Abstract
本发明涉及一种聚酰胺溶液及其制备方法,属于高分子多孔薄膜材料的制备领域,所述的聚酰胺溶液由溶剂和聚酰胺组成,溶剂由组分1和组分2组成,在氮气保护条件下,首先在组分1中加入组分2,待组分2完全溶解后,再加入聚酰胺颗粒,恒温搅拌10小时左右至聚合物完全溶解,形成均相聚酰胺溶液体;该溶液体系可以通过浸没相转换化法来制备多孔膜材料,如平板膜、中空纤维膜等。

技术领域
本发明属于多孔薄膜材料的制备领域,特别涉及一种聚酰胺溶液体系及其制备方法。
背景技术
有机高分子多孔薄膜由于其优异的选择透过性能,被广泛的应用于水处理、电子、食品、环保、化工、冶金、医药、生物、能源、石油等领域。
有机高分子薄膜的制备方法主要有相转化法、溶出法、涂覆法、核径迹刻蚀法、化学聚合法、拉伸法等。相转化法是现阶段工业生产非对称高分子薄膜最常用的方法之一,该方法在成膜过程中,高分子溶液中溶剂和环境中非溶剂之间相互扩散引起聚合物凝胶固化,聚合物富相形成多孔基体,聚合物贫相形成孔隙。相转化法制备多孔薄膜的前提是聚合物能够溶解于合适的溶剂体系,并形成均相溶液。不同的溶剂体系所适用的相转化法也不尽相同,如浸没沉淀法、溶剂蒸发法、蒸汽相沉淀法、热沉法等。因此,溶剂体系的选择显得尤为重要。如醋酸纤维素的常用溶剂为丙酮或甲酸甲酯,聚丙烯腈的常用溶剂为二甲基亚酰胺,聚砜的常用溶剂为二甲基甲酰胺或二甲基乙酰胺,聚乙烯的常用溶剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或N-二羟乙基牛酰胺,脂肪族聚酰胺(如PA66、PA6、PA610、PA11、PA12 等)的常用溶剂为甲酸或浓硫酸。
尽管高分子的溶剂体系的选择范围较广,但能够真正应用于工业生产的溶剂体系并不多。究其原因主要有以下几个方面:第一,溶剂价格昂贵,生产成本高;第二,溶剂具有较强的腐蚀性(如硫酸、盐酸、甲酸等),对设备要求较高,从而大大的增加了固定资产的投资成本以及维修维护成本;第三,溶剂回收困难,容易给环境带来污染。因此,寻找一种价格低廉、腐蚀强度低、环境污染小的高分子溶剂体系,对工业生产显得尤为重要。
对于脂肪族聚酰胺,由于其内部分子链间存在较强的氢键作用以及偶极-偶极作用,使其具有较高的熔融温度和热力学稳定性,因此难溶于水和常见的有机溶剂,只能溶于甲酸、三氟乙酸、浓硫酸等少数高极性的有机溶剂或强酸中。而这些溶剂都具有强的腐蚀性,并不适合大规模工业化生产。然而,由于聚酰胺价格便宜,强度适中,又是制备膜材料的较为理想的高分子材料,具有非常广泛的应用领域。
鉴于此,本发明通过在一般溶剂中加入助溶剂的方法,使难溶的脂肪族聚酰胺颗粒能够充分溶解,并形成均相的脂肪族聚酰胺铸膜液。该铸膜液在常温条件下亦为均相溶液,可用于大规模的聚酰胺薄膜的工业生产。本发明优点在于成本低廉,操作简单,对设备要求低,制备的薄膜具有优异的分离性能。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供一种聚酰胺溶液体系及其制备方法。具体通过以下技术方案得以实现:

本发明还提供了一种聚酰胺溶液体系的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取一定质量的组分1、组分2和聚酰胺固体颗粒;
(2)在氮气保护条件下,将组分2加入到组分1中,加热搅拌直至组分2 完全溶解于组分1,加热温度控制在10-250℃范围内;
(3)在步骤(2)制备的溶液中加入聚酰胺固体颗粒,在氮气保护条件下,搅拌7-9h,加热温度控制在10-250℃范围内,至聚酰胺颗粒完全溶解,形成均相聚酰胺溶液,自然降温至室温,真空脱泡后即得所需聚酰胺溶液;
进一步地,所述的聚酰胺溶液体系的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取一定质量的组分1、组分2和聚酰胺固体颗粒;
(2)在氮气保护条件下,将组分2加入到组分1中,加热搅拌直至组分2 完全溶解于组分1,加热温度控制在100-160℃范围内;
(3)在步骤(2)制备的溶液中加入聚酰胺固体颗粒,在氮气保护条件下,搅拌6-10h,加热温度控制在100-160℃范围内,至聚酰胺颗粒完全溶解,形成均相聚酰胺溶液,自然降温至室温,真空脱泡后即得所需聚酰胺溶液;
再进一步地,所述的聚酰胺溶液体系的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取一定质量的组分1、组分2和聚酰胺固体颗粒;
(2)在氮气保护条件下,将组分2加入到组分1中,加热搅拌直至组分2 完全溶解于组分1,加热温度控制在130℃;
(3)在步骤(2)制备的溶液中加入聚酰胺固体颗粒,在氮气保护条件下,搅拌6-10h,加热温度控制在130℃范围内,至聚酰胺颗粒完全溶解,形成均相聚酰胺溶液,自然降温至室温,真空脱泡后即得所需聚酰胺溶液;
上所所述的聚酰胺使用前需在120℃下真空干燥4h以上;
上所所述制备聚酰胺溶液体系中,组分2与聚酰胺的质量比范围为1:2-5:1;
所述的制备的聚酰胺溶液体系中,组分2的质量分数范围为5%-30%、聚酰胺的质量分数范围为5%-30%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术效果体现在:
本发明通过合理的溶剂组合以及适当的助溶剂的选择,使只能溶解于少数强极性有机溶剂的脂肪族聚酰胺能够在常规有机溶剂中充分溶解,降低了生产成本以及生产过程中对设备的要求;本发明所制备的脂肪族聚酰胺铸膜液,通过浸没相转化法,可用来制备多孔膜材料,如平板膜、中空纤维膜等。且制备的聚酰胺材料孔洞分布均匀有序,孔径可控;并且该方法制备工艺简单,可进行较、大规模的生产。
为了对本发明的有益效果作进一步的说明,本发明还列举了部分实验例,旨在对本发明的有益效果作进一步说明,但决不对本发明的保护范围作范围作任何限定。
1、组方筛选研究:
本发明以聚酰胺溶液铸膜,以膜材料的孔洞分布均匀情况、孔隙率,孔径大小作为指标进行组分配量考察,其考察结果如下表1:

上述实验结果表明:本发明组方2与聚酰胺用量比对成膜材料的品质影响较大,因此,本发明优选组分2与聚酰胺的质量比范围为1:2-5:1;且组分2的质量分数范围为5%-30%、聚酰胺的质量分数范围为5%-30%,其制得的膜质量最佳。
2、工艺研究
本发明研究过程中发现聚酰胺溶液在制备过程中,发现温度参数对聚酰胺溶液质量的影响温度较大,因此,本发明以膜材料的孔洞分布均匀情况、孔隙率,孔径大小作为指标对温度参数进行考察,其考察结果如下表2:

上述实验表明:温度参数对聚酰胺溶液质量的影响温度较大,因此,本发明优选加热搅拌温度为100-160℃。
具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1聚酰胺溶液的制备:
(1)分别称取20g苯甲酸钠、60g草酸高铁铵和80g聚酰胺6颗粒;
(2)在氮气保护下将苯甲酸钠和草酸高铁铵一起加入到盛有200g乙二醇和200g异丙醇混合溶液的三口瓶中,常温搅拌40分钟,形成无色透明溶液;
(3)将80g聚酰胺6颗粒加入上述混合溶液,在氮气保护下,100℃温度下搅拌8小时,使聚酰胺6颗粒完全溶解,形成清亮的粘稠均相溶液;
(4)将此均相溶液降温至室温,真空脱泡后得到聚酰胺6铸膜液。
制得的多孔薄膜:孔隙率为23%,SEM电镜结果表明薄膜表面孔径:280纳米,内部孔径:430纳米。
实施例2聚酰胺溶液的制备:
(1)分别称取20g三氟甲磺酸镧、60g邻硝基苯胺、50g聚酰胺66颗粒和10g聚酰胺46颗粒;
(2)在氮气保护下将三氟甲磺酸镧和邻硝基苯胺一起加入到盛有200g间甲酚和200g乙酸乙酯混合溶液的三口瓶中,100℃恒温搅拌30分钟,形成无色透明溶液;
(3)将50g聚酰胺66颗粒和10g聚酰胺46颗粒加入上述混合溶液,在氮气保护下,130℃温度下搅拌8小时,使聚酰胺颗粒完全溶解,形成清亮的粘稠溶液;
(4)将此均相溶液降温至室温,真空脱泡后得到聚酰胺66和聚酰胺46 混合的聚酰胺铸膜液。
制得的多孔薄膜材料:孔隙率为24%,SEM电镜结果表明薄膜表面孔径:260 纳米,内部孔径:400纳米。
实施例3聚酰胺溶液的制备:
(1)分别称取30g无水氯化锂、30g溴化钾、20g聚酰胺6颗粒和40g聚酰胺66颗粒;
(2)在氮气保护下将无水氯化锂和溴化钾一起加入到盛有400g间甲酚的三口瓶中,60℃恒温搅拌30分钟,形成无色透明溶液;
(3)将20g聚酰胺6和40g聚酰胺66颗粒同时加入上述混合溶液,在氮气保护下,160℃温度范围内搅拌8小时,使聚酰胺颗粒完全溶解,形成清亮的粘稠溶液;
(4)将此均相溶液降温至室温,真空脱泡后得到聚酰胺6和聚酰胺66混合的聚酰胺铸膜液。
制得的多孔薄膜材料:孔隙率为23%,SEM电镜结果表明薄膜表面孔径:280 纳米,内部孔径:410纳米。
Claims (8)
1.一种聚酰胺溶液体系,其特征在于:聚酰胺溶液体系由组分1、组分2组成,溶质为聚酰胺;所述的组分1为甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、三氟乙酸、油酸、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、叔丁醇、苄醇、乙二醇、乙烯基乙二醇、苯甲醇、异丙醇、烯丙醇、异戊醇、环己醇、1-丙醇、2-丙醇、1-丁醇、2-丁醇、戊醇、2-氯乙醇、2-甲氧基乙醇、2-乙氧基乙醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇、2-甲基-1-丙醇、苯酚、甲酚、对甲酚、间甲酚、2-氯苯酚、4-氨基酚、4-叔丁基酚、氯乙烷、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、硝基甲烷、正己烷、二氧杂环己烷、甲基环己烷、1,2-二甲氧基乙烷、甲酸乙酯、乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸异丁酯、乙酸异丙酯、乙酸异戊酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、苯甲酸乙酯、乙醚、丁醚、石油醚、苯甲醚、异丙醚、三丁甲基乙醚、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、邻二甲苯、氯苯、邻二氯苯、硝基苯、异丙基苯、乙腈、二硫化碳、四氯化碳、环己烷、戊烷、甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基亚砜、环丁砜、吡啶、嘧啶、四氢呋喃、三氯乙烯、1,1,2-三氯乙烯、1,2-二氯乙烯、三乙胺、1,2,3,4-四氢化萘、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁酮中的一种或几种的任意质量比混合;所述的组分2为碳酸钠、碳酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸铵、碳酸锂、碳酸氢钾、碳酸氢钠、硫酸铵、硫酸钡、硫酸氢钾、硫酸钙、硫酸镁、硫酸锂、硫酸钠、硫酸铈、硝酸钾、硝酸钠、硝酸钙、硝酸铈、硝酸镁、硝酸镧、铝酸钠、油酸钠、氟硅酸钠、腐殖酸钠、水杨酸胺、水杨酸钠、月桂酸钠、丙二酸钠、氯化锂、氯化铵、氯化钾、氯化镓、氯化镁、氯化钙、氯化锌、氯化镧、氯化铈、碘化锂、碘化钙、碘化钾、碘化铵、碘化镁尿素、硫脲、乙酸铵、乙酸钙、乙酸钾、乙酸钠、草酸、草酸钙、3-硝基苯磺酸钠、2-溴乙烷磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、4-羟基苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸钠、甲苯-4-磺酸钠、5-磺基水杨酸钠,苯甲酸铵、2-氯苯甲酸、间甲基苯甲酸、间氨基苯甲酸、对氯苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸、苯亚磺酸钠、苯乙烯磺酸钠、对甲苯胺、间甲苯胺、邻硝基苯胺、间硝基苯胺、对硝基苯胺、苯磺酸钠、苯磺酰胺、羟乙基磺酸钠、三氟甲磺酸钙、三氟甲磺酸镧、乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐、乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙盐、2-吗啉乙磺酸钠、二苯胺-4-磺酸钠、2-甲酰苯基磺酸钠盐、2,6-萘二磺酸二钠盐、次亚磷酸钠、磷酸苯二钠、硫代硫酸钠、柠檬酸三钠、柠檬酸铁铵、草酸高铁铵、乙酰丙酮亚铁、双乙酰基二茂铁、钙羧酸、乙酰丙酮钙、乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙盐中的一种或几种的任意质量比混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚酰胺溶液体系,其特征在于:所述的聚酰胺为脂肪族聚酰胺的一种或几种的任意质量比混合,脂肪族聚酰胺的结构单元为:
其中,m为结构单元中亚甲基数,其值为1-12之间的任意整数;n为单个分子链中的结构单元数,其值为小于1,000,000的任意整数。
3.一种聚酰胺溶液体系的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取一定质量的组分1、组分2和聚酰胺固体颗粒;
(2)在氮气保护条件下,将组分2加入到组分1中,加热搅拌直至组分2完全溶解于组分1,加热温度控制在10-250℃范围内;
(3)在步骤(2)制备的溶液中加入聚酰胺固体颗粒,在氮气保护条件下,搅拌7-9h,加热温度控制在10-250℃范围内,至聚酰胺颗粒完全溶解,形成均相聚酰胺溶液,自然降温至室温,真空脱泡后即得所需聚酰胺溶液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的聚酰胺溶液体系的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取一定质量的组分1、组分2和聚酰胺固体颗粒;
(2)在氮气保护条件下,将组分2加入到组分1中,加热搅拌直至组分2完全溶解于组分1,加热温度控制在100-160℃范围内;
(3)在步骤(2)制备的溶液中加入聚酰胺固体颗粒,在氮气保护条件下,搅拌6-10h,加热温度控制在100-160℃范围内,至聚酰胺颗粒完全溶解,形成均相聚酰胺溶液,自然降温至室温,真空脱泡后即得所需聚酰胺溶液。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的聚酰胺溶液体系的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取一定质量的组分1、组分2和聚酰胺固体颗粒;
(2)在氮气保护条件下,将组分2加入到组分1中,加热搅拌直至组分2完全溶解于组分1,加热温度控制在130℃;
(3)在步骤(2)制备的溶液中加入聚酰胺固体颗粒,在氮气保护条件下,搅拌6-10h,加热温度控制在130℃范围内,至聚酰胺颗粒完全溶解,形成均相聚酰胺溶液,自然降温至室温,真空脱泡后即得所需聚酰胺溶液。
6.根据权利3-5任一所述聚酰胺溶液体系的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的聚酰胺在使用前需在120℃下真空干燥4h以上。
7.根据权利要求3-5任一所述聚酰胺溶液体系的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备聚酰胺溶液体系中,组分2与聚酰胺的质量比范围为1:2-5:1。
8.根据权利要求3-5任一所述聚酰胺溶液体系的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备聚酰胺溶液体系中,组分2的质量分数范围为5%-30%、聚酰胺的质量分数范围为5%-30%。
