一种酸奶粉,包括奶粉、柠檬酸、荸荠粉、黑米粉、枸杞粉、米粉、食用香精,其配方重量百分比例为:奶粉30-50%、柠檬酸12-20%、荸荠粉10-15%、黑米粉10-15%、米粉12-15%、食用香精0.67%。
一种酸奶粉,包括以下步骤:
(1)挑选荸荠清洗,去皮,切成薄片然后晒干,将其放入粉碎机中,制作成荸荠粉;
(2)挑选无病虫害红枣,清洗干净,去核,并晒干,将其放入粉碎机中,制作成黑米粉;
(3)挑选枸杞,清洗干净,并晒干,将其放入破碎机中,制作成枸杞粉;
(4)将荸荠粉是,黑米粉、枸杞粉、奶粉、米粉混合均匀,并杀菌消毒;
