本发明涉及一种葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏及其制备方法。其中葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏,包括以下重量份的原料:蜂蜜150‑180份、黄精多糖0.01‑0.03份、葡萄干5‑10份、核桃0.1‑0.5份、板栗0.1‑0.5份、龙眼0.1‑0.5份、焦糖4‑6份、阿胶0.5‑1.5份、益母草3‑5份、紫河车1‑2份、枸杞子3‑5份、何首乌1‑2份、甘草5‑10份、人参1‑2份、红枣1‑2份、当归1‑2份、麦冬2‑3份、鸡血藤2‑5份、墨旱莲1‑2份。本发明制备而成的蜂蜜膏不仅保留了蜂蜜的营养成分,还具有补血补气、增强抵抗力等保健功效,且口感香甜,无毒副作用,适合长期服用。

本发明涉及蜂蜜生产领域,具体涉及一种葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜味甘、性平和。《本草纲目》说,蜂蜜入药之功有五:清热、补中、解毒、润燥、止痛。蜂蜜质地滋润,可润燥滑肠;生用性凉,清热润肺;熟用补中,缓急止痛;甘以解毒,调和百药。
蜂蜜含有丰富的果糖,葡萄糖,维生素,有机矿物质及其它微量元素,具有极高的营养价值,是人们日常常用的保健品。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对食品的保健功效的需求也越来越多,为了进一步强化蜂蜜的功效,将蜂蜜与中草药相结合,制成特定功能的保健蜂蜜是未来蜂蜜行业的一个重要发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏的制备方法。

一种葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏,包括以下重量份的原料:
蜂蜜150-180份、黄精多糖0.01-0.03份、葡萄干5-10份、核桃0.1-0.5份、板栗0.1-0.5份、龙眼0.1-0.5份、焦糖4-6份、阿胶0.5-1.5份、益母草3-5份、紫河车1-2份、枸杞子3-5份、何首乌1-2份、甘草5-10份、人参1-2份、红枣1-2份、当归1-2份、麦冬2-3份、鸡血藤2-5份、墨旱莲1-2份。
优选地,一种葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏,包括以下重量份的原料:
蜂蜜160份、黄精多糖0.02份、葡萄干8份、核桃0.3份、板栗0.2份、龙眼0.4份、焦糖5份、阿胶1份、益母草4份、紫河车1.5份、枸杞子4份、何首乌1.5份、甘草6份、人参1.5份、红枣1.5份、当归1.5份、麦冬2.5份、鸡血藤3份、墨旱莲1.5份。

一种葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将葡萄干、核桃、板栗、龙眼洗净,将焦糖、阿胶放入锅中,加适量水,加热溶化后,然后将葡萄干、核桃、板栗、龙眼放入焦糖阿胶溶液中,腌制2-3天,取出葡萄干、核桃、板栗、龙眼,低温烘干,磨成80-100目的粉末;
(2)在益母草、紫河车、枸杞子、何首乌、甘草、人参、红枣、当归、麦冬、鸡血藤、墨旱莲中加入3-6倍的水浸泡2-3小时,在大火煎煮至沸腾,再换成小火煎煮2-5小时,过滤,得中药浓缩液;
(3)将步骤(1)所得粉末与中药浓缩液、黄精多糖搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜反复加热浓缩调成膏状即得葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏;
(4)灌装前对灌装室进行臭氧灭菌,灭菌30-40min后在30-38℃下进行灌装,灌装结束后30-40min停止灭菌。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明制备而成的蜂蜜膏不仅保留了蜂蜜的营养成分,还具有补血补气、增强抵抗力等保健功效,且口感香甜,无毒副作用,适合长期服用。

一种葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏,包括以下重量份的原料:
蜂蜜150份、黄精多糖0.01份、葡萄干5份、核桃0.1份、板栗0.1份、龙眼0.1份、焦糖4份、阿胶0.5份、益母草3份、紫河车1份、枸杞子3份、何首乌1份、甘草5份、人参1份、红枣1份、当归1份、麦冬2份、鸡血藤2份、墨旱莲1份。
上述葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将葡萄干、核桃、板栗、龙眼洗净,将焦糖、阿胶放入锅中,加适量水,加热溶化后,然后将葡萄干、核桃、板栗、龙眼放入焦糖阿胶溶液中,腌制2天,取出葡萄干、核桃、板栗、龙眼,低温烘干,磨成80-100目的粉末;
(2)在益母草、紫河车、枸杞子、何首乌、甘草、人参、红枣、当归、麦冬、鸡血藤、墨旱莲中加入3倍的水浸泡2小时,在大火煎煮至沸腾,再换成小火煎煮2小时,过滤,得中药浓缩液;
(3)将步骤(1)所得粉末与中药浓缩液、黄精多糖搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜反复加热浓缩调成膏状即得葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏;

(2)在益母草、紫河车、枸杞子、何首乌、甘草、人参、红枣、当归、麦冬、鸡血藤、墨旱莲中加入5倍的水浸泡2.5小时,在大火煎煮至沸腾,再换成小火煎煮3小时,过滤,得中药浓缩液;
(3)将步骤(1)所得粉末与中药浓缩液、黄精多糖搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜反复加热浓缩调成膏状即得葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏;
(4)灌装前对灌装室进行臭氧灭菌,灭菌35min后在36℃下进行灌装,灌装结束后36min停止灭菌。
实施例3
一种葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏,包括以下重量份的原料:
蜂蜜180份、黄精多糖0.03份、葡萄干10份、核桃0.5份、板栗0.5份、龙眼0.5份、焦糖6份、阿胶1.5份、益母草5份、紫河车2份、枸杞子5份、何首乌2份、甘草10份、人参2份、红枣2份、当归2份、麦冬3份、鸡血藤5份、墨旱莲2份。
上述葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将葡萄干、核桃、板栗、龙眼洗净,将焦糖、阿胶放入锅中,加适量水,加热溶化后,然后将葡萄干、核桃、板栗、龙眼放入焦糖阿胶溶液中,腌制3天,取出葡萄干、核桃、板栗、龙眼,低温烘干,磨成80-100目的粉末;

(3)将步骤(1)所得粉末与中药浓缩液、黄精多糖搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜反复加热浓缩调成膏状即得葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏;
(4)灌装前对灌装室进行臭氧灭菌,灭菌40min后在38℃下进行灌装,灌装结束后40min停止灭菌。

1.一种葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
蜂蜜150-180份、黄精多糖0.01-0.03份、葡萄干5-10份、核桃0.1-0.5份、板栗0.1-0.5份、龙眼0.1-0.5份、焦糖4-6份、阿胶0.5-1.5份、益母草3-5份、紫河车1-2份、枸杞子3-5份、何首乌1-2份、甘草5-10份、人参1-2份、红枣1-2份、当归1-2份、麦冬2-3份、鸡血藤2-5份、墨旱莲1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
蜂蜜160份、黄精多糖0.02份、葡萄干8份、核桃0.3份、板栗0.2份、龙眼0.4份、焦糖5份、阿胶1份、益母草4份、紫河车1.5份、枸杞子4份、何首乌1.5份、甘草6份、人参1.5份、红枣1.5份、当归1.5份、麦冬2.5份、鸡血藤3份、墨旱莲1.5份。
3.一种葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)将葡萄干、核桃、板栗、龙眼洗净,将焦糖、阿胶放入锅中,加适量水,加热溶化后,然后将葡萄干、核桃、板栗、龙眼放入焦糖阿胶溶液中,腌制2-3天,取出葡萄干、核桃、板栗、龙眼,低温烘干,磨成80-100目的粉末;
(2)在益母草、紫河车、枸杞子、何首乌、甘草、人参、红枣、当归、麦冬、鸡血藤、墨旱莲中加入3-6倍的水浸泡2-3小时,在大火煎煮至沸腾,再换成小火煎煮2-5小时,过滤,得中药浓缩液;
(3)将步骤(1)所得粉末与中药浓缩液、黄精多糖搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜反复加热浓缩调成膏状即得葡萄干补血蜂蜜膏;
(4)灌装前对灌装室进行臭氧灭菌,灭菌30-40min后在30-38℃下进行灌装,灌装结束后30-40min停止灭菌。
