Abstract
本发明公开了一种高润滑、环保型深孔钻削专用切削油,由5#白油、46#白油、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、油酸甲酯、苯并三氮唑、2,6‑二叔丁基对甲酚、氟化镧、聚异丁烯组成。本发明配制方便、工作性能好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种深孔钻削用切削油。
背景技术
根据工件的形状和结构不同,金属切削加工的方法一般分为车削、钻削、镗削、刨削、拉削、铣削和磨削。本项目所述的深孔钻削属于钻削的范畴(在机械加工行业,通常把孔深与孔径之比大于6的孔称为深孔)。深孔钻削由于钻孔钻杆细长且刚性差,极易产生弯曲和振动,加上深孔钻削时加工区域温度又较高(通常在600-800℃),所以配套使用的切削油如果没有足够的润滑性能,极易导致工件划伤、刀具寿命缩短。由于工艺、技术落后等原因,现在国内使用的这类切削油大都从国外进口,目前国内也有不少厂家纷纷开发此切削油,但是存在诸多缺陷:一是润滑性较差(攻丝扭矩≥250N﹒cm),难以满足深孔钻削的加工工艺要求;二是深孔钻削时TVOC(总挥发性有机物)含量和油雾浓度普遍较高(TVOC≥0.6mg/m3,油雾浓度≥4mg/m3),对作业环境影响较大;三是配方普遍含有氯、硫等危及人体健康的有毒有害物质。这些弊端制约了产品在深孔钻削行业中的推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种配制方便、工作性能好的高润滑、环保型深孔钻削专用切削油。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高润滑、环保型深孔钻削专用切削油,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
5#白油 30%
46#白油 18%
三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯 10%
油酸甲酯 30%
苯并三氮唑 0.5%
2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚 1%
氟化镧 8%
聚异丁烯 2.5%。
氟化镧可用氧化镧替换。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本产品选用润滑性能优良的稀土化合物(氟化镧、氧化镧)组伍,使产品的润滑性能得到较高提升(经实验室测试,攻丝扭矩(N﹒cm)≤210)。
2、本产品选用性能优良的油雾抑制剂(聚异丁烯)与低挥发、高闪点精制矿物油配伍,作业环境得到较大改善(TVOC含量≤0.4mg/m3、油雾浓度≤1mg/m3)。
3、本产品中原料不使用危及人体健康和环境安全的有害物质,使产品的安全卫生质量得到大幅提升(经检测,产品急性经口毒性LD50≥5000mg/kg,急性吸入毒性LC50≥5000mg/m3,呼吸道粘膜刺激强度为0级)。

一种高润滑、环保型深孔钻削专用切削油,由下列重量百分比的成分混合搅拌制成:
5#白油 30%
46#白油 18%
三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯 10%
油酸甲酯 30%
苯并三氮唑 0.5%
2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚 1%
氟化镧 8%
聚异丁烯 2.5%。
氟化镧可用氧化镧替换。

1.一种高润滑、环保型深孔钻削专用切削油,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
5#白油 30%
46#白油 18%
三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯 10%
油酸甲酯 30%
苯并三氮唑 0.5%
2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚 1%
氟化镧 8%
聚异丁烯 2.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高润滑、环保型深孔钻削专用切削油,其特征是:氟化镧可用氧化镧替换。
