Abstract

本发明涉及一种加工无纺布抛光轮的原料及无纺布抛光轮的制造方法,原料由重量百分比为30~40%环氧树脂胶水、7.5~13.5%固化剂、1~5%促进剂、40~55%磨料、0.5~1%色粉、5~10%溶剂组成。制造方法包括如下步骤:准备权原料与无纺布纤维棉;将原料涂覆在无纺布纤维棉上并用定型模具定型,然后放置在烘箱中固化处理成型;脱模,晾干,再接着在冲床中冲切出需要的尺寸规格,然后再进入烘箱进行固化处理;将经过烘干后的半成品进行浸洗处理,就得到成品无纺布抛光轮。该原料能够提高无纺布抛光轮的可靠性与质量,有助于抛光出高品质的陶壶;该制造方法十分简单,其能加工出高品质的无纺布抛光轮,这能便于大大提高陶壶表面抛光的均匀度、光泽度、柔润性。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷加工技术领域,特别是一种陶瓷无纺布抛光轮原料及陶瓷无纺布抛光轮的制造方法。
背景技术
烧制陶壶是我国的一种传统的制陶手工艺,在陶壶表面融入文人字画,既有粗犷豪放、大笔、大块的书法,又有写意国画和民族图案,无论飞禽走兽,花草鱼虫,还是琼楼玉宇,均栩栩如生,给人以古色古香、高雅而不俗之感,是实用器皿,更是可供鉴赏的艺术品。在陶壶表面处理方面大多的工艺是纯手工处理,这样的产能非常低下;而在导入常规无纺布抛光轮处理后存在均匀度差、抛光后壶身表面光泽度低、柔润度差、手感差等问题,因此陶壶制品行业并未能推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题和不足,提供一种加工无纺布抛光轮的原料及无纺布抛光轮的制造方法,该原料能够提高无纺布抛光轮的可靠性与质量,有助于抛光出高品质的陶壶;该制造方法十分简单,其能加工出高品质的无纺布抛光轮,这能便于大大提高陶壶表面抛光的均匀度、光泽度、柔润性。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种陶瓷无纺布抛光轮及其制造方法,其特点在于由重量百分比为30~40%环氧树脂胶水、7.5~13.5%固化剂、1~5%促进剂、40~55%磨料、0.5~1%色粉、5~10%溶剂组成;所述的固化剂为脂肪族多元胺、咪唑化合物或三氟化硼络合物;所述促进剂为2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑;所述磨料为碳酸钙、氧化镁、氢氧化镁、碳酸镁或硅酸钙;所述溶剂为甲苯溶剂。
一种用上述原料加工无纺布抛光轮的制造方法,其特点在于包括如下步骤:
(1)准备上述原料与无纺布纤维棉;
(2)将原料混合均匀然后通过辊压的方式均匀地涂覆在无纺布纤维棉上,接着按照需求的厚度层压在定型模具中,然后放置在烘箱中固化处理成型;
(3)将无纺布纤维棉块从定型模具中脱出来,接着晾干,再接着在冲床中冲切出需要的尺寸规格,然后再进入烘箱进行固化处理;
(4)将经过烘干后的半成品放入浸洗缸中,用溶剂和光亮剂浸泡后,取出脱除溶剂后,将半成品放置在真空干燥箱中,烘干并回收溶剂,烘干后就得到成品无纺布抛光轮。
本发明的有益效果:通过采用这样的原料,有助于提高无纺布抛光轮的可靠性与质量,能便于快速将陶壶抛光到位,能提高陶壶抛光的均匀度、光泽度、柔润性与手感,从而能便于提高陶壶的品质。
该制造方法十分简单,其能加工出高品质的无纺布抛光轮。通过该制造方法制得的无纺布抛光轮,其抛光的性能能够得到有效的提高,从而能避免抛光的陶壶表面出现抛光表面不均匀、光泽度差、没有柔润性、手感差的问题,经过该无纺布抛光轮的抛光,这能便于大大提高陶壶表面抛光的均匀度、光泽度、柔润性,从而有助于提高陶壶的手感,进而有助于提高陶壶的品质;且该无纺布抛光轮能够快速达到好的抛光效果,其对陶壶表面处理加工的效率能比传统抛光轮提高500%。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种加工无纺布抛光轮的原料及无纺布抛光轮的制造方法,由重量百分比为30~40%环氧树脂胶水、7.5~13.5%固化剂、1~5%促进剂、40~55%磨料、0.5~1%色粉、5~10%溶剂组成。通过采用这样的原料,有助于提高无纺布抛光轮的可靠性与质量,能便于快速将陶壶抛光到位,能提高陶壶抛光的均匀度、光泽度、柔润性与手感,从而能便于提高陶壶的品质。
所述的固化剂为聚酰胺多元胺、脂肪族多元胺、芳香族多元胺、酸酐、咪唑化合物或三氟化硼络合物。
所述促进剂为2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑。
所述磨料为碳酸钙、金刚砂、氧化镁、氢氧化镁、碳酸镁或硅酸钙。
所述溶剂为甲苯溶剂。
所述磨料还可以采用常规磨料经过酸洗、碱洗及表面改性处理的磨料。
实施例二:
一种用实施例一所述原料加工无纺布抛光轮的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备实施例一所述原料与无纺布纤维棉;
(2)将原料混合均匀然后通过辊压的方式均匀地涂覆在无纺布纤维棉上,接着按照需求的厚度层压在定型模具中,然后放置在烘箱中固化处理成型;
(3)将无纺布纤维棉块从定型模具中脱出来,接着晾干,再接着在冲床中冲切出需要的尺寸规格,然后再进入烘箱进行固化处理;
(4)将经过烘干后的半成品放入浸洗缸中,用溶剂和光亮剂浸泡后,取出脱除溶剂后,将半成品放置在真空干燥箱中,烘干并回收溶剂,烘干后就得到成品无纺布抛光轮。
该制造方法十分简单,其能加工出高品质的无纺布抛光轮。通过该制造方法制得的无纺布抛光轮,其抛光的性能能够得到有效的提高,从而能避免抛光的陶壶表面出现抛光表面不均匀、光泽度差、没有柔润性、手感差的问题,经过该无纺布抛光轮的抛光,这能便于大大提高陶壶表面抛光的均匀度、光泽度、柔润性,从而有助于提高陶壶的手感,进而有助于提高陶壶的品质;且该无纺布抛光轮能够快速达到好的抛光效果,其对陶壶表面处理加工的效率能比传统抛光轮提高500%。
所述无纺布纤维棉是常规的尼龙短纤维无纺布。
该方法中的加工工艺为叠合加工工艺。即由工业白洁布通过辊压的方式涂覆上胶砂并一层一层叠压初固化和烘烤固化,最后冲切成需要形状。
其中在无纺布纤维棉块脱模后,可不用完全晾干,而是在晾干到一定硬度后,就通过冲床加工,这样有助于提高冲切加工的质量,以避免其出现碎裂的情况。
其中半成品在溶剂和光亮剂浸泡的时间,一般以半成品表面达到光亮平整即可。
所述光亮剂为复合相变材料,其含无机相变材料及有机相变材料。
如图1所示,一般将无纺布抛光轮1加工成圆柱体结构,在无纺布抛光轮1的中部开设有贯穿的穿套孔11。这既能方便无纺布抛光轮1进行抛光,又能方便无纺布抛光轮1的安装定位。
上述实施例为本发明的优选实施例,凡与本发明类似的结构及所作的等效变化,均应属于本发明的保护范畴。

1.一种加工无纺布抛光轮的原料,其特征在于由重量百分比为30~40%环氧树脂胶水、7.5~13.5%固化剂、1~5%促进剂、40~55%磨料、0.5~1%色粉、5~10%溶剂组成;所述的固化剂为脂肪族多元胺、咪唑化合物或三氟化硼络合物;所述促进剂为2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑;所述磨料为碳酸钙、氧化镁、氢氧化镁、碳酸镁或硅酸钙;所述溶剂为甲苯溶剂。
2.一种用权利要求1所述原料加工无纺布抛光轮的制造方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)准备权利要求1所述原料与无纺布纤维棉;
(2)将原料混合均匀然后通过辊压的方式均匀地涂覆在无纺布纤维棉上,接着按照需求的厚度层压在定型模具中,然后放置在烘箱中固化处理成型;
(3)将无纺布纤维棉块从定型模具中脱出来,接着晾干,再接着在冲床中冲切出需要的尺寸规格,然后再进入烘箱进行固化处理;
(4)将经过烘干后的半成品放入浸洗缸中,用溶剂和光亮剂浸泡后,取出脱除溶剂后,将半成品放置在真空干燥箱中,烘干并回收溶剂,烘干后就得到成品无纺布抛光轮。
