将实施例1-实施例6制备的产品进行效果测试,将28只实验老鼠随机分为1~7组,各4只。将笼具消毒,适应性喂养7d;实验前12h禁食不禁水,观察健康状况良好后用于实验,用手术刀剪出圆形创面,第1-6组老鼠创面分别用实施例1-6所制备止血材料覆盖创面后,材料上再覆盖一块无菌纱布后最外层用绷带包扎,第7组老鼠创面用无菌纱布覆盖创面后最外层用绷带包扎,每天换敷料1次,并记录各组老鼠创面愈合情况,老鼠创面愈合速率比较见表1。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用生物止血材料,其特征在于,所述医用生物止血材料的原料按质量份计配比如下:肉豆蔻7份,燕麦粉6份,α-氰基丙烯酸正辛酯0.2份,仙鹤草25份,三七粉12份,紫苏粉7份,羧甲基淀粉4份,生理盐水110份。
6.一种制备权利要求1所述的医用生物止血材料的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步:按照质量份数配比称取肉豆蔻,燕麦粉,α-氰基丙烯酸正辛酯,仙鹤草,三七粉,紫苏粉,羧甲基淀粉,生理盐水;
第二步:将仙鹤草放入提取罐,加入生理盐水,加热至沸腾30min后,用直径为0.22μm的微孔滤膜正压过滤得到提取液除菌备用;
第三步:将肉豆蔻,燕麦粉,α-氰基丙烯酸正辛酯,三七粉,紫苏粉,羧甲基淀粉加入提取液,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀后倒入金属冻干圆盘,用保鲜膜覆盖,放入-80℃冰箱进行预冷冻24h,使之充分成为固体,连同圆盘一起放入冻干仓进行冻干处理后,灭菌包装即可。
