Abstract

本发明公开一种采用复合材料成型工艺的汽车轻量化部件,通过将长玻纤吸塑成型后与聚氨酯玻璃纤维发泡热压成型得到,其具有整体外观,刚性强、质量轻、投资成本低、生产方式灵活等特点,并拥有良好的热稳定性和优异的力学性能。此工艺模塑件可得到更优越的机械性能和较优良的外观。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车轻量化技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车轻量化部件。
背景技术
汽车上的一些部件,例如重卡上的导流罩、导流板、侧防护板等,原先一般是采用SMC材料经过模压而成。这种生产出来的外饰件强度不够、重量比较大,应用效果不是太好。
发明内容
本发明提供一种重量轻、强度高的采用复合材料成型工艺的汽车轻量化部件。
本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种采用复合材料成型工艺的汽车轻量化部件,采用以下工艺,
将长玻纤的片材或者卷材通过吸塑设备吸塑成型得到部件的表面层,吸塑模具为单边模结构,吸塑模具带有水路、气路和真空腔,水路用于模温控制,气路和真空腔用于板材真空吸附成型,吸塑成型的时候模温机设定温度:1、4季度:95±5℃;2、3季度:90±5℃;加热时间:65±10s;二次真空(成型时间):50s;风冷延时:30s;风冷时间:20s;模具温度:80±5℃(设备打开后3min内);
将部件的表面层和聚氨酯玻璃纤维材料通过发泡模具和发泡设备发泡成型,发泡模具为上下模结构,上模内注射聚氨酯玻璃纤维材料,下模内放置部件的表面层,上下模都带有水路,用于模温控制,另下模带有气路和真空腔,用于板材吸附;上模内事先放置预埋件,并采用强磁铁吸附,防止预埋件掉落;聚氨酯玻璃纤维材料中的玻璃纤维占比为12%-35%,聚氨酯为聚醚和异氰酸酯的混合料,配比为1.1-1.2:1.3-1.6,发泡成型的时候,聚氨酯玻璃纤维材料储存温度:19至25℃,浇注时间:≤30s,模温:上模60±10℃;下模:65±10℃,合模压力:20MPa,合模时间:420-600s;
发泡成型完成后进行切割修边,最终部件完成。
本发明采用复合材料成型工艺的汽车轻量化部件,具有整体外观,刚性强、质量轻、投资成本低、生产方式灵活等特点,并拥有良好的热稳定性和优异的力学性能。此工艺模塑件可得到更优越的机械性能和较优良的外观。

1.一种采用复合材料成型工艺的汽车轻量化部件,其特征在于,采用以下工艺,
将长玻纤的片材或者卷材通过吸塑设备吸塑成型得到部件的表面层,吸塑模具为单边模结构,吸塑模具带有水路、气路和真空腔,水路用于模温控制,气路和真空腔用于板材真空吸附成型,吸塑成型的时候模温机设定温度:1、4季度:95±5℃;2、3季度:90±5℃;加热时间:65±10s;二次真空成型时间:50s;风冷延时:30s;风冷时间:20s;模具温度:80±5℃,设备打开后3min内;
