本发明公开了一种毛纺面料烘干装置,包括箱体(1),箱体(1)内壁设有反射层(2),箱体(1)中间设有两个电热丝网(3),两个电热丝网(3)之间设有导辊(4);箱体(1)顶部设有进风口(5),进风口(5)处连接有进风管(6),进风管(6)端部设有鼓风机(7);箱体(1)底部设有排风口(8),排风口(8)处设有抽风机(9),且所述排风口(8)处还设有有排风管(10),排风管(10)内安装有冷凝器(11);所述电热丝网(3)连接有电加热器(12),电加热器(12)设置在箱体(1)外侧,箱体(1)侧壁上还设置有进料口(13)和出料口(14)。本发明具有能快速烘干,并且烘干效果好的优点。

一种毛纺面料烘干装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种烘干装置,特别是一种毛纺面料烘干装置。
背景技术
在毛纺生产中烘干装置是必不可少的生产设备之一,烘干装置的好坏将直接影响纺织物的质量。现有的烘干装置主要包括烘干箱和烘干箱内部的发热装置,发热装置发热使烘干箱内的温度达到规格要求后,对烘箱内部的纺织物进行烘干,长期使用后发现,现有的烘干装置,烘干箱内部会产生较多的水蒸气无法及时排出,影响烘干效果,而且毛纺面料在烘干箱内部摆放不均,受热不均匀,也会影响烘干效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种毛纺面料烘干装置。本发明具有能快速烘干,并且烘干效果好的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种毛纺面料烘干装置,包括箱体,箱体内壁设有反射层,箱体中间设有两个电热丝网,两个电热丝网之间设有导辊;箱体顶部设有进风口,进风口处连接有进风管,进风管端部设有鼓风机;箱体底部设有排风口,排风口处设有抽风机,且所述排风口处还设有有排风管,排风管内安装有冷凝器;所述电热丝网连接有电加热器,电加热器设置在箱体外侧,箱体侧壁上还设置有进料口和出料口。
前述的一种毛纺面料烘干装置中,所述导辊有4个,4个导辊呈矩形分布。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过在箱体内壁设置反射层使得烘干箱内部热量分布均匀,进而使毛纺面料受热均匀,并结合导辊的传输延长了面料在烘干装置内的烘干时间,提高了面料的烘干效率;在箱体底部排风口设置抽风机,能及时将烘干过程中产生的水蒸气排出,从而加强了烘干效果;此外,在排风管内设置冷凝器,可将排出的气体降温,防止高温排出时发生烫伤事故。

实施例:一种毛纺面料烘干装置,构成如图1所示,包括箱体1,箱体1内壁设有反射层2,箱体1中间设有两个电热丝网3,两个电热丝网3之间设有导辊4;箱体1顶部设有进风口5,进风口5处连接有进风管6,进风管6端部设有鼓风机7;箱体1底部设有排风口8,排风口8处设有抽风机9,且所述排风口8处还设有有排风管10,排风管10内安装有冷凝器11;所述电热丝网3连接有电加热器12,电加热器12设置在箱体1外侧,箱体1侧壁上还设置有进料口13和出料口14。
所述导辊4有4个,4个导辊4呈矩形分布。
工作原理:本发明通过电加热器12加热电热丝网3,从而使加热后的空气对面料15进行烘干。面料15从进料口13进入,沿着4个导辊4呈Z字型卷绕然后从出料口14输出,这样设置的好处在于能让面料15在有限的烘干箱体1内尽可能地增大烘干面积,箱体1内壁设置反射层2使得烘干箱内部热量分布均匀,进而使毛纺面料15受热均匀,从而提高烘干效率。在箱体1底部排风口8设置抽风机9,能及时将烘干过程中产生的水蒸气排出,从而加强了烘干效果;此外,在排风管10内设置冷凝器11,可将排出的气体降温,防止高温排出时发生烫伤事故。

1.一种毛纺面料烘干装置,其特征在于:包括箱体(1),箱体(1)内壁设有反射层(2),箱体(1)中间设有两个电热丝网(3),两个电热丝网(3)之间设有导辊(4);箱体(1)顶部设有进风口(5),进风口(5)处连接有进风管(6),进风管(6)端部设有鼓风机(7);箱体(1)底部设有排风口(8),排风口(8)处设有抽风机(9),且所述排风口(8)处还设有有排风管(10),排风管(10)内安装有冷凝器(11);所述电热丝网(3)连接有电加热器(12),电加热器(12)设置在箱体(1)外侧,箱体(1)侧壁上还设置有进料口(13)和出料口(14)。
