本发明属于茶盘或茶桌领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种碳纤维茶盘或茶桌。
背景技术
茶盘又称茶船就是盛放茶壶、茶杯、茶道组、茶宠乃至茶食的浅底器皿;它可以很大,也可以很小,形状可方可圆或作扇形;可以是单层也可以是夹层,夹层用以盛废水,可以是抽屉式的,也可以是嵌入式;单层以一根塑料管连接,排出盘面废水,但茶桌下仍需要一桶相承;茶桌是供喝茶时用的一种桌具;现有的茶盘或者茶桌大多数采用实木制作,成本高,浪费木材,而且不宜保存,加工难度较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种碳纤维茶盘或茶桌,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种碳纤维茶盘或茶桌,其产品材质成分包括单向碳纤维预浸布、PU发泡芯材、外碳纤维预浸布和内碳纤维预浸布。
优选的,单向碳纤维预浸布设置在PU发泡芯材和外碳纤维预浸布之间,内碳纤维预浸布设置在PU发泡芯材的另一面。
优选的,所述碳纤维预浸布的制作是使用塑料纤维束作为原材料,塑料纤维通过氧化炉(持续5-8min,温度480-500F),从空气中夺取氧粒子,这个过程对纤维的原子结构进行了重排,从而使得纤维束获得了抗高温能力,氧化时,纤维束颜色最终变为了黑色,纤维束进入无氧加热炉,加热过程除去了大部分的非碳元素,剩余的碳原子被转变成为紧密相连的晶体,与纤维平行排列,增强了纤维束的强度,最后纤维束通过离子水,从而更好的吸收树脂。
一种碳纤维茶盘或茶桌,其具体制备过程如下:
S1、PU发泡芯材制作:以MDI和PPG为主要原料,发泡剂选用CH3CCl2F,采用反应注射模塑成型法,反应注射模塑成型法是将高活性的反应物料分别计量后在撞击式混合头中快速混合后,立即充模,在极短的时间内边反应发泡边成型一次获得成品。
S2、单向碳纤维预浸布贴合:首先在PU发泡芯材的一侧表面贴合一层单向碳纤维预浸布,单向碳纤维预浸布的厚度为1-3mm,采用白乳胶进行粘接,白乳胶涂覆平整,胶水厚度为0.5-0.7mm;
S3、碳纤维预浸布贴合:在S1中贴合完成的单向碳纤维预浸布表面编织一层外碳纤维预浸布,在PU发泡芯材的另一面编织一层内碳纤维预浸布;
S4、进模:将模具清理干净,模具表面无杂质,然后将贴合好PU+碳布的预成品放入模具;
S5、成型:将S3中放入预成品的模具放入模压设备中,模压机加热到80℃,灌入环氧树脂,加温至150-160度,压力100-120kg.f/㎝平方,模压设备工作30-40min,挤压结束后开模,再转入冷台中,降温到80度以下开模;
S6、表面处理:首先去除毛边,然后进行粗磨,粗磨结束进行喷底漆,底漆厚度为0.5-1mm,喷漆结束后进行烘干,烘干结束后再进行细磨,细磨结束后在表面喷上面漆,烘干后进行抛光打蜡;
S7、包装:采用真空包装机在表面包覆一层塑料薄膜,然后在塑料薄膜表面打印生产日期,再进行装箱。
优选的,S1中单向碳纤维预浸布贴合后,对白乳胶进行烘干,烘干温度不超过68℃,烘干时间不低于30min。
优选的,S4中冷却降温的速度不超过4℃/min。
优选的,S5中烘干装置采用热风循环烘干机,烘干温度为90-110℃,风速为10-12m/s。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明与常规茶盘和茶桌相比更加经济实用,更加美观,易于加工制作,采用化学合成材料作为原料,代替木材,更加环保,单向碳纤维预浸布的设置用于加固补强,外碳纤维预浸布和内碳纤维预浸布的设置,增加抗变形能力,整体更加耐用、轻便。

实施例1
一种碳纤维茶盘或茶桌,其产品材质成分包括单向碳纤维预浸布、PU发泡芯材、外碳纤维预浸布和内碳纤维预浸布。
优选的,单向碳纤维预浸布设置在PU发泡芯材和外碳纤维预浸布之间,内碳纤维预浸布设置在PU发泡芯材的另一面。

1.一种碳纤维茶盘或茶桌,其特征在于:其产品材质成分包括单向碳纤维预浸布、PU发泡芯材、外碳纤维预浸布和内碳纤维预浸布;单向碳纤维预浸布设置在PU发泡芯材和外碳纤维预浸布之间,内碳纤维预浸布设置在PU发泡芯材的另一面;所述碳纤维预浸布的制作是使用塑料纤维束作为原材料,塑料纤维通过氧化炉(持续5-8min,温度480-500F),从空气中夺取氧粒子,这个过程对纤维的原子结构进行了重排,从而使得纤维束获得了抗高温能力,氧化时,纤维束颜色最终变为了黑色,纤维束进入无氧加热炉,加热过程除去了大部分的非碳元素,剩余的碳原子被转变成为紧密相连的晶体,与纤维平行排列,增强了纤维束的强度,最后纤维束通过离子水,从而更好的吸收树脂;
其具体制备过程如下:

S5、成型:将S3中放入预成品的模具放入模压设备中,模压机加热到80℃,灌入环氧树脂,加温至150-160度,压力100-120kg.f/㎝平方,模压设备工作30-40min,挤压结束后开模,再转入冷台中,降温到80度以下开模;
S6、表面处理:首先去除毛边,然后进行粗磨,粗磨结束进行喷底漆,底漆厚度为0.5-1mm,喷漆结束后进行烘干,烘干结束后再进行细磨,细磨结束后在表面喷上面漆,烘干后进行抛光打蜡;
S7、包装:采用真空包装机在表面包覆一层塑料薄膜,然后在塑料薄膜表面打印生产日期,再进行装箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维茶盘或茶桌,其特征在于:S1中单向碳纤维预浸布贴合后,对白乳胶进行烘干,烘干温度不超过68℃,烘干时间不低于30min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维茶盘或茶桌,其特征在于:S4中冷却降温的速度不超过4℃/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维茶盘或茶桌,其特征在于:S5中烘干装置采用热风循环烘干机,烘干温度为90-110℃,风速为10-12m/s。
