技术领域
本发明涉及一种防静电塑料垫。
背景技术
防静电板是九十年代兴起、发展的新兴产品。它的作用是:通过导电材料在橡胶大分子表面形成导电层,以构成静电疏泄通道,达到有效去除因设备转动,物体摩擦等而产生的静电的目的,它对保护人体健康,防止火灾事故,保持设备正常动转、仪器、仪表的高灵敏度,有着重要的作用;因此,在电脑房、电机房、电子产品生产装配流水线、场地、现代化纺织行业,大医院手术室等都将采用防静电板。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种防静电塑料垫。
本发明所述的一种防静电塑料垫,具体包括底层、中层和面层,其中底层为导静电层,中层为增香层,面层为防静电层;所述的导静电层包括橡胶、硫磺、防老剂、硬脂酸、氧化锌、促进剂、填料、碳黑和增塑剂;所述的增香层所述的增香层为微孔结构海绵型导静电层,包括橡胶、硫磺、防老剂、硬脂酸、氧化锌、促进剂、填料、碳黑、增塑剂和香料;所述的防静电层包括橡胶、促进剂、防老剂、硬脂酸、硫磺、氧化锌、填料、抗静电剂和颜料。
本发明所述的抗静电剂为季铵盐类。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的防静电塑料垫,在塑料垫原料中添加抗静电剂,使得塑料垫具有抗静电、防静电的特性,可广泛用于有防静电要求的场合,海绵增香层的使用使得防静电塑料垫的手感柔软,而且能消除异味。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
取天然橡胶100份、硫磺1份、防老剂1份、硬脂酸1份、氧化锌4份、促进剂6份、碳酸钙60份、碳黑20份、二丁酯10份,用密炼机密炼、压延机出片,制成导静电胶片;取天然橡胶100份、硫磺1份、防老剂1份、硬脂酸1份、氧化锌4份、促进剂6份、碳酸钙60份、碳黑20份、二丁酯10份,香料5份,用密炼机密炼、压延机出片,制成增香层胶片;取天然橡胶100份、促进剂1份、防老剂1份、硬脂酸1份、硫磺1份、氧化锌4份、碳黑10份、PVC树脂80份、PVC助剂20份、季铵盐类抗静电剂10份、绿色颜料2份,用密炼机密炼、压延机出片,制成防静电胶片;三层材料层叠后通过热压方式使各层交界面融接成一体,制成防静电塑料垫。
实施例二:
取天然橡胶120份、硫磺3份、防老剂3份、硬脂酸3份、氧化锌4份、促进剂6份、碳酸钙60份、碳黑20份、二丁酯10份,用密炼机密炼、压延机出片,制成导静电胶片;取天然橡胶100份、硫磺1份、防老剂1份、硬脂酸1份、氧化锌4份、促进剂6份、碳酸钙60份、碳黑20份、二丁酯10份,香料8份,用密炼机密炼、压延机出片,制成增香层胶片;取天然橡胶120份、促进剂3份、防老剂3份、硬脂酸3份、硫磺3份、氧化锌4份、碳黑10份、PVC树脂80份、PVC助剂20份、季铵盐类抗静电剂12份、绿色颜料10份,用密炼机密炼、压延机出片,制成防静电胶片;三层材料层叠后通过热压方式使各层交界面融接成一体,制成防静电塑料垫。

1.一种防静电塑料垫,其特征在于,所述的防静电塑料垫具体包括底层、中层和面层,其中底层为导静电层,中层为增香层,面层为防静电层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电塑料垫,其特征在于,所述的导静电层包括橡胶、硫磺、防老剂、硬脂酸、氧化锌、促进剂、填料、碳黑和增塑剂;所述的增香层所述的增香层为微孔结构海绵型导静电层,包括橡胶、硫磺、防老剂、硬脂酸、氧化锌、促进剂、填料、碳黑、增塑剂和香料;所述的防静电层包括橡胶、促进剂、防老剂、硬脂酸、硫磺、氧化锌、填料、抗静电剂和颜料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防静电塑料垫,其特征在于,所述的导静电层由以下重量份的原料组成:橡胶100-120份、硫磺1-3份、防老剂1-3份、硬脂酸1-3份、氧化锌4-15份、促进剂1-6份、填料20-80份、碳黑20-60份、增塑剂10-30份;所述的增香层由以下重量份的原料组成:橡胶100-120份、硫磺1-3份、防老剂1-3份、硬脂酸1-3份、氧化锌4-15份、促进剂1-6份、填料20-80份、碳黑20-60份、增塑剂10-30份、香料5-10份;所述的防静电层由以下重量份的原料组成:橡胶100-120份、促进剂1-6份、防老剂1-5份、硬脂酸1-3份、硫磺1-4份、氧化锌4-15份、填料10-40份、抗静电剂10-40份、颜料2-20份。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种防静电塑料垫,其特征在于,所述的抗静电剂为季铵盐类。
