本发明公开了一种耐高温保护膜,包括基材层、粘胶层、硅胶层和防刮涂层;所述基材层1上通过粘胶层连接硅胶层,硅胶层上涂刷有防刮涂层,所述粘胶层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:改性丙烯酸酯树脂15‑20%、交联剂15‑20%、醋酸乙酯25‑35%,固化剂3‑5%、甲苯12‑15%、耐高温填充剂15‑20%;本发明还公开了一种耐高温保护膜的制备方法。该产品具有较好的粘度和粘着力,保护膜贴合后在高温环境中保持其性能不便,不会出现翘曲等形变,使用效果好,且具有长期的使用寿命,便于人们使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及屏幕保护技术领域,具体是一种耐高温保护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的电子屏幕发展迅速,保护膜粘贴在屏幕表面,可以有效的避免了屏幕遭受刮痕,有效的保护了屏幕,方面人们使用。
目前市场上常见的此类保护膜一般分为两种,一种为在聚酯薄膜上涂布胶水;另一种为在聚丙烯等薄膜生产中加入粘性物质让其自带粘性,但一般这类产品有一个缺陷,就是在高温烘烤后基本都会出现翘曲、发雾、残胶等问题中的一种或多种,导致严重影响产品质量及成品良率,给人们的实用带来一定的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温保护膜及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐高温保护膜,包括基材层、粘胶层、硅胶层和防刮涂层;所述基材层1上通过粘胶层连接硅胶层,硅胶层上涂刷有防刮涂层,所述粘胶层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:改性丙烯酸酯树脂15-20%、交联剂15-20%、醋酸乙酯25-35%,固化剂3-5%、甲苯12-15%、耐高温填充剂15-20%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述粘胶层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:改性丙烯酸酯树脂18%、交联剂18%、醋酸乙酯30%,固化剂4%、甲苯13%、耐高温填充剂17%。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述粘胶层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:改性丙烯酸酯树脂15%、交联剂15%、醋酸乙酯35%,固化剂5%、甲苯15%、耐高温填充剂15%。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述基材层为离型膜。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述基材层厚度为50-100um。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述防刮涂层的厚度为2-3um。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述改性丙烯酸酯树脂为聚酯丙烯酸酯、聚醚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和环氧丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
9.上述高温保护膜的制备方法,具体步骤为:
S1、将上述原料混合搅拌均匀,涂布在基材层的表面形成粘胶层;
S2、在粘胶层表面覆盖有硅胶层,硅胶层表面涂覆有防刮涂层;
S3、将S2中的制品放入80℃的烘箱中干燥2分钟;
S4、将S3中的制品在40℃的烘箱内熟成48小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该产品具有较好的粘度和粘着力,保护膜贴合后在高温环境中保持其性能不便,不会出现翘曲等形变,使用效果好,且具有长期的使用寿命,便于人们使用。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种耐高温保护膜,包括基材层1、粘胶层2、硅胶层3和防刮涂层4;所述基材层1为离型膜,基材层1的厚度可为20-200um,优选为50-100um;基材层1上通过粘胶层2连接硅胶层3,硅胶层3上涂刷有防刮涂层4,防刮涂层4的厚度为2-3um,所述粘胶层2由以下重量百分比的原料制成:改性丙烯酸酯树脂15%、交联剂15%、醋酸乙酯35%,固化剂5%、甲苯15%、耐高温填充剂15%,其中,主要成分改性丙烯酸酯树脂优选自聚酯丙烯酸酯、聚醚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和环氧丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
制作时,将上述原料混合搅拌均匀,涂布在基材层1的表面形成粘胶层2,在粘胶层2表面覆盖有硅胶层3,硅胶层3表面涂覆有防刮涂层4,放入80℃的烘箱中干燥2分钟,然后在40℃的烘箱内熟成48小时,即得成品。
实施例2

制作时,将上述原料混合搅拌均匀,涂布在基材层1的表面形成粘胶层2,在粘胶层2表面覆盖有硅胶层3,硅胶层3表面涂覆有防刮涂层4,放入80℃的烘箱中干燥2分钟,然后在40℃的烘箱内熟成48小时,即得成品。

1.一种耐高温保护膜,其特征在于,包括基材层、粘胶层、硅胶层和防刮涂层;所述基材层1上通过粘胶层连接硅胶层,硅胶层上涂刷有防刮涂层,所述粘胶层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:改性丙烯酸酯树脂15-20%、交联剂15-20%、醋酸乙酯25-35%,固化剂3-5%、甲苯12-15%、耐高温填充剂15-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温保护膜,其特征在于,所述粘胶层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:改性丙烯酸酯树脂18%、交联剂18%、醋酸乙酯30%,固化剂4%、甲苯13%、耐高温填充剂17%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温保护膜,其特征在于,所述粘胶层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:改性丙烯酸酯树脂15%、交联剂15%、醋酸乙酯35%,固化剂5%、甲苯15%、耐高温填充剂15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温保护膜,其特征在于,所述基材层为离型膜。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种耐高温保护膜,其特征在于,所述基材层厚度为50-100um。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种耐高温保护膜,其特征在于,所述防刮涂层的厚度为2-3um。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种耐高温保护膜,其特征在于,所述改性丙烯酸酯树脂为聚酯丙烯酸酯、聚醚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和环氧丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
8.一种耐高温保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
S1、将上述原料混合搅拌均匀,涂布在基材层的表面形成粘胶层;
S2、在粘胶层表面覆盖有硅胶层,硅胶层表面涂覆有防刮涂层;
S3、将S2中的制品放入80℃的烘箱中干燥2分钟;
S4、将S3中的制品在40℃的烘箱内熟成48小时。
