Abstract

本发明公开了一种易于撕裂的包装袋，由复合包装膜热封构成，所述复合包装膜为三层通过粘接剂复合而成，三层为位于外层的PET层，位于中间的铝箔层，位于内层的PE层。本发明不再需要在包装袋上打易撕口，省去了打易撕口的设备和工序，简化了包装工艺，提高了生产效率；通过三层膜粘接复合构成具有较好易撕性能的包装膜，并能确保包装袋的阻隔性和强度。

一种易于撕裂的包装袋
技术领域
本发明涉及一种易于撕裂的包装袋，属于包装袋生产技术领域。
背景技术
包装袋在很多情况下，需要徒手撕开。为了方便撕开，现有技术通过在封边处打易撕口，来方便徒手从易撕口撕开包装。然而，打易撕口的包装袋存在以下问题：1、会造成易撕口处尖角，很容易扎到人手；2、产品沿易撕口处撕开时，不易呈现直线形状，时常会造成内容物洒落；3、更有通过易撕口撕不开的问题，导致消费者易撕体验感差，而且打易撕口会降低生产效率。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题，本发明提供一种易于撕裂的包装袋。
本发明为达到上述目的，所采取的技术手段是：一种易于撕裂的包装袋，由复合包装膜热封构成，所述复合包装膜为三层通过粘接剂复合而成，三层为位于外层的PET层，位于中间的铝箔层，位于内层的PE层。
本专利通过PET/AL/PE的结构设计，外层聚酯（PET）、铝箔（AL）、内层热封层聚乙烯（PE），三层材料均有一定的易撕性能，且这三层结构能保证包装袋的阻隔性和强度，通过复合粘合剂，将聚酯、铝箔、聚乙烯复合成具有一定易撕性能的复合包装膜/袋。而复合后的成品膜直角撕裂力90KN/m，较现有复合成品膜的直角撕裂力120KN/m在横向、纵向的直角撕裂力上均降低，最终实现了复合膜/袋具有满足客户要求的易撕材料。
进一步的，所述复合包装膜对折的接口处热封连接，对两端开口的一端热封形成袋，内部填充包装物后，将另一端开口热封形成包装。
进一步的，所述外层：中层：内层的厚度比为：3～4：4～5：3～4。
更进一步的，所述外层：中层：内层的厚度比为：3：4：3。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、不再需要在包装袋上打易撕口，省去了打易撕口的设备和工序，简化了包装工艺，提高了生产效率；
2、通过三层膜粘接复合构成具有较好易撕性能的包装膜，并能确保包装袋的阻隔性和强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种易于撕裂的包装袋，复合包装膜1对折的接口处2热封连接，对两端开口的一端热封形成袋，内部填充包装物后，将另一端开口热封形成包装，所述复合包装膜1为三层通过粘接剂复合而成，三层为位于外层的PET层，位于中间的铝箔层，位于内层的PE层。
包装袋中间热封（接口处2）两侧不再需要和现有技术一样热封后打易撕口，用户可以在包装的任意地方撕开，根据包装物的不同，用户可以选择撕开的位置，撕开的多少，并且撕开呈直线型。
本专利通过PET/AL/PE的结构设计，外层聚酯（PET）、中间层铝箔（AL）、内层热封层聚乙烯（PE），三层材料均有一定的易撕性能，且这三层结构能保证包装袋的阻隔性和强度，通过复合粘合剂，将聚酯、铝箔、聚乙烯复合成具有一定易撕性能的复合包装膜/袋。而复合后的成品膜直角撕裂力90KN/m，较现有复合成品膜的直角撕裂力120KN/m在横向、纵向的直角撕裂力上均降低，最终实现了复合膜/袋具有满足客户要求的易撕材料。
所述外层：中层：内层的厚度比为：3～4：4～5：3～4。厚度的设计是为了满足阻隔性、强度和易撕性的要求。作为一种优选，所述外层：中层：内层的厚度比为：3：4：3。该类型复合包装膜/袋使用领域：食品包装领域、药品包装领域、化学化工包装领域、日化包装领域、卫材包装领域。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、不再需要在包装袋上打易撕口，省去了打易撕口的设备和工序，简化了包装工艺，提高了生产效率；
2、通过三层膜粘接复合构成具有较好易撕性能的包装膜，并能确保包装袋的阻隔性和强度。

1.一种易于撕裂的包装袋，由复合包装膜热封构成，其特征在于：所述复合包装膜为三层通过粘接剂复合而成，三层为位于外层的PET层，位于中间的铝箔层，位于内层的PE层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易于撕裂的包装袋，其特征在于：所述复合包装膜对折的接口处热封连接，对两端开口的一端热封形成袋，内部填充包装物后，将另一端开口热封形成包装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易于撕裂的包装袋，其特征在于：所述外层：中层：内层的厚度比为：3～4：4～5：3～4。
