Abstract

本发明涉及一种包装盒材料、带旋刀线多边形包装盒及制备方法,包装盒材料由外至内依次为防水聚合物涂层、纸板层、复合层、铝箔层、粘结层和聚合物热封涂层,包装盒盒体相邻两棱角处形成柳叶形截角曲面,截角曲面两侧的两条旋刀线上下重合且呈中心对称,制备方法包括以下步骤:包装盒材料挤压复合;包装盒材料横切成包装盒片张;印刷图案;模切成带有纵横向压痕和旋刀线切孔的单张片材和包装盒成型。本发明解决了带旋刀线多边形纸盒在平压平模切工艺制备时由于平压平模切是面面接触,模切精度不高,旋刀线深浅不一致以及纸盒旋刀孔在灌装贴盖工序过程中易渗漏的问题,带旋刀线多边形包装盒可为客户提供更多的产品展示面积。

Description

一种包装盒材料、带旋刀线多边形包装盒及制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于包装盒的技术领域,特别是涉及一种包装盒材料、带旋刀线多边形包装盒及制备方法。
背景技术
常规砖包、屋顶包形包装盒是目前牛奶、饮料用纸铝塑包装盒主要的形状,而在市场日益竞争激烈的情况下,如何吸引消费者,不仅要在产品上推出新的口味,增加更多的营养元素,产品包装上也要不断的变革,用具有视觉冲击力的包装吸引消费者的眼球。多边形包装盒,特别是带有旋刀线、易揭盖形等的开启方式的包装盒具备以上优点,但是因对工艺精度要求高,常规的模切工艺很难规模化生产。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种包装盒材料、带旋刀线多边形包装盒及制备方法,解决了带旋刀线多边形纸盒在平压平模切工艺制备时由于平压平模切是面面接触,模切精度不高,旋刀线深浅不一致以及纸盒旋刀孔在灌装贴盖工序过程中易渗漏的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种包装盒材料,该包装盒材料为六层结构,其特征在于:所述包装盒材料由外至内依次为防水聚合物涂层、纸板层、复合层、铝箔层、粘结层和聚合物热封涂层,所述防水聚合物涂层为低密度聚乙烯树脂与粘结性聚乙烯树脂混合物涂层,所述聚合物热封涂层为低密度聚乙烯与茂金属聚乙烯树脂混合物涂层。
所述低密度聚乙烯树脂与粘结性聚乙烯树脂混合物中粘结性聚乙烯树脂的质量比为5%、10%、15%、25%或30%。
所述低密度聚乙烯树脂与粘结性聚乙烯树脂混合物中粘结性聚乙烯树脂的质量比为10%。
所述纸板层的质量为250g/m2~350g/m2,所述铝箔层的厚度为6μm~12μm。
所述复合层为聚乙烯树脂,所述粘结层为以聚乙烯为基材的粘结性树脂。
所述低密度聚乙烯与茂金属聚乙烯树脂混合物中低密度聚乙烯的重量比为30%、50%、65%或75%。
所述低密度聚乙烯与茂金属聚乙烯树脂混合物中低密度聚乙烯的重量比为65%。
一种利用上述的包装盒材料生产的带旋刀线多边形包装盒,该包装盒整体为长方体盒体结构、密封顶部为楔体结构,所述包装盒盒体相邻两棱角处形成柳叶形截角曲面,所述截角曲面两侧的两条旋刀线上下重合且呈中心对称。
所述封口顶部设有开启口,所述开启口为非封闭式旋刀式撕裂线结构。
一种上述的带旋刀线多边形包装盒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)纸张放卷,通过挤出机将复合层挤复在纸板层与铝箔层之间,使纸板层与铝箔层粘合,同时通过挤出机将粘结层挤复在铝箔层与聚合物热封涂层之间,使铝箔层与聚合物热封涂层粘合,通过挤出机将防水聚合物涂层挤复在纸板层外侧面形成包装盒材料;
2)将所述的包装盒材料在横切机上横切成包装盒片张;
3)在所述包装盒片张上印刷图案;
4)图案印刷完毕的包装盒片张在平压平模切机上模切,模切成带有纵横向压痕和旋刀线切孔的单张片材;
5)在火焰糊盒机上将所述的单张片材侧面首尾封合形成套筒状纸筒,再通过饮料灌装机灌装成型。
有益效果
本发明解决了带旋刀线多边形纸盒在平压平模切工艺制备时由于平压平模切是面面接触,模切精度不高,旋刀线深浅不一致以及纸盒旋刀孔在灌装贴盖工序过程中易渗漏的问题;另外,成型后的带旋刀线多边形包装盒有六个面,可为客户提供更多的产品展示面积,再搭配以易开启、安全的旋刀线开启方式,既满足终端消费者饮用需求,又提高包材的设计水平,进而可为食品生产商吸引更多的消费者,具有良好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
如图1所示的一种包装盒材料,该包装盒材料为六层结构,由外至内依次为防水聚合物涂层1、纸板层2、复合层3、铝箔层4、粘结层5和聚合物热封涂层6。
防水聚合物涂层1为低密度聚乙烯树脂与粘结性聚乙烯树脂混合物涂层,其中粘结性聚乙烯树脂的质量比为10%,具有剥离强度高、防水性好的特点。纸板层2的质量为300g/m2,铝箔层4的厚度为8μm,复合层3为聚乙烯树脂,粘结层5为以聚乙烯为基材的粘结性树脂。聚合物热封涂层6为低密度聚乙烯与茂金属聚乙烯树脂混合物涂层,其中低密度聚乙烯的重量比为65%,具有易切断、热封性好的特点。
如图3所示的一种利用上述的包装盒材料生产的带旋刀线多边形包装盒,该包装盒整体为长方体盒体结构、密封顶部为楔体结构,包装盒盒体相邻两棱角处形成柳叶形截角曲面,截角曲面两侧的两条旋刀线上下重合且呈中心对称。封口顶部设有开启口,开启口为非封闭式旋刀式撕裂线结构。
下面提供一种该带旋刀线多边形包装盒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)纸张放卷,通过挤出机将复合层3挤复在纸板层2与铝箔层4之间,使纸板层2与铝箔层4粘合,同时通过挤出机将粘结层5挤复在铝箔层4与聚合物热封涂层6之间,使铝箔层4与聚合物热封涂层6粘合,通过挤出机将防水聚合物涂层1挤复在纸板层2外侧面形成包装盒材料;
2)将所述的包装盒材料在横切机上横切成包装盒片张;
3)在所述包装盒片张上印刷图案;
4)图案印刷完毕的包装盒片张在平压平模切机上模切,模切成带有纵横向压痕和旋刀线切孔的单张片材,如图2所示;
5)在火焰糊盒机上将所述的单张片材侧面首尾封合形成套筒状纸筒,再通过饮料灌装机灌装成型。

Claims (10)

1.一种包装盒材料,该包装盒材料为六层结构,其特征在于:所述包装盒材料由外至内依次为防水聚合物涂层(1)、纸板层(2)、复合层(3)、铝箔层(4)、粘结层(5)和聚合物热封涂层(6),所述防水聚合物涂层(1)为低密度聚乙烯树脂与粘结性聚乙烯树脂混合物涂层,所述聚合物热封涂层(6)为低密度聚乙烯与茂金属聚乙烯树脂混合物涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装盒材料,其特征在于:所述低密度聚乙烯树脂与粘结性聚乙烯树脂混合物中粘结性聚乙烯树脂的质量比为5%、10%、15%、25%或30%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种包装盒材料,其特征在于:所述低密度聚乙烯树脂与粘结性聚乙烯树脂混合物中粘结性聚乙烯树脂的质量比为10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装盒材料,其特征在于:所述纸板层(2)的质量为250g/m2~350g/m2,所述铝箔层(4)的厚度为6μm~12μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装盒材料,其特征在于:所述复合层(3)为聚乙烯树脂,所述粘结层(5)为以聚乙烯为基材的粘结性树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装盒材料,其特征在于:所述低密度聚乙烯与茂金属聚乙烯树脂混合物中低密度聚乙烯的重量比为30%、50%、65%或75%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种包装盒材料,其特征在于:所述低密度聚乙烯与茂金属聚乙烯树脂混合物中低密度聚乙烯的重量比为65%。
8.一种利用权利要求1所述的包装盒材料生产的带旋刀线多边形包装盒,该包装盒整体为长方体盒体结构、封口顶部为楔体结构,其特征在于:所述包装盒盒体相邻两棱角处形成柳叶形截角曲面,所述截角曲面两侧的两条旋刀线上下重合且呈中心对称。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种包装盒,其特征在于:所述封口顶部设有开启口,所述开启口为非封闭式旋刀式撕裂线结构。
10.一种权利要求8所述的带旋刀线多边形包装盒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)纸张放卷,通过挤出机将复合层(3)挤复在纸板层(2)与铝箔层(4)之间,使纸板层(2)与铝箔层(4)粘合,同时通过挤出机将粘结层(5)挤复在铝箔层(4)与聚合物热封涂层(6)之间,使铝箔层(4)与聚合物热封涂层(6)粘合,通过挤出机将防水聚合物涂层(1)挤复在纸板层(2)外侧面形成包装盒材料;
2)将所述的包装盒材料在横切机上横切成包装盒片张;
3)在所述包装盒片张上印刷图案;
4)图案印刷完毕的包装盒片张在平压平模切机上模切,模切成带有纵横向压痕和旋刀线切孔的单张片材;
5)在火焰糊盒机上将所述的单张片材侧面首尾封合形成套筒状纸筒,再通过饮料灌装机灌装成型。
