本发明公开了一种适用于喇叭网的热熔胶胶带及其制备工艺,该胶带包括:基材、涂覆于基材两面的胶水层以及铺设于其中一面的胶水层上的热熔胶层,热熔胶层和另一面的胶水层上均贴合有离型纸。本发明的热熔胶胶带适用于喇叭网粘贴,热熔胶层表面在正常状态下无粘性,经过热压后则发挥优异的粘着力,牢固地粘附于电子产品凹凸、粗糙的表面,而且该胶带具有特别好的形状适应性,尤其适用于弧面粘贴,在0‑150℃环境下长期使用性能保持不变,持久性得到了显著改善;另外,该热熔胶还具有良好的反亮性能,确保外观美观和使用性能。

适用于喇叭网的热熔胶胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带,具体涉及一种适用于喇叭网的热熔胶胶带及其制备工艺;属于胶带技术领域。
背景技术
喇叭网热熔胶胶带是一种在棉纸中涂有压敏胶粘合剂的双面胶带,具有优良的粘合力,适用于电视、电脑、汽车等音箱喇叭网的粘贴。随着市场要求的提高,喇叭网在外观及功能性方面的要求也越来越高。粘贴喇叭网所使用的热熔胶胶带,在经过高温热压后发挥其卓越的黏着力才可使凸凹及粗糙表面的喇叭网牢固的黏附住,而且,在喇叭网与热熔胶带经热压后牢固的黏附住后,胶面不可反亮,以避免破坏产品整体美观性以及导致音效变差。
各类使用喇叭网的电子产品正朝着轻薄化的方向发展,喇叭网的造型也越来越多样化,弧面设计已经成为喇叭网较为常用的一种设计形式,但是,目前市场上的热熔胶胶带对于弧面粘贴的粘着力和持久力均不尽人意,亟待改进。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种粘着力强、持久力好、且特别适用于弧面粘贴的喇叭网用热熔胶胶带。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
适用于喇叭网的热熔胶胶带,包括:基材、涂覆于基材两面的胶水层以及铺设于其中一面的胶水层上的热熔胶层,所述热熔胶层和另一面的胶水层上均贴合有离型纸;所述热熔胶由如下重量份的各组分制得:环氧树脂20-30份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物10-30份、酚醛树脂5-12份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、甘油5-8份、氧化锌2-6份及消光剂3-8份。
优选地,前述基材为黑色绵纸。
更优选地,前述胶水层为耐热型亚克力胶水层。
再优选地,前述离型纸为单硅离型纸或哑光离型纸。
更优选地,前述消光剂为微米级二氧化硅颗粒,平均粒径为50-120μm,二氧化硅与氧化锌配合使用后能够赋予热熔胶层更优的效果,更好地避免反亮。
优选地,前述热熔胶的制备方法为:首先,将环氧树脂、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物及酚醛树脂混合均匀后进行混炼,再将得到的中间产物加入聚乙烯醇中,然后逐滴滴加甘油并混合均匀,最后,向混合物中同时加入氧化锌和消光剂,搅拌均匀即得产物热熔胶。该热熔胶具有良好的反亮性能,粘着力和持久力都得到了显著优化。
再优选地,前述混炼温度为150-170℃。
此外,本发明还公布了如前所述的适用于喇叭网的热熔胶胶带的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、在基材的两面涂布胶水层,入烘箱初步烘干,在其中一面胶水层上贴合离型纸;
S2、在另一面胶水层上均匀涂布热熔胶层,然后在热熔胶层上贴合离型纸,完成后静置,使热熔胶自然熟成固化;
S3、绕制成卷,得到热熔胶胶带。
优选地,前述步骤S1中,烘干温度为40-80℃。
更优选地,前述热熔胶层的厚度30-80μm。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明的热熔胶胶带适用于喇叭网粘贴,热熔胶层表面在正常状态下无粘性,经过热压后则发挥优异的粘着力,牢固地粘附于电子产品凹凸、粗糙的表面,而且该胶带具有特别好的形状适应性,尤其适用于弧面粘贴,在0-150℃环境下长期使用性能保持不变,持久性得到了显著改善;另外,该热熔胶还具有良好的反亮性能,确保外观美观和使用性能。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
按照表1所示的重量份制备实施例1-实施例3中的热熔胶:

各实施例的热熔胶的制备方法为:首先,将环氧树脂、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物及酚醛树脂混合均匀后进行混炼(150-170℃),再将得到的中间产物加入聚乙烯醇中,然后逐滴滴加甘油并混合均匀,最后,向混合物中同时加入氧化锌和消光剂,搅拌均匀即得产物热熔胶。
然后,将热熔胶用于制备胶带,具体工艺包括如下步骤:
S1、在基材的两面涂布胶水层,入40-80℃烘箱初步烘干,在其中一面胶水层上贴合离型纸;
S2、在另一面胶水层上均匀涂布厚度为30-80μm的热熔胶层,然后在热熔胶层上贴合离型纸,完成后静置,使热熔胶自然熟成固化;
S3、绕制成卷,得到热熔胶胶带。
上述工艺得到的热熔胶胶带结构相同,均包括:基材、涂覆于基材两面的胶水层以及铺设于其中一面的胶水层上的热熔胶层,热熔胶层和另一面的胶水层上均贴合有离型纸。
具体到本实施例中,基材为黑色绵纸,胶水层为耐热型亚克力胶水层,离型纸为单硅离型纸或哑光离型纸,消光剂为微米级二氧化硅颗粒,平均粒径为50-120μm,二氧化硅与氧化锌配合使用后能够赋予热熔胶层更优的效果,更好地避免反亮。
性能检测
将实施例1-实施例3的热熔胶胶带粘贴在弧形的电子产品壳体基材上,并与市售的热熔胶胶带作对比,测试持久性(施加4N的剥离力)和剥离力,测试结果如表2所示。

综上,本发明的热熔胶胶带适用于喇叭网粘贴,热熔胶层表面在正常状态下无粘性,经过热压后则发挥优异的粘着力,牢固地粘附于电子产品凹凸、粗糙的表面,而且该胶带具有特别好的形状适应性,尤其适用于弧面粘贴,在0-150℃环境下长期使用性能保持不变,相较于市售的热熔胶胶带而言,其持久性得到了显著改善;另外,该热熔胶还具有良好的反亮性能,确保外观美观和使用性能。

1.适用于喇叭网的热熔胶胶带,其特征在于,包括:基材、涂覆于基材两面的胶水层以及铺设于其中一面的胶水层上的热熔胶层,所述热熔胶层和另一面的胶水层上均贴合有离型纸;所述热熔胶由如下重量份的各组分制得:环氧树脂20-30份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物10-30份、酚醛树脂5-12份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、甘油5-8份、氧化锌2-6份及消光剂3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于喇叭网的热熔胶胶带,其特征在于,所述基材为黑色绵纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于喇叭网的热熔胶胶带,其特征在于,所述胶水层为耐热型亚克力胶水层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于喇叭网的热熔胶胶带,其特征在于,所述离型纸为单硅离型纸或哑光离型纸。
