汝窑金丝开片,汝窑是宋代五大名窑之一,在汝官哥钧定中排名第一,汝窑是高温釉经过高温烧制而成,汝窑按开片与否划分,可分为开片瓷器和不开片瓷器,汝窑开片的形状有很多种,有冰裂纹、鱼子纹、蝉翼纹(又名蝇翅纹)等等,也有不开片的,开片是汝窑的一种现象,汝窑开片的茶具,由于瓷器表面有开片裂纹,在使用过程中会沁入茶汁,形成茶垢堆积,留在汝窑开片釉裂中的茶垢出不来,洗不了,纹路形成的线条就明显了,本发明在于提供一种所制成品在未被使用和饮用之前即具备有明显金丝开片纹路的汝窑瓷器,本发明所呈现的效果的汝瓷都需要精心挑选一些表面开裂的纹路,并施以自己研发的茶汁进行泡养,经过不定期的泡养之后的瓷器成品具有较明显的金色开片纹路。

汝窑金丝开片
技术领域
本发明涉及汝瓷制作领域,具体涉及的是一种汝窑泡养出金丝开片纹理。
背景技术
汝窑是宋代五大名窑之一,在汝官哥钧定中排名第一,汝窑是高温釉经过高温烧制而成,汝窑按开片与否划分,可分为开片瓷器和不开片瓷器,汝窑烧制需要两次烧制才能成功,第一次烧制是烧素坯,第二次就是上釉后开始烧制直至成为成品。在胎土和釉料出窑时都会收缩,胎土冷却时间远比釉料冷却时间快,从而会形成收缩之间差距,进而形成开片。汝窑开片的形状有很多种,有冰裂纹、鱼子纹、蝉翼纹(又名蝇翅纹)等等,也有不开片的。 开片是汝窑的一种现象,开裂的原因有两种:一是成型时坯泥沿一定方向延伸,影响了分子的排列;二是坯、釉膨胀系数不同,焙烧后冷却时釉层收缩率大。开片据裂纹稀密和图形不同分别称冰裂纹、鱼子纹、百圾碎、蟹爪纹、牛毛纹及鳝血纹等。汝窑开片的茶具,由于瓷器表面有开片裂纹,在使用过程中会沁入茶汁,形成茶垢堆积,留在汝窑开片釉裂中的茶垢出不来,洗不了,纹路形成的线条就明显了。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种所制成品在未被使用和饮用之前即具备有明显金丝开片纹路的汝窑瓷器,本发明所呈现的效果的汝瓷都需要精心挑选一些表面开裂的纹路,并施以自己研发的茶汁进行泡养,经过不定期的泡养之后的瓷器成品具有较明显的金色开片纹路。
具体实施方式
本发明汝窑青瓷包括坯体和釉,采用高龄土、焦宝石和长石作为坯体原料,各原料加入量的重量百分比为:高岭土40%~70%、焦宝石15%~30%、长石15%~30%;采用石英、长石、方解石、赤铁矿、蛇绿岩、骨灰和910℃~960℃煅烧过的风穴土作为釉料原料,各原料加入量的重量百分比为:石英5%~15%、长石15%~64.5%、方解石10%~20%、赤铁矿5%~10%、蛇绿岩10%~20%、骨灰0.5%~5%、910℃~960℃煅烧过的风穴土5%~15%。
所述高岭土主要由半坡土、大营土和风穴土组成,其各组分重量百分比为:半坡土20%~25%、大营土30%~35%、风穴土40%~50%。
所述制备方法为:
步骤一、选取上述坯体的原材料,按重量百分比分别取高岭土40%~70%、焦宝石15%~30%、长石15%~30%,混合制得干料。
步骤二、将步骤一制得的干料与水按1:1的质量比混合送入球磨机,球磨成140~200目的料浆,制成胎料。
步骤三、将步骤二制成的胎料过70~100目筛处理。
步骤四、将步骤三制成过筛后的胎料做除铁处理。
步骤五、用除过铁的胎料采用注浆成型或手工拉坯成型制成生坯,将生坯在常温下荫干3-8天。
步骤六、将步骤五所得成型荫干后的生坯放入窑中素烧,炉内温度升至930℃±25℃后,停止加热,待炉内温度自然冷却至室温后,出窑。
步骤七、选取权利要求1 所述的釉料的原材料,按重量百分比分别取石英5%~15%、长石15%~64.5%、方解石10%~20%、赤铁矿5%~10%、蛇绿岩10%~20%、骨灰0.5%~5%、910℃~960℃煅烧过的风穴土5%~15%,混合制得干料。
步骤八、将步骤七制得的干料与水按1:1的质量比混合送入球磨机磨成140~200目的料浆,制成釉浆。
步骤九、将步骤八所得釉浆过130~160目筛处理,之后将釉浆含水量调整至80%,制成釉料。
步骤十、取步骤六中经过素烧的坯体,用步骤九制得的釉料对坯体进行施釉处理,釉料挂胎厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
步骤十一、待步骤十完成施釉过程后,立即将施釉后的坯体入窑,开始进行分阶段升温煅烧:第一阶段:由室温升至350℃,升温时间为50-70分钟;第二阶段:由350℃升至600℃,耗时80-100分钟;第三阶段:由600℃升至1060℃,耗时3-4小时;第四阶段:由1060℃升至1150℃,耗时90-100分钟;第五阶段:由1150℃升至1260℃,耗时2-6小时,上述煅烧过程完成后,停止加热,待炉内温度自然冷却至室温后取出。
步骤十二、取步骤十一中烧制完成的瓷器和用特制茶叶熬成的浓汤水(茶浓汤加入玉米淀粉和微量食用色素,调制到有一定粘稠度并呈现出金黄色,形成特制的色浆)一起浸泡15至20天,上述浸泡过程完成后,取出瓷器,洗净晾干即得成品。
有益效果:
本发明所制备的汝瓷,瓷器本身玉质感强,所制得汝瓷具有优美的开片的同时,在未被使用之前即具备明显金色开片纹路。

Claims (3)

1.汝窑金丝开片包括包括坯体和釉,采用高龄土、焦宝石和长石作为坯体原料,各原料加入量的重量百分比为:高岭土40%~70%、焦宝石15%~30%、长石15%~30%;采用石英、长石、方解石、赤铁矿、蛇绿岩、骨灰和910℃~960℃煅烧过的风穴土作为釉料原料,各原料加入量的重量百分比为:石英5%~15%、长石15%~64.5%、方解石10%~20%、赤铁矿5%~10%、蛇绿岩10%~20%、骨灰0.5%~5%、900℃~950℃煅烧过的风穴土5%~15%,烧制完成的瓷器和用特制茶叶熬成的浓汤水一起浸泡15至20天,上述浸泡过程完成后,取出瓷器,洗净晾干即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汝窑金丝开片,其特征在于:本发明在于提供一种所制成品在未被使用和饮用之前即具备有明显金丝开片纹路的汝窑瓷器,本发明所呈现的效果的汝瓷都需要精心挑选一些表面开裂的纹路,并施以自己研发的茶汁进行泡养,经过不定期的泡养之后的瓷器成品具有较明显的金色开片纹路。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汝窑金丝开片,其特征在于:茶浓汤中加入玉米淀粉和微量食用色素并调制到有一定粘稠度且呈现出金黄色,形成特制的色浆。
