涉及的是一种达子香黄芪饮料及其制备方法,其中的达子香黄芪饮料由按重量份数计的以下组分加工而成,达子香叶片30-50份、黄芪叶片20-40份、茶叶15-30份、蜂蜜3-6份、抗氧剂1-3份、防腐剂1份、水780-1440份;所述的达来香为大兴安岭森林中生长的天然无污染的达子香叶片;所述的黄芪为大兴安岭森林中野生黄芪叶片。本发明不但具有达子香的独特风味,更具有生津止渴,清热解毒,润肺化痰,增强机体免疫功能,保肝,利尿,抗衰老,抗应激,降压,抗菌和消除疲劳等防病保健的特殊功效,且成本低,适合于各类人群。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,具体涉及一种达子香黄芪饮料及其制备方法。
二、背景技术
生活节奏越来越快,社会竞争越来越激烈,很多人因为工作、学习的压力,身体出现各种各样的不适,疲劳开始困扰着人们,抗疲劳的保健食品市面上也越来越多,但大多数保健品的价格比较高,对于普通民众来说,承受起来比较困难。
而饮料由于其价格适中是各阶层的人们都能接受的,但现有的饮料如碳酸饮料、果汁饮料、茶饮料主要用来解渴,口感好,已不能适应人们对饮料保健方面的需求,因此需要研究不仅价格低,且具备健康、保健、抗疲劳等功能的饮料,以适应社会需求。
三、发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种达子香黄芪饮料,这种达子香黄芪饮料具有生津止渴,清热解毒,润肺化痰,增强机体免疫功能,保肝,利尿,抗衰老,抗应激,降压,抗菌和消除疲劳等防病保健的特殊功效,本发明的另一个目的是提供这种达子香黄芪饮料的制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:这种达子香黄芪饮料由按重量份数计的以下组分加工而成,达子香叶片30-50份、黄芪叶片20-40份、茶叶15-30份、蜂蜜3-6份、抗氧剂1-3份、防腐剂1份、水780-1440份;所述的达来香为大兴安岭森林中生长的天然无污染的达子香叶片;所述的黄芪为大兴安岭森林中野生黄芪叶片。
上述达子香黄芪饮料的制备方法:
1)叶片自然晾晒或烘干:将达子香叶片和黄芪叶片置于自然条件下晾晒或置于80~100℃条件下烘干,直至叶片水分含量为3~5%;
2)浸提:达子香叶片30-50份、黄芪叶片20-40份和茶叶15-30份混合后,将混合好的配方材料加入到水中,水的重量份数是混合好的配方材料的重量份数的12倍,煮沸浸提10分钟后,采用超滤膜过滤,即得浸提液;
3)调配、灌装、杀菌:将步骤2)得到的浸提液在常温下,与蜂蜜3-6份进行调配,再添加抗氧剂1-3份和防腐剂1份,然后进行灌装、灭菌,即得到达子香黄芪饮料。
上述方案中抗氧剂为维生素C。
上述方案中步骤2)超滤膜过滤采用孔径0.3~0.5μm的超滤膜。
上述方案中步骤3)灭菌的方式为水域连续滚动灭菌,其水温为95~115℃,灭菌时间为10~30分钟。
本发明中达子香(拉丁名:Rhododendronsimsii&R.spp.,别名:兴安杜鹃、东北满山红、映山红、金达来、杜鹃花等),为杜鹃属植物,是黑龙江山区海拔干旱山瘠的林内花灌木,有行气活血、止咳怯疾、润肺化痰、补虚之效。叶枝供药用治支气管炎,有显著疗效;黄芪又叫北芪,具有增强机体免疫功能,保肝,利尿,抗衰老,抗应激,降压的作用。
有益效果:
本发明提供的达子香黄芪饮料,以达子香叶和黄芪叶为主要成份,添加茶叶、蜂蜜等原料,其中达子香叶片:行气活血、止咳怯疾、润肺化痰、补虚之效。叶枝供药用治支气管炎,有显著疗效;黄芪叶片:增强机体免疫功能,保肝,利尿,抗衰老,抗应激,降压;茶叶:消炎杀菌、降血压、降血脂、利尿、抗疲劳、止痢、抗辐射、抗衰老、抗癌等作用;蜂蜜:调补脾胃、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、润肠通便、润肤生肌、解毒。它们配合后不但具有达子香的独特风味,更具有生津止渴,清热解毒,润肺化痰,增强机体免疫功能,保肝,利尿,抗衰老,抗应激,降压,抗菌和消除疲劳等防病保健的特殊功效,且本发明提供的达子香黄芪饮料成本低,适合于各类人群。
四、具体实施方式
以下提供本发明的一些实施例,以助于进一步理解本发明,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于这些实施例。
实施例1:
这种达子香黄芪饮料由按重量份数计的以下组分加工而成,各组合为:达子香40份、黄芪30份、茶叶20份、蜂蜜4份、抗氧剂(维生素C)2份、防腐剂1份。所述的达来香为大兴安岭森林中生长的天然无污染的达子香(东北满山红)叶片;所述的黄芪为大兴安岭森林中野生黄芪叶片。
本实施的达子香黄芪饮料的制备方法,其步骤为:
1)叶片烘干:将达子香叶片和黄芪叶片置于80~100℃条件下烘干,直至叶片水分含量为3~5%;
2)浸提:将步骤1)烘干后的达子香叶片、黄芪叶片和茶叶按配方比例混合后,混合后的配方材料的重量份为90,将配方材料加入1080份水中,煮沸浸提10分钟后,采用0.5μm超滤膜过滤,即得浸提液;
3)调配、灌装、杀菌:将步骤2)得到的浸提液与蜂蜜4份进行调配,添加抗氧剂(维生素C)2份和防腐剂1份,然后进行灌装,采用水温为105℃的水域连续滚动法灭菌20分钟,即得到达子香黄芪饮料。
实施例2:
这种达子香黄芪饮料由按重量份数计的以下组分加工而成,各组合为:达子香30份、黄芪40份、茶叶30份、蜂蜜3份、抗氧剂(维生素C)1份、防腐剂1份。所述的达来香为大兴安岭森林中生长的天然无污染的达子香(东北满山红)叶片;所述的黄芪为大兴安岭森林中野生黄芪叶片。
本实施的达子香黄芪饮料的制备方法,其步骤为:
1)叶片烘干:将达子香叶片和黄芪叶片置于80~100℃条件下烘干,直至叶片水分含量为3~5%;

2.一种权利要求1所述的达子香黄芪饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:这种达子香黄芪饮料的制备方法:

3)调配、灌装、杀菌:将步骤2)得到的浸提液在常温下,与蜂蜜3-6份进行调配,再添加抗氧剂1-3份和防腐剂1份,然后进行灌装、灭菌,即得到达子香黄芪饮料。
