背景技术
鼻炎即鼻腔炎性疾病，是病毒、细菌、变应原、各种理化因子以及某些全身性疾病引起的鼻腔黏膜的炎症。鼻炎的主要病理改变是鼻腔黏膜充血、肿胀、渗出、增生、萎缩或坏死等。过敏性鼻炎即变应性鼻炎，是指特应性个体接触变应原后，主要由IgE介导的介质(主要是组胺)释放，并有多种免疫活性细胞和细胞因子等参与的鼻黏膜非感染性炎性疾病。其发生的必要条件有3个：特异性抗原即引起机体免疫反应的物质；特应性个体即所谓个体差异、过敏体质；特异性抗原与特应型个体二者相遇。

本发明的目的在于提供一种过敏性鼻炎合剂，以便更好地针对过敏性鼻炎进行治疗。

上述各组分的中药药理和作用如下：
(1)桂枝：桂枝能发汗解肌，温经通脉，助阳化气，散寒止痛。主风寒表证；寒湿痹痛；四肢厥冷；经闭痛经；症瘕结块；胸痹；心悸；痰饮；小便不利。用于风寒感冒，脘腹冷痛，血寒经闭，关节痹痛，痰饮，水肿，心悸，奔豚。
(2)白芍：平肝止痛，养血调经，敛阴止汗。用于头痛眩晕，胁痛，腹痛，四肢挛痛，血虚萎黄，月经不调，自汗，盗汗。
(3)大枣：味甘性温、归脾胃经，有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能。
(4)黄芪：黄芪味甘,性微温,归肝、脾、肺、肾经。有益气固表、敛汗固脱、托疮生肌、利水消肿之功效。
(5)白术：具有健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎的功效，用于脾虚食少，腹胀泄泻，痰饮眩悸，水肿，自汗，胎动不安。
(6)山药：具有滋养强壮，助消化，敛虚汗，止泻之功效，主治脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、遗精、妇女带下及消化不良的慢性肠炎。
(7)茯苓：归心、肺、脾、肾经。利水渗湿，健脾，宁心。用于水肿尿少，痰饮眩悸，脾虚食少，便溏泄泻，心神不安，惊悸失眠。
(8)炒扁豆：有健脾、和中、益气、化湿、消暑之功效。主治脾虚兼湿，食少便溏，湿浊下注，妇女带下过多，暑湿伤中，吐泻转筋等证。
(9)乌药：归肺、脾、肾、膀胱经。行气止痛，温肾散寒。用于寒凝气滞，胸腹胀痛，气逆喘急，膀胱虚冷，遗尿尿频，疝气疼痛，经寒腹痛。
(10)辛夷：散风寒；通鼻窍。主鼻渊；风寒感冒之头痛；鼻塞；流涕。用于风寒头痛,鼻塞,鼻渊,鼻流浊涕。
(11)薄荷：辛凉性发汗解热药，治流行性感冒、头疼、目赤、身热、咽喉、牙床肿痛等症。外用可治神经痛、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹和湿疹等。
(12)川芎：血祛瘀作用广泛,适宜瘀血阻滞各种病症；祛风止痛,效用甚佳,可治头风头痛、风湿痹痛等症。
(13)石菖蒲：本品辛开苦燥温通,芳香走窜,不但有开窍醒神之功,且兼具化湿,豁痰,辟秽之效。
(14)桔梗：有止咳祛痰、宣肺、排脓等作用，中医常用药。
(15)益智仁：具有温脾止泻摄涎，暖肾缩尿固精之功效。常用于脾胃虚寒，呕吐，泄泻，腹中冷痛，口多唾涎，肾虚遗尿，尿频，遗精，白浊。
本方能益气散寒，芳香通，扶正法邪，诸药配合，对过敏性鼻炎具有较好治疗效果，临床用之每收佳效。四年中，通过对60名患者的使用表明，该药能有效治疗过敏性鼻炎，有效率达93.33％。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果：
1、一般资料：发明人2013年3月-2017年3月间共收集了120例过敏性鼻炎患者，其中，年龄20岁～50岁，病情10天～1月。随机分为：治疗组60例，对照组60例。两组年龄等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2、试验方法：(1)对照组服用鼻炎宁，按照说明书服用。疗程30天。(2)治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例2制得的散剂，早、中、晚各一次。疗程30天。(3)疗效标准及治疗结果：疗效标准：痊愈：过敏性鼻炎的临床症状全部消失。好转：过敏性鼻炎的临床症状减轻，病情得到控制。无效：过敏性鼻炎的临床症状无明显好转或加重。以痊愈和好转计算有效率。治疗统计结果见表1。

由此可见，采用本发明的组方制得的药物能够安全有效治疗过敏性鼻炎。
毒性试验：
试验药品时本发明实施例2中的散剂。试验动物为ICR种小白鼠，体重18～22克，雌雄各半，共40只。试验方法是，禁食12小时后，按20克/千克给小白鼠灌胃4个月，长期毒性试验结果显示，小白鼠体重，肝、肾功能、血象等与对照组无明显差异，表明该药的安全性大，属于无毒级别。

实施例2
本实施例中的过敏性鼻炎合剂，称取稻槎14克、天青地白16克、齿叶橐吾12克、荆芥穗16克、银杏叶10克、灯心草16克、藤梨根12克、白背叶根18克、竹荪12克、丁锅树叶16克、白寇仁12克、糠谷老16克、沙苑子12克、向阳花16克、巴戟天12克、翳子草16克、岗梅根12克、冬凌草16克、糯米草12克、胆星16克、委陵菜12克、金沸草16克、佛甲草12克、余甘子16克。加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，合均匀，包装，即得符合治疗用1天用量的散剂。用于治疗过敏性鼻炎，口服，每日分早、中、晚三次服用。
实施例3
本实施例中的过敏性鼻炎合剂，包括以下质量克数的组分：桂枝35g、白芍35g、大枣40g、黄芪50g、白术35g、防风35g、山药55g、茯苓45g、炒扁豆55g、乌药40g、辛夷35g、薄荷25g、川芎40g、石菖蒲40g、桔梗35g、益智仁50g；上述过敏性鼻炎合剂的制备方法为：将上述组分的药剂加水煎煮两次，第一次1小时，第二次46分钟，合并煎液，过滤，浓缩成1000ml，加防腐剂，搅溶搅匀，分装到已消毒过得1000ml棕色瓶中，获得成品。

1.一种过敏性鼻炎合剂，其特征在于：包括以下质量克数的组分：桂枝25～35g、白芍25～35g、大枣20～40g、黄芪40～50g、白术25～35g、防风25～35g、山药40～55g、茯苓30～45g、炒扁豆50～55g、乌药30～40g、辛夷25～35g、薄荷15～25g、川芎25～40g、石菖蒲25～40g、桔梗25～35g、益智仁40～50g；上述过敏性鼻炎合剂的制备方法为：将上述组分的药剂加水煎煮两次，第一次1小时，第二次46分钟，合并煎液，过滤，浓缩成1000ml，加防腐剂，搅溶搅匀，分装到已消毒过得1000ml棕色瓶中，获得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过敏性鼻炎合剂，其特征在于：上述过敏性鼻炎合剂，包括以下质量克数的组分：桂枝25g、白芍25g、大枣20g、黄芪40g、白术25g、防风25g、山药40g、茯苓30g、炒扁豆50g、乌药30g、辛夷25g、薄荷15g、川芎25g、石菖蒲25g、桔梗25g、益智仁40g；上述过敏性鼻炎合剂的制备方法为：将上述组分的药剂加水煎煮两次，第一次1小时，第二次46分钟，合并煎液，过滤，浓缩成1000ml，加防腐剂，搅溶搅匀，分装到已消毒过得1000ml棕色瓶中，获得成品。
