技术领域
本发明涉及一种壁行式起重机,特别适用于借助车间立柱焊接使用。
背景技术
目前,市场上存在的壁行式起重机,以国家专利局授权的专利号2011203523898和2011800564738为例,其特点是由两个水平端和一个垂直端梁组成,需要在车间立柱上焊接两只牛腿,两个行车梁分别与两只牛腿固定,需铺设三根道轨,以上结构和制作使得壁行式起重机显得复杂和笨重,尤其是在车间的立柱上要焊接两只牛腿,车间的制作成本相应增加,更为重要的是,如果电动葫芦突然卸载或钢丝绳突然断裂时,悬臂梁会受到很大向上的弹力,这时下边的垂直端梁和水平端梁受到冲击后就会立即脱槽,使起重机掉落下来,后果不堪设想。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提出一种在工作时起重机脱轨后不会掉落,结构紧凑,成本低的一种壁行式起重机。
本发明的任务是这样完成的,它包括车间立柱上焊接的牛腿,其特征在于:起重机的上承重梁位于牛腿的上侧安装,牛腿的上面铺设有上轨道,上端梁的两端各安装有大车运行机构,大车运行机构上设置有上水平轮组并通过螺栓固定,所述上水平轮组沿着上轨道运行,上支撑用螺栓固定在上端梁上,所述上支撑和下支撑之间用调节法兰连接,下支撑的上部与上支撑连接,下部的上侧通过螺栓与下端梁连接,下支撑的中部安装有下水平轮组,所述下水平轮组上的车轮与下端梁上铺设的下道轨呈立面接触,所述下水平轮组型状为7字其端部用螺栓固定在下支撑上,下端梁的侧面安装两个安全反钩。调节法兰的作用是调节上端梁和下端梁车轮踏面的距离,所述下支撑形状呈J型。
本发明具有以下效果:本技术方案结构紧凑、节约材料、方便运输,特别是在起重机在工作时如出现脱轨时,由安全反钩保护不会掉落,安全有保障,并且杜绝事故的发生。

具体实施方式
结合以上附图详细描述实施例,如图1和图2所示,牛腿2的一端焊接在车间的立柱1上,起重机的上承重梁位于牛腿的上侧安装,牛腿的上面铺设有上轨道5,上端梁4的两端各安装有大车运行机构6,大车运行机构上设置有上水平轮组3并通过螺栓固定(如图6所示),所述上水平轮组3沿着上轨道运行,上支撑7用螺栓固定在上端梁上(如图4所示),所述上支撑和下支撑9之间用调节法兰8连接,调节法兰的作用是调节上端梁和下端梁车轮踏面的距离,使上下端梁的车轮都有效接触到道轨,所述下支撑形状呈J型,下支撑的上部与上支撑连接,下部的上侧通过螺栓与下端梁14连接,并且安装有调节法兰便于调整下端梁14的高度,下支撑的中部安装有下水平轮组12,所述下水平轮组上的车轮与下端梁上铺设的下轨道13呈立面接触,所述下水平轮组型状为7字,型其端部用螺栓固定在下支撑上(如图8和图9所示)。
所述下端梁14的侧面安装两个安全反钩15,如图1和图2所示,其目的是图果悬臂梁10受到向上的张力,安全反钩会挂在下行端梁上,防止起重机脱轨。
为方便运输,该起重机上的悬臂梁和下支撑也用法兰螺栓连接,到安装现场再组装。为了节约原材料,将悬臂梁现有的形状箱型改为截面梁,与法兰处连接时截面积大,端部梁截面小,这样的设计是因为悬臂梁的最大弯矩位于梁的根部,符合力学特性,电动葫芦11挂在悬臂梁的下方,可左右无障碍自动运动。壁行式起重机按照上述所描述的各部件之间组装好后,上端梁在上轨道的上方,下端梁位于下道轨的下方,由于悬臂梁和电动葫芦的自重及吊重,会使上端梁受到一个向右的分力,下端梁受到一个向左的分力,这时上水平轮组就会碰到上轨道的侧面,防止上端梁向右运行而脱轨,同时下端梁也会受到一个向左的分力,这时下支撑上的水平轮组也会碰到下行车梁的立板,下端梁的车轮也会碰到下轨道,防止下端梁向左运动。为了增加车轮的踏面宽度和活动范围,该起重机的上端梁和下端梁的车轮均为无缘轮。这样,起重机的上端梁和下端梁就不会左右运动,起重机的悬臂就固定了。起重机运行机构安装在上端梁上,来带动起重机只能沿着行车梁的方向运动。当出现电动葫芦突然卸载或钢丝绳突然断裂时,悬臂梁受到向上的弹性力,这时上水平轮组的右侧水平车轮会碰到上轨道的右侧,下边安全反钩的右侧面会碰到下行车梁的下盖板处,同时下端梁的车轮也会阻止起重机向上跳动,这样就阻止了起重机脱轨,防止安全事故的发生。

1.一种壁行式起重机结构,它包括车间立柱上焊接的牛腿,其特征在于:起重机的上承重梁位于牛腿的上侧安装,牛腿的上面铺设有上轨道,上端梁的两端各安装有大车运行机构,大车运行机构上设置有上水平轮组并通过螺栓固定,所述上水平轮组沿着上轨道运行,上支撑用螺栓固定在上端梁上,所述上支撑和下支撑之间用调节法兰连接,下支撑的上部与上支撑连接,下部的上侧通过螺栓与下端梁连接,下支撑的中部安装有下水平轮组,所述下水平轮组上的车轮与下端梁上铺设的下道轨呈立面接触,所述下水平轮组型状为7字其端部用螺栓固定在下支撑上,下端梁的侧面安装两个安全反钩。
2.据权利要求1所述的一种壁行式起重机结构,其特征在于:调节法兰的作用是调节上端梁和下端梁车轮踏面的距离,所述下支撑形状呈J型。
