背景技术
近几年，随着护肤日用品市场日新月异，面膜类产品对皮肤的维护和修复功能得到了消费者广泛认可，同时伴随着互联网线上网购及线下门店推广，消费者对于面膜这类快消品的需求呈现爆发式增长，这也促使面膜包装形成了一个庞大的市场需求。由于面膜类产品是与人体皮肤直接接触，而面膜精华液中又具有一定的药物成分及小分子物质，所以其包装袋要求具有优异的防护性、耐介质性、密封性、高阻隔性，这样才能保证面膜产品在12-36个月内不发生变质、腐败。
目前市场上面膜包装袋为了保证足够的阻隔性能，多选用铝塑或镀铝塑结构，上述结构虽然具有良好阻隔性，但包装袋大量使用铝箔、塑料等材料，材质层间分离回收难度较大、成本高，不利于环境保护。纸塑袋包装虽对环境友好但纸易吸潮，包装袋阻隔性、密封性又不能满足对保质期限的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题，进而提供一种纸铝复合高阻隔环保面膜袋。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种纸铝复合高阻隔环保面膜袋，包括：袋体，袋体周围的三个边为热封边，热封边上设有撕裂口，袋体由印刷层、纸层、铝箔层和热封层组成，印刷层和纸层之间为粘合剂层一，纸层和铝箔层之间为粘合剂层二，铝箔层和热封层之间为粘合剂层三。
本实用新型能够在面膜包装袋领域将纸、铝箔及塑料等材质相结合，在保证面膜包装所要求的耐介质、良密封、高阻隔等性能的同时拥有纸类包装的独特质感，可多色印刷，产品样式新颖美观，对产品销售有巨大的推动作用；袋体结构层数少，采用无溶剂复合工艺制作，无刺激性气体产生，无溶剂残留，具有更高安全性，无论是材质结构方面还是工艺方面对环境保护都有一定的积极意义。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的详细说明：本实施例在以本实用新型技术方案为前提下进行实施，给出了详细的实施方式，但本实用新型的保护范围不限于下述实施例。
如图1和图2所示，本实施例所涉及的一种纸铝复合高阻隔环保面膜袋，包括：袋体1，袋体1周围的三个边为热封边2，热封边2上设有撕裂口3，袋体1由印刷层4、纸层5、铝箔层6和热封层7组成，印刷层4和纸层5之间为粘合剂层一8，纸层5和铝箔层6之间为粘合剂层二9，铝箔层6和热封层7之间为粘合剂层三10。
所述印刷层4为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜、聚烯烃薄膜或尼龙类薄膜。
所述纸层5采用50g/㎡～70g/㎡白牛皮纸。
所述热封层7采用聚烯烃类聚乙烯薄膜或流延聚丙烯薄膜。
所述粘合剂层一8为单组份无溶剂聚氨酯粘合剂。
所述粘合剂层二9为单组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶水。
所述粘合剂层三10为双组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶水。
单组份无溶剂聚氨酯粘合剂的生产厂家为：江苏华大新材料有限公司，型号：HDP-2710；双组份无溶剂聚氨酯粘合剂的生产厂家为：上海亨斯迈聚氨酯有限公司，型号:主剂3278，固化剂60902，配比100:75。
本实施例的纸铝复合高阻隔环保面膜袋，该袋为三边封形袋，袋体由印刷层薄膜、纸层、铝箔层、热封层的复合工艺制成。印刷层可采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜、聚烯烃薄膜及尼龙类薄膜，此类薄膜具有良好印刷适应性和强度；纸层采用50g/㎡～70g/㎡白牛皮纸，热封层采用聚烯烃类聚乙烯薄膜或流延聚丙烯薄膜。印刷层与纸层先使用单组份无溶剂聚氨酯粘合剂完成复合、熟化；铝箔层与聚烯烃热封层采用双组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶水复合、熟化；最后将两种复合层使用单组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶水再进行复合、熟化，制成袋体复合层薄膜。通过制袋机将袋体复合层薄膜热封，用打孔器冲压出撕裂口，再用模切机模切去边，制成不同尺寸三边封面膜袋。
本实施例的优点：该面膜袋仅四层材质结构，通过采用无溶剂聚氨酯胶水解决了纸层与铝箔层复合强度低的问题，使纸铝复合层的剥离强度达到2.5N/15mm以上；铝箔层作为阻隔层与其他层复合后能够获得优异阻隔性能(薄膜透湿率＜0.5g/㎡·24h；透氧率＜0.5cm3/㎡·24h·0.1MPa)；使用该袋体复合层制作的包装袋图案精美、质感柔和、袋体平整、圆角平滑，并为袋体内容物提供足够的保护性。
面膜袋属于纸、铝、塑复合结构，因有纸层结构袋体易分离回收，属于环保型包装袋，产品生产全部使用无溶剂复合工艺，相对于干式复合工艺，无溶剂粘合剂不需要额外加溶剂稀释，无刺激气味产生，无溶剂残留，生产工艺也属于环保工艺。

1.一种纸铝复合高阻隔环保面膜袋，包括：袋体(1)，袋体(1)周围的三个边为热封边(2)，热封边(2)上设有撕裂口(3)，其特征在于，袋体(1)由印刷层(4)、纸层(5)、铝箔层(6)和热封层(7)组成，印刷层(4)和纸层(5)之间为粘合剂层一(8)，纸层(5)和铝箔层(6)之间为粘合剂层二(9)，铝箔层(6)和热封层(7)之间为粘合剂层三(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸铝复合高阻隔环保面膜袋，其特征在于，所述印刷层(4)为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜、聚烯烃薄膜或尼龙类薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纸铝复合高阻隔环保面膜袋，其特征在于，所述纸层(5)采用50g/㎡～70g/㎡白牛皮纸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纸铝复合高阻隔环保面膜袋，其特征在于，所述粘合剂层一(8)为单组份无溶剂聚氨酯粘合剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纸铝复合高阻隔环保面膜袋，其特征在于，所述粘合剂层二(9)为单组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纸铝复合高阻隔环保面膜袋，其特征在于，所述粘合剂层三(10)为双组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶水。
