Abstract
本发明公开了一种护眼保健食品及其制备方法,该保健食品由以下重量份的组分制备而成:荞麦麸皮提取物20~30份、蓝莓提取物15~25份、枸杞提取物10~25份、菊花提取物5~10份、亚麻籽提取物5~10份、甘草提取物5~10份、叶黄素0.001~1份、牛磺酸0.001~1份、β‑胡萝卜素0.001~1份。本发明由于组合物中的各组分均选自传统中药材中药食同源类药材以及具有护眼功效的食材,因此具有安全、无毒副作用的特点,长期使用不会产生任何不良反应。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药保健领域,具体涉及一种护眼保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
视疲劳是目前眼科常见的一种疾病,患者的症状多种多样,常见的有近距离工作不能持久,出现眼及眼眶周围疼痛、异物感、眼皮沉重感、视物模糊、眼睛干涩、、畏光流泪、眼胀痛及眼部充血等,严重者还可出现头痛、头昏、恶心、精神萎靡、注意力不集中、记忆力下降、食欲不振、以及颈肩腰背酸痛和指关节麻木等全身症候群,少数患者可出现复视、立体视觉功能障碍、眼压升高、角膜损害等,青少年还可以出现近视眼或加深原有近视程度。有青光眼、眼表面或眼前节疾患者还可因眼的过度疲劳而引发或加重原有眼病。
视疲劳最直接的“杀手”就是电脑、电视、手机等电子产品。这类电子产品光线强、图象闪动,而年轻人大量时间都盯在这些产品的屏幕上,再加上通宵加班、饮食无度等长期不良生活习惯,就导致了眼肌调节紧张和疲劳,对视力造成损害。根据工信部最新发布的统计公报,2012年我国手机用户已超过11.12亿户,普及率达到82.6部/户,超过全球平均水平,其中6个省市普及率已超过人手一部以上。
中国消费者协会的调查表明,2011年我国大城市家用电脑普及率为40.6%。中国互联网络信息中心2013年发布的第31次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示,截至2012年12月底,我国网民规模达到5.64亿,互联网普及率为42.1%。此外,国内电视机普及率城市为97%,农村为45%。2012年电视机销售达4191万台。这些统计数据表明,电子产品已成为我国工作、生活中的主要工具。电子产品在给人们带来工作效率的大大提高各种视觉享受、不断更新信息的同时,也使我们的双眼经常疲惫不堪。眼睛作为人体重要器官,除积极加强用眼卫生教育、普及个人科学用眼知识外,开发具有护眼功效的保健食品符合电子产品在的当前和今后人类生活、工作方式中将扮演越来越重要角色的发展趋势的需要。
荞麦起源于中国,在世界各地广为栽培利用。荞荞麦具有很高的营养价值和药用价值,历来作为药食兼用的作物进行种植。现代药理学研究发现,荞麦中芦丁的含量在所有植物中仅次于槐米,是组成维生素P的主要成分之一,能有效降低微血管脆胜和渗透性,具有维护脑微血管和维持眼部血管循环的良好作用。硒存在于人体多种组织细胞中,以眼睛的含硒量为最高,是维持视力的一种重要微量元素。100克荞麦中含硒高达215微克,是普通谷物的10倍左右。视网膜新生血管为多种眼底疾病导致视力丧失的最主要原因。雌激素能够减少视网膜新生血管的程度,而荞麦中的黄酮类化合物有一定的弱雌激素样作用,因而对预防视网膜新生血管的发生有一定的作用。
蓝莓中的花青素、SOD、维生素等,可以促进视网膜细胞中的视紫质再生,保护视神经,预防近视。花青素能防止自由基对细胞的破坏,保护眼底微血管,改善眼底微循环,缓解眼干、眼涩、有效舒缓眼睛疲劳。
中医理论认为,肝肾不足可导致早衰健忘失眠,视力减退,食欲不振,骨骼与关节疼痛,腰膝酸软,不耐疲劳,乏力等。枸杞子味甘,性平,入肝、肾、肺经,具有滋补肝肾、益精明目、和血润燥、泽肤悦颜,培元乌发等功效。动物实验证明,枸杞多糖对大鼠视网膜光损伤的功能和形态损害具有防护作用,并可改善血-视网膜屏障的渗漏。枸杞多种有效成分对视网膜的抗氧化保护也得到了多个实验室工作的验证。这些工作涵盖多种胁迫条件对视网膜损害的保护,其中包括高还原胁迫(细胞处于过度还原状态,与氧化胁迫相反)、缺血-再灌注、糖尿病造成的视网膜病变和衰老造成的视力下降。
眼睛的视力取决于眼底的黄斑,如果没有足够的β-胡萝卜素来作保护与支持,这个部位就会发生退行性的病变,视力会衰退甚至最终发生夜盲。
中医认为,肝开窍于目,肝的经脉上连目系,肝主藏血,肝血循经脉上输目系。经常使用电脑、手机及看电视,会累及肝血,肝血不足又会造成两目干涩,目赤眼疼。菊花入肝经,自古就被当作保护眼睛的良药。其性味甘苦,微寒,有清肝明目、清热解毒、疏散风热的功效,是治疗眼病的最常用药物。
牛磺酸占视网膜中游离氨基酸总量的50%,动物实验证明,缺乏牛磺酸的猫其视网膜电图显示杆细胞与锥细胞广泛变性。在白内障发生发展过程中,晶体渗透压增加,牛磺酸具有调节晶体渗透压和抗氧化等重要作用,因此补充牛磺酸可抑制白内障的发生发展。此外,补充牛磺酸可以增进眼睛角膜的自我修复能力,预防眼科疾病。
叶黄素可吸收大量紫外线和蓝色光,而紫外线和蓝色光是能够穿过晶状体、玻璃体到达视网膜能量最高、对眼睛潜在危害最大的光源。如果晶状体、视网膜中叶黄素含量丰富,就可以将紫外线和蓝色光对眼睛的伤害降到最低,而如果眼睛中叶黄素含量不足,则就直接氧化晶状体蛋白、损伤视网膜柱状和锥状细胞,导致白内障、视网膜黄斑变性和色素变性。
亚麻籽中α-亚麻酸含量为53%,α-亚麻酸是人体必需脂肪酸,在人体内可转化为二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA),DHA是一种对人体非常重要的多不饱和脂肪酸,属于Omega-3不饱和脂肪酸家族中的重要成员。DHA是神经系统细胞生长及维持的一种主要元素,是大脑和视网膜的重要构成成分,在人体大脑皮层中含量高达20%,在眼睛视网膜中所占比例最大,约占50%,因此是维持正常视力的重要因素。
甘草具有一定的抗辐射作用,对于电脑、手机以及电视等对视力的损伤具有一定的防护作用。
发明内容
本发明针对电子产品广泛应用于人们的工作、学习和生活的各个方面,在带给人们工作、交往的高效快捷、生活丰富多彩的同时,对使用者健康、尤其是视力损害并进而对正常工作学习和生活产生消极影响这一不容忽视的现实,根据历经多年临床验证的中医实践成果,结合现代天然药物化学、药理学研究成果,开发出的具有护眼功效组合物。由于组合物中的各组分均选自传统中药材中药食同源类药材以及具有护眼功效的食材,因此具有安全、无毒副作用的特点,长期使用不会产生任何不良反应。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种护眼保健食品,由以下重量份的组分制备而成:荞麦麸皮提取物20~30份、蓝莓提取物15~25份、枸杞提取物10~25份、菊花提取物5~10份、亚麻籽提取物5~10份、甘草提取物5~10份、叶黄素0.001~1份、牛磺酸0.001~1份、β-胡萝卜素0.001~1份。
其中,所述荞麦麸皮提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
取荞麦麸皮,加5~10倍30%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,浓缩,干燥。
其中,所述蓝莓提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
取蓝莓,榨汁,收集果汁,果渣加8~12倍50%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并果汁与提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。
其中,所述枸杞提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
取枸杞,粉碎成粗粉,加8~12倍0%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。
其中,所述菊花提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:取菊花,粉碎成粗粉,加8~12倍30%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。
其中,所述甘草提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:取甘草,粉碎成粗粉,加8~12倍0%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。
其中,所述亚麻籽提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:取亚麻籽,粉碎成粗粉,加8~12倍30%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。
上述一种护眼保健食品的制备方法为:按上述的重量比取各组分、混合,添加常规口服药物制剂辅料,用常规药物制剂技术加工制成颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂。
本发明由于组合物中的各组分均选自传统中药材中药食同源类药材以及具有护眼功效的食材,因此具有安全、无毒副作用的特点,长期使用不会产生任何不良反应。

为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下实施例中所使用的荞麦麸皮提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
取荞麦麸皮,加5~10倍30%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,浓缩,干燥。
所述蓝莓提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
取蓝莓,榨汁,收集果汁,果渣加8~12倍50%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并果汁与提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。
所述枸杞提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
取枸杞,粉碎成粗粉,加8~12倍0%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。
所述菊花提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:取菊花,粉碎成粗粉,加8~12倍30%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。
所述甘草提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:取甘草,粉碎成粗粉,加8~12倍0%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。
所述亚麻籽提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:取亚麻籽,粉碎成粗粉,加8~12倍30%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。
实施例1
一种护眼保健食品,由以下重量份的组分制备而成:荞麦麸皮提取物20份、蓝莓提取物15份、枸杞提取物10份、菊花提取物5份、亚麻籽提取物5份、甘草提取物5份、叶黄素0.001份、牛磺酸0.001份、β-胡萝卜素0.001份。
实施例2
一种护眼保健食品,由以下重量份的组分制备而成:荞麦麸皮提取物30份、蓝莓提取物25份、枸杞提取物25份、菊花提取物10份、亚麻籽提取物10份、甘草提取物10份、叶黄素1份、牛磺酸1份、β-胡萝卜素1份。
实施例3
一种护眼保健食品,由以下重量份的组分制备而成:荞麦麸皮提取物25份、蓝莓提取物20份、枸杞提取物17.5份、菊花提取物7.5份、亚麻籽提取物7.5份、甘草提取物7.5份、叶黄素0.5005份、牛磺酸0.5005份、β-胡萝卜素0.5005份。

1.一种护眼保健食品,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分制备而成:荞麦麸皮提取物20~30份、蓝莓提取物15~25份、枸杞提取物10~25份、菊花提取物5~10份、亚麻籽提取物5~10份、甘草提取物5~10份、叶黄素0.001~1份、牛磺酸0.001~1份、β-胡萝卜素0.001~1份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种护眼保健食品,其特征在于,所述荞麦麸皮提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
取荞麦麸皮,加5~10倍30%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,浓缩,干燥。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种护眼保健食品,其特征在于,所述蓝莓提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
取蓝莓,榨汁,收集果汁,果渣加8~12倍50%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并果汁与提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。

6.如权利要求1所述的一种护眼保健食品,其特征在于,所述甘草提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:取甘草,粉碎成粗粉,加8~12倍0%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种护眼保健食品,其特征在于,所述亚麻籽提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:取亚麻籽,粉碎成粗粉,加8~12倍30%~80%乙醇,常温至80℃提取30~90分钟,提取1~4次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,干燥。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种护眼保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,按权利要求1所述的重量比取各组分、混合,添加常规口服药物制剂辅料,用常规药物制剂技术加工制成颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂。
