Abstract
本发明涉及汽车零部件领域,特别涉及一种高强度隔热减震型汽车油箱。本发明所述的汽车油箱,所述保护壳侧壁内侧、顶部和底部均设有若干拱形凸起,起到了良好的缓冲减震作用;所述的保护壳采用由非金属外层、隔热芯层和增强内层组成的复合板材构成;具有高强度隔热性能,能够保护油箱本体在汽车行驶过程中受到碰撞损坏,同时也能进一步的保护油液不受外界过冷过热温度的影响,提高了保护壳的阻热性能和耐火功能,增加了保护壳的强度和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件领域,特别涉及一种高强度隔热减震型汽车油箱。
背景技术
现有的汽车油箱多为单层机构,这种汽车油箱结构制作方便,成本低,但是其强度不高,在汽车行驶或者发生碰撞时容易损坏,而且油箱的减震效果较差,单层结构油箱内的油液温度容易受到外界环境的影响,过冷过热的环境下油液都会受到外界的影响,过冷油液会冻住导致汽车无法正常工作,过热时油液温度过高容易出现安全事故。
发明内容
发明的目的:本发明公开一种高强度隔热减震型汽车油箱,汽车油箱保温隔热效果较好,减震性能良好以及汽车在行驶过程中油箱内的汽油不易晃动,不会造成挥发,同时还具有防止油液被盗的功能。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明公开了一种高强度隔热减震型汽车油箱,包括油箱本体,保护壳,进油管和出油管,所述油箱本体上端设有进油管,下端一侧设有出油管,所述油箱本体外面设有保护壳,所述油箱本体和保护壳之间设有保温层,所述保护壳侧壁内侧、顶部和底部还设有若干拱形凸起,所述拱形凸起的凸起部贴靠在保温层上起到缓冲减震的作用;所述进油管管口设有油封盖,所述进油管外管壁与所述保护壳、保温层和油箱本体接触面之间设有O型密封圈,防止油液由于汽车行驶过程中的颠簸发生泄漏同时也减少了油液的挥发;所述进油管的底部连接有一过滤板,所述过滤板的上端与油箱本体的内壁固定连接,所述过滤板设有若干过滤孔,过滤板的设置不仅可以过滤油液,使得油液更加干净不含杂质、使用率更高,同时过滤板的设置还可有效的防止小偷轻易的偷油,起到了一定的防盗作用;所述油箱本体内靠近进油管进油口附近设有一倾斜的隔板,所述隔板的一端与油箱本体的内侧壁连接,另一端与油箱本体的内侧壁留有间隙,隔板可以对油箱本体内的油液的晃动起到一定的减缓作用;所述油箱本体内底部设有斜板,所述斜板的一端与油箱本体的内侧壁连接,另一端在油箱本体的底部并靠近出油管的出油口,斜板的设置可以使得油箱本体内的油液或者清洗时的污液可以更加方便的从出油管流出;所述保护壳采用由非金属外层、增强内层和隔热芯层组成的复合板材构成,所述非金属外层、增强内层和隔热芯层整体发泡而成;具有高强度隔热性能,能够保护油箱本体在汽车行驶过程中受到碰撞损坏,同时也能进一步的保护油液不受外界过冷过热温度的影响,提高了保护壳的阻热性能和耐火功能,增加了保护壳的强度和使用寿命。
优选地,出油管管口设有过滤网,进一步过滤净化油液,提高油液的使用率;
优选地,所述出油管外管壁与保护壳、保温层和油箱本体之间的接触面之间设有O型密封圈,增加密封性,防止油液的泄露和挥发;
优选地,所述的保温层材质为石棉;具有很好的保温效果,防止外界温度过高或者过低对油液造成影响,使得油液能够在过冷过热环境下正常使用,避免出现安全事故;
优选地,所述拱形凸起为弹性橡胶,具有很好的减震效果,而且不会对油箱本体造成损坏;
优选地,所述隔板向下倾斜角度为45°或60°;
优选地,所述斜板的倾斜角度为30°或45°;
优选地,所述非金属外层为FRP玻纤增强塑料层;FRP玻纤增强塑料层属于玻璃钢材料,是一种节能型材料,具有可以根据不同使用环境及特殊性能要求复合制作;一次性制作成型的特点,同时还具有重量轻,比强度高,耐腐蚀,电绝缘性能好,传热慢,热绝缘性好,耐瞬时超高温性能好等特性;提高了保护壳的阻热性能和耐火功能,增加了保护壳的强度和使用寿命。
优选地,所述增强内层为镀锌钢层;具备抗腐蚀和电化学反应的能力,满足强度的要求下使其内部结构具备阻隔热源的功能。

本发明所述的一种高强度隔热减震型汽车油箱,如图1-2所示,包括油箱本体1,保护壳2,进油管3和出油管7,所述油箱本体1上端设有进油管3,下端一侧设有出油管7,所述油箱本体1外面设有保护壳2,所述油箱本体1和保护壳2之间设有保温层8,所述保护壳2侧壁内侧、顶部和底部还设有若干拱形凸起9,所述拱形凸起9的凸起部贴靠在保温层8上起到缓冲减震的作用;所述进油管3管口设有油封盖4,所述进油管3外管壁与所述保护壳2、保温层8和油箱本体1接触面之间设有O型密封圈10,防止油液由于汽车行驶过程中的颠簸发生泄漏同时也减少了油液的挥发;所述进油管3的底部连接有一过滤板5,所述过滤板5的上端与油箱本体1的内壁固定连接,所述过滤板5设有若干过滤孔6,过滤板5的设置不仅可以过滤油液,使得油液更加干净不含杂质、使用率更高,同时过滤板5的设置还可有效的防止小偷轻易的偷油,起到了一定的防盗作用;所述油箱本体1内靠近进油管3进油口附近设有一倾斜的隔板11,所述隔板11的一端与油箱本体1的内侧壁连接,另一端与油箱本体1的内侧壁留有间隙,隔板11可以对油箱本体1内的油液的晃动起到一定的减缓作用;所述油箱本体1内底部设有斜板12,所述斜板12的一端与油箱本体1的内侧壁连接,另一端在油箱本体1的底部并靠近出油管7的出油口,斜板12的设置可以使得油箱本体1内的油液或者清洗时的污液可以更加方便的从出油管7流出;所述保护壳2采用由非金属外层21、增强内层22和隔热芯层23组成的复合板材构成,所述非金属外层21、增强内层22和隔热芯层23整体发泡而成;具有高强度隔热性能,能够保护油箱本体1在汽车行驶过程中受到碰撞损坏,同时也能进一步的保护油液不受外界过冷过热温度的影响,提高了保护壳2的阻热性能和耐火功能,增加了保护壳2的强度和使用寿命。
优选地,出油管7管口设有过滤网13,进一步过滤净化油液,提高油液的使用率;
优选地,所述出油管7外管壁与保护壳2、保温层8和油箱本体1之间的接触面之间设有O型密封圈(未图示),增加密封性,防止油液的泄露和挥发;
优选地,所述的保温层8材质为石棉;具有很好的保温效果,防止外界温度过高或者过低对油液造成影响,使得油液能够在过冷过热环境下正常使用,避免出现安全事故;
优选地,所述拱形凸起9为弹性橡胶,具有很好的减震效果,而且不会对油箱本体1造成损坏;
优选地,所述隔板11向下倾斜角度为45°或60°;
优选地,所述斜板12的倾斜角度为30°或45°;
优选地,所述非金属外层21为FRP玻纤增强塑料层;FRP玻纤增强塑料层属于玻璃钢材料,是一种节能型材料,具有可以根据不同使用环境及特殊性能要求复合制作;一次性制作成型的特点,同时还具有重量轻,比强度高,耐腐蚀,电绝缘性能好,传热慢,热绝缘性好,耐瞬时超高温性能好等特性;提高了保护壳的阻热性能和耐火功能,增加了保护壳的强度和使用寿命。
优选地,所述增强内层为镀锌钢层;具备抗腐蚀和电化学反应的能力,满足强度的要求下使其内部结构具备阻隔热源的功能。

1.一种高强度隔热减震型汽车油箱,其特征在于:包括油箱本体,保护壳,进油管和出油管,所述油箱本体上端设有进油管,下端一侧设有出油管,所述油箱本体外面设有保护壳,所述油箱本体和保护壳之间设有保温层,所述保护壳侧壁内侧、顶部和底部还设有若干拱形凸起,所述拱形凸起的凸起部贴靠在保温层上;所述进油管管口设有油封盖,所述进油管外管壁与所述保护壳、保温层和油箱本体接触面之间设有O型密封圈;所述进油管的底部连接有一过滤板;所述油箱本体内靠近进油管进油口附近设有一倾斜的隔板,所述隔板的一端与油箱本体的内侧壁连接,另一端与油箱本体的内侧壁留有间隙;所述油箱本体内底部设有斜板,所述斜板的一端与油箱本体的内侧壁连接,另一端在油箱本体的底部并靠近出油管的出油口;所述保护壳采用由非金属外层、增强内层和隔热芯层组成的复合板材构成,所述非金属外层、增强内层和隔热芯层整体发泡而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度隔热减震型汽车油箱,其特征在于:出油管管口设有过滤网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度隔热减震型汽车油箱,其特征在于:所述出油管外管壁与保护壳、保温层和油箱本体之间的接触面之间设有O型密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种高强度隔热减震型汽车油箱,其特征在于:所述的保温层材质为石棉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高强度隔热减震型汽车油箱,其特征在于:所述拱形凸起为弹性橡胶。
