本发明涉及减肥方法领域,特别涉及一种用于减肥的代餐及其应用。
背景技术
安全健康的减肥方法和技术是全世界都十分关注的问题。细究造成很多人肥胖的原因,主要在于生活习惯的改变,压力大增,饮食精致化、高纤维摄取比重减少、油脂增加、口味变重等,都造成了肥胖的产生。若不注意科学减肥,除达不到减肥效果外,还会对身体健康造成损害。
目前,市面上虽然已经出现采用代餐部分替代或者完全替代正餐进行减肥的方法,但其效果并不理想,一方面在于代餐的配方设计不合理,未能采用更好的物质组合,使其具有更好的减肥效果,另一方面代餐的利用效率低,未对其使用方法进行优化,因此无法发挥其最大的功效,而且,恢复正常饮食后的迅速反弹也是目前代餐减肥方法所面对的巨大难题。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于减肥的代餐及其应用,该代餐的配方科学合理有效的组合,使其发挥有效的减肥效果。
本发明要解决的另一个技术问题是提供一种用于减肥的代餐的应用,该应用可增强本发明代餐的减肥效果,使减肥的效果趋于最大化,同时也有利于减少本发明代餐的使用量,避免浪费,降低成本,同时能够有效控制后期正常饮食后的反弹现象。
本发明的目的将通过以下技术方案得以实现:

S2:减重期,执行时间为2-8天,以食用代餐代替正餐,其中正餐包括早餐、午餐及晚餐;
S3:恢复期,执行时间为5天,每天于正餐时间前食用代餐,后辅以正餐,正餐的每日摄入量逐步增加,由第1天的20%增加至第5天的100%;
S4:巩固期,执行时间为90天,巩固期的前2天以食用代餐代替正餐,后以7天为一周期,任选2天以食用代餐代替正餐,剩下的5天按正餐时间仅食用正餐。

本实施例的代餐的应用,包括如下步骤:
S1:准备期,执行时间为2天,第1天以代餐替代晚餐,每日总摄食量减少至日常每日摄食量的70%,最后1天以代餐替代午餐及晚餐,每日总摄食量减少至日常每日摄食量的40%;
S2:减重期,执行时间为2天,以食用代餐代替正餐,其中正餐包括早餐、午餐及晚餐;
S3:恢复期,执行时间为5天,每天于正餐时间前食用代餐,后辅以正餐,每天的日常摄食量逐步增加,至第5天完全恢复原来的日常摄食量水平;

将本发明的代餐采用上述实施例1和实施例2的应用进行试验,试验个体年龄为30-50岁,体重为180-250斤,性别不限,试验个体数为90,随机分成三组,1组采用实施例1的应用,2组采用实施例2的应用,3组作为对比组,每天三餐均以代餐代替正餐,其作用时间与实施例2准备期、减重期、恢复期合计时间相同,每餐食用量与实施例相同,均为10g,对应实施例2的巩固期期间则正常食用正餐,试验结果见表1:

由表1可知,采用本发明的代餐,及其应用,如实施例1、2组结果显示,其在S1-S3、S4期间,减重趋势是处于相对平缓的减重趋势,其体重降低未出现猛增猛减的现象,实现了高效的减肥效果;其次,实施例1、2组相对于对比组,S4期间减重未出现反弹现象,充分说明将本发明的配方与其应用有效的结合,不仅可增强代餐的减肥效果,使减肥的效果趋于最大化,同时最大程度的避免减肥后期的反弹,以及避免出现正常饮食后的体重反弹的现象。
