技术领域
本发明属于金属加工油领域,尤其是涉及一种具有低粘度的深孔钻油及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属加工油是为了减少在生产过程中机器互相接触而产生高热量和金属渣滓的油品,因此加工油要有良好的润滑性所以也叫做切削油、润滑油、加工油等。金属加工油具有润滑、冷却、防锈等作用,能有效延长刀具的使用寿命,提高加工精度,并带走加工过程中产生的热量,有效清除零件和刀具表面的切屑和粉尘,从而改善加工质量,提高生产效率。
由于深孔工件在加工工艺过程中,钻削时不可避免产生大量的热量和碎屑,导致样件在散热和排屑存在不同程度上的困难,且因钻杆细长而刚性差,易产生弯曲和振动,因此,钻孔时钻头极易发生“引偏”,致使所钻孔的轴线歪斜或孔径扩大、不圆等情况,并且容易磨损和折断刀具等。
低粘度深孔钻油,由于具备良好的流动性和渗透性,刀具与工件接触时较好的渗透到两者的缝隙中,起到理想的润滑效果,同时将刀具摩擦所产生的大量热量通过深孔钻油这种介质直接传递出去,起到很好的降温效果;另外,加工过程中所产生的金属屑在注入深孔钻油过程中,由于粘度较低,避免附着在工件深孔内壁不能排出的问题,为工件的制备精度提供保障。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种具有低粘度的深孔钻油及其制备方法,保证长期循环使用后仍具有良好的润滑性,提高工件的表面光洁度和加工精度,延长磨削液的使用寿命。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种具有低粘度的深孔钻油,包括以下重量份的各组分:
基础油85-90份;
润滑剂3-5份;
极压剂3-7份;
抗氧剂0.5-0.7份。
进一步的,所述基础油为低粘度的5#白油。
进一步的,所述润滑剂为四聚蓖麻油酸酯。
进一步的,所述极压剂为硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化烯烃和硫化磺酸钙中的两种或者三种。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为苯三唑脂肪胺盐、2,6-二叔丁基对甲基苯酚、N-苯基苯胺与2,4,4-三甲基戊烯的反应产物中的一种或两种及以上。
制备上述具有低粘度的深孔钻油及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方5#白油、抗氧剂为苯三唑脂肪胺盐、2,6-二叔丁基对甲基苯酚、N-苯基苯胺与2,4,4-三甲基戊烯的反应产物进行配制,于40-50℃搅拌至完全溶解为均匀透明液体A;
(2)将配方量的润滑剂四聚蓖麻油酸酯、极压剂为硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化烯烃和硫化磺酸钙中的两种或者三种以上与A混合,于40-50℃搅拌至完全溶解为均一液体B即得到具有低粘度的深孔钻油。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的一种具有低粘度的深孔钻油及其制备方法具有以下优势:
1、本发明中选用的5#白油为通用型石蜡基白油,因为其具有低倾点(-15℃以下),较高闪点(120℃以上),运动黏度(4mm2/s-5mm2/s),对酸、光、热均有较好的稳定性,因此,均可以满足使用环境和工艺要求,尤其在高温条件下起到很好的稳定性,同时能将大量的热量及时排出;同时,因为较低的运动黏度,可以保证将金属碎屑及时排出,不至于粘附在工件深孔内壁。
2、采用润滑剂四聚蓖麻油酸酯与极压剂为硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化烯烃和硫化磺酸钙中的两种或者三种以上进行配合使用,取代了欧盟REACH法规中氯化石蜡这种对人体环境有致癌危害的助剂,润滑性能与氯化石蜡基本相当;同时针对极压剂的配合使用,可以在极端工况下保证钻孔工艺的精度,提高了安全性。
具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面将参考实施例来详细说明本发明。
一种具有低粘度的深孔钻油,包括以下重量份的各组分:
基础油85-90份;
润滑剂3-5份;
极压剂3-7份;
抗氧剂0.5-0.7份。

(1)取以上10个样品各10ml;
(2)采用全自动运动粘度测定器GB/T265产品型号:KD-R0512Z测试;(3)测试温度为40℃,精度±0.01℃;
(4)分别选用玻璃毛细管内径为1.2mm的粘度计。

四、运动粘度评价方法
对于深孔钻油,运动黏度越小,附着在工件深孔内壁金属屑越容易被排出;并且,由于运动黏度直接影响渗透性的大小,运动黏度越小,渗透性越好,因此,实施例1-5比对比例1-5的排出性和渗透性好很多。
五、润滑性和极压性试验结果
按照实施例及对比例中表1深孔钻油实施例的配方组成中的配方,分别取样100ml,用四球试验机(厦门天机MS-10A)进行测试,测试结果如下:

可以看到,通过对比分析相同抗氧剂和极压剂比例,润滑剂不同(四聚蓖麻油酸酯代替氯化石蜡-42),比例不变的情况下,四球实验中实施例1-5对应对比例1-5的PB基本相当,实施例的PD对应数据甚至优于对比例的数据。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有低粘度的深孔钻油,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为四聚蓖麻油酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有低粘度的深孔钻油,其特征在于:所述极压剂为硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化烯烃和硫化磺酸钙中的两种或者三种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有低粘度的深孔钻油,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为苯三唑脂肪胺盐、2,6-二叔丁基对甲基苯酚、N-苯基苯胺与2,4,4-三甲基戊烯的反应产物中的一种或两种及以上。
6.权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种具有低粘度的深孔钻油的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1:将基础油、抗氧剂进行配置,在一定温度下搅拌一定时间,至完全溶解成均匀透明油液A;
S2:将润滑剂、极压剂与透明油液A混合,在一定温度下完全溶解为均一透明油液B即得到具有低粘度的深孔钻油。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种具有低粘度的深孔钻油,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中的润滑剂为5#白油;抗氧剂为苯三唑脂肪胺盐、2,6-二叔丁基对甲基苯酚、N-苯基苯胺与2,4,4-三甲基戊烯的反应产物;
所述步骤S1为在40-50℃搅拌300-400rad/min至完全溶解为均匀透明油液A。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种具有低粘度的深孔钻油,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中的润滑剂为四聚蓖麻油酸酯,极压剂为硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化烯烃和硫化磺酸钙中的两种或三种;
所述步骤S2中在40-50℃搅拌,转速为300-400rad/min,至完全溶解为均一透明油液B即得到具有低粘度的深孔钻油。
