Abstract
本发明公开了一种易于撕裂的包装袋,由复合包装膜热封构成,所述复合包装膜为三层通过粘接剂复合而成,三层为位于外层的PET层,位于中间的铝箔层,位于内层的PE层。本发明不再需要在包装袋上打易撕口,省去了打易撕口的设备和工序,简化了包装工艺,提高了生产效率;通过三层膜粘接复合构成具有较好易撕性能的包装膜,并能确保包装袋的阻隔性和强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种易于撕裂的包装袋,属于包装袋生产技术领域。
背景技术
包装袋在很多情况下,需要徒手撕开。为了方便撕开,现有技术通过在封边处打易撕口,来方便徒手从易撕口撕开包装。然而,打易撕口的包装袋存在以下问题:1、会造成易撕口处尖角,很容易扎到人手;2、产品沿易撕口处撕开时,不易呈现直线形状,时常会造成内容物洒落;3、更有通过易撕口撕不开的问题,导致消费者易撕体验感差,而且打易撕口会降低生产效率。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种易于撕裂的包装袋。
本发明为达到上述目的,所采取的技术手段是:一种易于撕裂的包装袋,由复合包装膜热封构成,所述复合包装膜为三层通过粘接剂复合而成,三层为位于外层的PET层,位于中间的铝箔层,位于内层的PE层。
本专利通过PET/AL/PE的结构设计,外层聚酯(PET)、铝箔(AL)、内层热封层聚乙烯(PE),三层材料均有一定的易撕性能,且这三层结构能保证包装袋的阻隔性和强度,通过复合粘合剂,将聚酯、铝箔、聚乙烯复合成具有一定易撕性能的复合包装膜/袋。而复合后的成品膜直角撕裂力90KN/m,较现有复合成品膜的直角撕裂力120KN/m在横向、纵向的直角撕裂力上均降低,最终实现了复合膜/袋具有满足客户要求的易撕材料。
进一步的,所述复合包装膜对折的接口处热封连接,对两端开口的一端热封形成袋,内部填充包装物后,将另一端开口热封形成包装。
进一步的,所述外层:中层:内层的厚度比为:3~4:4~5:3~4。
更进一步的,所述外层:中层:内层的厚度比为:3:4:3。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、不再需要在包装袋上打易撕口,省去了打易撕口的设备和工序,简化了包装工艺,提高了生产效率;
2、通过三层膜粘接复合构成具有较好易撕性能的包装膜,并能确保包装袋的阻隔性和强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种易于撕裂的包装袋,复合包装膜1对折的接口处2热封连接,对两端开口的一端热封形成袋,内部填充包装物后,将另一端开口热封形成包装,所述复合包装膜1为三层通过粘接剂复合而成,三层为位于外层的PET层,位于中间的铝箔层,位于内层的PE层。
包装袋中间热封(接口处2)两侧不再需要和现有技术一样热封后打易撕口,用户可以在包装的任意地方撕开,根据包装物的不同,用户可以选择撕开的位置,撕开的多少,并且撕开呈直线型。
本专利通过PET/AL/PE的结构设计,外层聚酯(PET)、中间层铝箔(AL)、内层热封层聚乙烯(PE),三层材料均有一定的易撕性能,且这三层结构能保证包装袋的阻隔性和强度,通过复合粘合剂,将聚酯、铝箔、聚乙烯复合成具有一定易撕性能的复合包装膜/袋。而复合后的成品膜直角撕裂力90KN/m,较现有复合成品膜的直角撕裂力120KN/m在横向、纵向的直角撕裂力上均降低,最终实现了复合膜/袋具有满足客户要求的易撕材料。
所述外层:中层:内层的厚度比为:3~4:4~5:3~4。厚度的设计是为了满足阻隔性、强度和易撕性的要求。作为一种优选,所述外层:中层:内层的厚度比为:3:4:3。该类型复合包装膜/袋使用领域:食品包装领域、药品包装领域、化学化工包装领域、日化包装领域、卫材包装领域。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、不再需要在包装袋上打易撕口,省去了打易撕口的设备和工序,简化了包装工艺,提高了生产效率;
2、通过三层膜粘接复合构成具有较好易撕性能的包装膜,并能确保包装袋的阻隔性和强度。

1.一种易于撕裂的包装袋,由复合包装膜热封构成,其特征在于:所述复合包装膜为三层通过粘接剂复合而成,三层为位于外层的PET层,位于中间的铝箔层,位于内层的PE层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易于撕裂的包装袋,其特征在于:所述复合包装膜对折的接口处热封连接,对两端开口的一端热封形成袋,内部填充包装物后,将另一端开口热封形成包装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易于撕裂的包装袋,其特征在于:所述外层:中层:内层的厚度比为:3~4:4~5:3~4。
