本发明涉及一种润滑油组合物及用途,所述润滑油组合物,以重量份数计,由以下组份组成:a)90.0~98.0份的冷镦油组合物;b)1.0~10.0份的高黏度指数矿物油;c)0.4~5.0份的高分子聚合物添加剂;所述冷镦油组合物为M0619冷镦润滑油或M0618冷镦润滑油;所述矿物油为异构脱蜡加氢基础油或深度精制矿物油;所述高分子聚合物添加剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、聚丁二烯、或乙烯丙烯共聚物中的至少一种。所述组合物可用于冷镦成型加工的润滑,具有较低的产生油雾的能力,有利于改善加工车间的工作环境。

润滑油组合物及用途
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油组合物及用途。
背景技术
冷镦加工是利用模具在常温下对金属施加外力,使金属在预定的模具内成形的锻造方法,通常用来制造螺钉、螺栓、铆钉等的头部,可以减少或代替切削加工。冷镦加工多在专用的冷镦机上进行,在冷镦机上能顺序完成切料、镦头、聚积、成形、倒角、搓丝、缩径和切边等工序,能够实现连续、多工位、自动化生产,适用于紧固件的大批量生产。
目前冷镦成型加工常用的润滑油主要为矿物油型润滑油,普遍存在加工过程产生的油雾量比较大的问题。由于冷镦成型加工过程中,润滑油要经历泵循环、喷雾和高温蒸发等过程,因此会产生大量油雾,这些油雾以很小的颗粒悬浮在空气中,其中直径小于5μm的油雾颗粒能够伴随操作工人的呼吸过程到达人体肺泡,并在肺部沉淀,从而造成对人类健康的危害。随着环境保护和职业保护等方面的法规要求越来越高,需要对加工车间的油雾浓度进行有效的控制。降低加工车间空气中的油雾含量通常有两种方法,一种是尽量减少已经形成的油雾,如使用排风泵、油雾捕集器等进行机械降雾;另一种则是使用低油雾型加工润滑剂。由于使用油雾捕集器等设备的成本较高,因此使用低油雾型加工润滑剂成为有效降低车间油雾浓度的有效途径。
发明内容
本发明目的旨在提供一种新的润滑油组合物及用途。该组合物具有较低的产生油雾的能力,有利于改善加工车间的工作环境。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采取用的技术方案如下:一种润滑油组合物,以重量份数计,由以下组份组成:
a)90.0~98.0份的冷镦油组合物;
b)1.0~10.0份的高黏度指数矿物油;
c)0.4~5.0份的高分子聚合物添加剂;
所述冷镦油组合物为M0619冷镦润滑油或M0618冷镦润滑油;
所述矿物油为异构脱蜡加氢基础油或深度精制矿物油;
所述高分子聚合物添加剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、聚丁二烯、或乙烯丙烯共聚物中的至少一种。
本发明还提供一种所述润滑油组合物的用途,所述的润滑油组合物用于冷镦成型加工的润滑。
本发明组合物中,所述高分子聚合物添加剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、聚丁二烯、或乙烯丙烯共聚物中的至少一种。如平均分子量大于30000的PMA,平均分子量大于2000的PIB,平均分子量大于40000的OCP。其加入量控制在0.4~5.0份,当加入量过小时,油品的抗油雾性能达不到要求;当加入量过大时,可能对油品其它性能产生影响。
本发明所述润滑油组合物的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
1)按比例加入基础油、高分子聚合物添加剂,升温至60~70℃,并持续搅拌1~3小时,至混合均匀;
2)按比例向冷镦油组合物中加入上述混合物,搅拌加热至40~50℃,至混合物全部溶解呈透明状态。
为了评价此润滑油组合物的性能表现,开展抗油雾性能的评价。
本发明提供的润滑油组合物是矿物油型润滑油,是在原冷镦加工润滑油的基础上改进抗油雾性能,能够满足冷镦成型加工的工艺要求,且有效降低加工车间油雾的浓度。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
具体实施方式
【实施例1~3】
按比例加入基础油、高分子聚合物添加剂,加热搅拌至60~70℃,直至混合均匀,再将该混合物按一定比例加入到冷镦油组合物中,搅拌加热至40~50℃,直至混合物全部溶解呈透明状态,制得本发明所述组合物。组合物具体组分及产品性能表现见表1。

如表中实施例测试结果,【实施例1~3】的油雾浓度测试结果都在1.0mg/m3以下,明显低于M0619冷镦润滑油和M0618冷镦润滑油油雾浓度,说明实施例具有良好的抗油雾性能,可降低在加工现场因油雾浓度过高对操作人员健康的伤害。

Claims (2)

1.一种润滑油组合物,以重量份数计,由以下组份组成:
a)90.0~98.0份的冷镦油组合物;
b)1.0~10.0份的高黏度指数矿物油;
c)0.4~5.0份的高分子聚合物添加剂;
所述冷镦油组合物为M0619冷镦润滑油或M0618冷镦润滑油;
所述矿物油为异构脱蜡加氢基础油或深度精制矿物油;
所述高分子聚合物添加剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、聚丁二烯、或乙烯丙烯共聚物中的至少一种。
2.权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物用于冷镦成型加工的润滑。
