背景技术
金属加工冷却液即是切削液,其是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。克服了传统皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差的的毛病,对车床漆也无不良影响,适用于黑色金属的切削及磨加工,属当前最领先的磨削产品。切削液各项指标均优于皂化油,它具有良好的冷却、清洗、防锈等特点,并且具备无毒、无味、对人体无侵蚀、对设备不腐蚀、对环境不污染等特点。
但是,随着现代机械加工向高速、强力、精密方向发展,超硬、超强度等难加工材料的发展也使切削加工的难度日益增加。这两方面的原因导致切削加工过程中的摩擦力、摩擦热大幅度提高,这就要求金属加工液具有更好的润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈性能,以便获得理想的加工表面。矿物润滑油的润滑、防锈性能优越,但冷却、清洗性能差;乳化液和水基切削液的冷却、清洗性能优良,但润滑、防锈性能差。
因此,如何对现有的金属加工冷却液进行改进,同时提高其润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈性能,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。

2)将蓖麻油皂、三乙醇胺油酸皂、OP-10、石油磺酸钠和苯甲酸钠依次加入到所述基础油中得到初级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
3)将十二碳二元酸、司盘-80、三乙醇胺、消泡剂、杀菌剂和三乙醇胺硼酸酯依次加入到所述初级混合液中得到二级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
4)将所述二级混合液冷却到20-25℃备用;
5)按照质量份数分别称取尿素、乙醇、甘油、乙酸和ME降粘剂,并依次加入到处于搅拌状态的所述二级混合液中,并继续搅拌40-60分钟,冷却即得冷却液。

2)将蓖麻油皂、三乙醇胺油酸皂、OP-10、石油磺酸钠和苯甲酸钠依次加入到所述基础油中得到初级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
3)将十二碳二元酸、司盘-80、三乙醇胺、消泡剂、杀菌剂和三乙醇胺硼酸酯依次加入到所述初级混合液中得到二级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;

实施例1
1)按照重量份数分别称取蓖麻油皂5份、基础油36份、三乙醇胺油酸皂6份、OP-10(即为聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚-10)7份、石油磺酸钠12份、苯甲酸钠5份、十二碳二元酸13份、司盘-80 6份、三乙醇胺30份、消泡剂0.9份、杀菌剂1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯8份,将基础油加热到50-55℃,并处于搅拌状态。优选的,基础油的加热温度为55℃,更加方便其他成分在逐渐加入中提高溶解度,加速冷却液的配置过程。
2)将蓖麻油皂、三乙醇胺油酸皂、OP-10、石油磺酸钠和苯甲酸钠依次加入到所述基础油中得到初级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
3)将十二碳二元酸、司盘-80、三乙醇胺、消泡剂、杀菌剂和三乙醇胺硼酸酯依次加入到所述初级混合液中得到二级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
4)将所述二级混合液冷却到20-25℃备用。优选的,二级混合液的冷却温度为20℃,方便后续尿素、乙醇、甘油、乙酸和ME降粘剂,并降低乙醇和乙酸等挥发速度,保证冷却液的质量。
5)按照质量份数分别称取尿素5份、乙醇11份、甘油3份、乙酸0.3份和ME降粘剂1份,并依次加入到处于搅拌状态的所述二级混合液中,并继续搅拌40-60分钟,冷却即得冷却液。
同时,对配置好的金属加工冷却液进行物理化学参数的检测和比较,具体见表1。
实施例2
1)按照重量份数分别称取蓖麻油皂10份、基础油28份、三乙醇胺油酸皂13份、OP-10(即为聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚-10)3份、石油磺酸钠7份、苯甲酸钠13份、十二碳二元酸3份、司盘-80 27份、三乙醇胺22份、消泡剂0.5份、杀菌剂3份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯5份,将基础油加热到50-55℃,并处于搅拌状态。优选的,基础油的加热温度为55℃,更加方便其他成分在逐渐加入中提高溶解度,加速冷却液的配置过程。
2)将蓖麻油皂、三乙醇胺油酸皂、OP-10、石油磺酸钠和苯甲酸钠依次加入到所述基础油中得到初级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
3)将十二碳二元酸、司盘-80、三乙醇胺、消泡剂、杀菌剂和三乙醇胺硼酸酯依次加入到所述初级混合液中得到二级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
4)将所述二级混合液冷却到20-25℃备用。优选的,二级混合液的冷却温度为20℃,方便后续尿素、乙醇、甘油、乙酸和ME降粘剂,并降低乙醇和乙酸等挥发速度,保证冷却液的质量。
5)按照质量份数分别称取尿素8份、乙醇3份、甘油4份、乙酸0.5份和ME降粘剂2份,并依次加入到处于搅拌状态的所述二级混合液中,并继续搅拌40-60分钟,冷却即得冷却液。
同时,对配置好的金属加工冷却液进行物理化学参数的检测和比较,具体见表1。
实施例3
1)按照重量份数分别称取蓖麻油皂15份、基础油10份、三乙醇胺油酸皂17份、OP-10(即为聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚-10)6份、石油磺酸钠3份、苯甲酸钠23份、十二碳二元酸9份、司盘-80 20份、三乙醇胺4份、消泡剂0.1份、杀菌剂2份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯13份,将基础油加热到50-55℃,并处于搅拌状态。优选的,基础油的加热温度为55℃,更加方便其他成分在逐渐加入中提高溶解度,加速冷却液的配置过程。
2)将蓖麻油皂、三乙醇胺油酸皂、OP-10、石油磺酸钠和苯甲酸钠依次加入到所述基础油中得到初级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
3)将十二碳二元酸、司盘-80、三乙醇胺、消泡剂、杀菌剂和三乙醇胺硼酸酯依次加入到所述初级混合液中得到二级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
4)将所述二级混合液冷却到20-25℃备用。优选的,二级混合液的冷却温度为20℃,方便后续尿素、乙醇、甘油、乙酸和ME降粘剂,并降低乙醇和乙酸等挥发速度,保证冷却液的质量。
5)按照质量份数分别称取尿素16份、乙醇15份、甘油4份、乙酸0.7份和ME降粘剂2份,并依次加入到处于搅拌状态的所述二级混合液中,并继续搅拌40-60分钟,冷却即得冷却液。
同时,对配置好的金属加工冷却液进行物理化学参数的检测和比较,具体见表1。
实施例4
1)按照重量份数分别称取蓖麻油皂20份、基础油18份、三乙醇胺油酸皂10份、OP-10(即为聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚-10)5份、石油磺酸钠16份、苯甲酸钠11份、十二碳二元酸6份、司盘-80 13份、三乙醇胺13份、消泡剂1.3份、杀菌剂2份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯11份,将基础油加热到50-55℃,并处于搅拌状态。优选的,基础油的加热温度为55℃,更加方便其他成分在逐渐加入中提高溶解度,加速冷却液的配置过程。
2)将蓖麻油皂、三乙醇胺油酸皂、OP-10、石油磺酸钠和苯甲酸钠依次加入到所述基础油中得到初级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
3)将十二碳二元酸、司盘-80、三乙醇胺、消泡剂、杀菌剂和三乙醇胺硼酸酯依次加入到所述初级混合液中得到二级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
4)将所述二级混合液冷却到20-25℃备用。优选的,二级混合液的冷却温度为20℃,方便后续尿素、乙醇、甘油、乙酸和ME降粘剂,并降低乙醇和乙酸等挥发速度,保证冷却液的质量。
5)按照质量份数分别称取尿素12份、乙醇7份、甘油5份、乙酸0.8份和ME降粘剂3份,并依次加入到处于搅拌状态的所述二级混合液中,并继续搅拌40-60分钟,冷却即得冷却液。
同时,对配置好的金属加工冷却液进行物理化学参数的检测和比较,具体见表1。
对比例1
1)按照重量份数分别称取蓖麻油皂5份、基础油36份、三乙醇胺油酸皂6份、OP-10(即为聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚-10)7份、石油磺酸钠12份、苯甲酸钠5份、十二碳二元酸13份、司盘-80 6份、三乙醇胺30份、消泡剂0.9份、杀菌剂1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯8份,将基础油加热到50-55℃,并处于搅拌状态。优选的,基础油的加热温度为55℃,更加方便其他成分在逐渐加入中提高溶解度,加速冷却液的配置过程。
2)将蓖麻油皂、三乙醇胺油酸皂、OP-10、石油磺酸钠和苯甲酸钠依次加入到所述基础油中得到初级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
3)将十二碳二元酸、司盘-80、三乙醇胺、消泡剂、杀菌剂和三乙醇胺硼酸酯依次加入到所述初级混合液中得到二级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
4)将所述二级混合液冷却到20-25℃备用。优选的,二级混合液的冷却温度为20℃。
5)按照质量份数称取尿素5份,并加入到处于搅拌状态的所述二级混合液中,并继续搅拌40-60分钟,冷却即得冷却液。
同时,对配置好的金属加工冷却液进行物理化学参数的检测和比较,具体见表1。

经过上述对实施例1-4和对比例1的物理化学性质的检测可知,上述实施例1-4中采用的配方显然,在保证润滑性的条件下,其冷却性也有较好的提高,因此,保证了冷却液的使用效果。但对比例1中并未添加甘油、乙醇、微量乙酸等,导致了其冷却性较实施例1-4显著降低,但润滑性保持较好。
本申请通过对现有技术中的金属加工冷却液配方进行改进,针对导致切削加工过程中的摩擦力、摩擦热大幅度提高的问题,在保证具有矿物润滑油的润滑、防锈性能的情况下,具有更好的冷却、清洗性能。同时,通过甘油、乙醇、微量乙酸等的加入,能够大大改善冷却液的冷却性能,添加的ME降粘剂能够促进新加入成分的配置过程,同时降低了冷却液的粘稠度,提高了使用效果,延长了使用寿命。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.一种新型金属加工冷却液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:

4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的新型金属加工冷却液,其特征在于,包括如下的生产步骤:
1)按照重量份数分别称取蓖麻油皂、基础油、三乙醇胺油酸皂、OP-10、石油磺酸钠、苯甲酸钠、十二碳二元酸、司盘-80、三乙醇胺、消泡剂、杀菌剂、三乙醇胺硼酸酯,将基础油加热到50-55℃,并处于搅拌状态;
2)将蓖麻油皂、三乙醇胺油酸皂、OP-10、石油磺酸钠和苯甲酸钠依次加入到所述基础油中得到初级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
3)将十二碳二元酸、司盘-80、三乙醇胺、消泡剂、杀菌剂和三乙醇胺硼酸酯依次加入到所述初级混合液中得到二级混合液,并继续搅拌40-60分钟;
4)将所述二级混合液冷却到20-25℃备用;
5)按照质量份数分别称取尿素、乙醇、甘油、乙酸和ME降粘剂,并依次加入到处于搅拌状态的所述二级混合液中,并继续搅拌40-60分钟,冷却即得冷却液。
5.如权利要求4所述的新型金属加工冷却液,其特征在于,所述基础油的加热温度为55℃。
6.如权利要求4所述的新型金属加工冷却液,其特征在于,所述二级混合液的冷却温度为20℃。
