本发明涉及家禽养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种散养鸡快速育肥方法。具体管理方法为:选择向阳大田深翻浇灌菌液后,在大田挖穴孔放置蚯蚓;38‑40天后,将鸭嘴草籽、狗尾草籽、马唐草籽、蝗虫卵撒播于大田中,在大田附近搭建鸡舍,并在田内搭设人饲舍,待草籽出苗8‑10cm高时,将仔鸡放入田中,放养期间结合人工施撒育肥饲料,并加足益生水,每隔4个月,捕收鸡舍内的鸡,28‑35天后,再次重新对8‑10日龄仔鸡进行育肥。采用本发明方式散养土鸡,得到的土鸡肉质鲜美,细嫩,而且肉质中的营养价值也得到了显著的提高。

背景技术
鸡是人类饲养最普遍的家禽,其肉质鲜美并富含大量的蛋白质,是目前人类消耗最大的肉制品之一,现今,都说"无鸡不成宴",可见"鸡"在人们饮食中占的重要地位。随着人们生活水平的提高,对优质、健康、安全、美味的肉鸡产品需求日益增加,人们厌倦了少"鸡味"的饲料鸡、圈养鸡,追求的是口感好、野味浓、营养价值高、无公害的林地散养鸡,所以,健康生态散养模式养殖出来的鸡受到了消费者和养殖者的追捧,但目前散养鸡主要存在一些技术难点,1、生长周期过长,育肥极慢;2、散养鸡在疾病防控方面比较薄弱,容易出现鸡群感染病害的情况。
发明内容
为解决现有传统散养鸡养殖存在的技术难点,本发明的目的在于提供一种散养鸡快速育肥方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种散养鸡快速育肥方法,具体管理方法为:
(1)选择向阳大田,将大田深翻40-50cm,向大田浇灌复合菌液,使翻耕土湿度达到85-88%,15-18天后,在大田挖穴孔,每亩大田等间距挖50-70个穴孔,将蚯蚓卵撒入穴孔内,用原土将穴孔填满;
(2)38-40天后,浅耕一次大田,浅耕深度为15-18cm,将鸭嘴草籽、狗尾草籽、马唐草籽、蝗虫卵按3:1:1:0.02的重量比撒播于大田中,每亩大田撒播200-220g草籽,撒播完成后,在大田上层摊铺一层2-3cm厚的腐熟鸡粪;
(3)在大田附近搭建鸡舍,并在田内搭设人饲舍,待草籽出苗8-10cm高时,将8-10日龄仔鸡放入田中,每天早晨6-7点间,将鸡从鸡舍赶入大田,傍晚5-6点间,将鸡赶回鸡舍,每亩放养100-120只鸡,每天中午10-12点间,在人饲舍内施撒育肥饲料,并向水槽内加足益生水;
(4)每隔4个月,捕收鸡舍内的鸡,28-35天后,再次重新对8-10日龄仔鸡进行育肥。

本发明有益效果在于,采用本发明方式散养土鸡,得到的土鸡肉质鲜美,细嫩,而且肉质中的营养价值也得到了显著的提高,鸡肉中的蛋白质含量相较于常规饲喂得到的土鸡提高了5-5.4%、维生素含量相较于常规饲喂得到的土鸡提高了1.3-1.5%、 微量元素含量相较于常规饲喂得到的土鸡提高了1.1-1.13%,饲养成本极低且育肥速度较快,在2015年、2016年两年时间饲喂统计试验得到,采用本发明技术饲养土鸡,所放养的8-10日龄仔鸡经4个月育肥,平均体重可达3.2-3.5斤,平均每只鸡的饲养成本仅为13.8元;
2015年3月份,发明人选取同一养殖场、同一批批孵化的200只健康的8-10日龄杏花鸡仔鸡,随即分为两组,每组100只,分为实验组和常规组,实验组采用本发明方式饲养,对照组采用常规土鸡饲养方式饲养,试验期间,实验组和常规组均不进行防病处理,4个月后,统计两组实验期发病率、末重、腹脂率、鸡肉中蛋白质含量,结果见下表1:

由表1可知,采用本发明方式对土鸡进行育肥,除育肥速度较快外,鸡群育肥期发病率得到有效降低,鸡肉品质也得到了显著提升。
本发明在建造土鸡育肥基地时,首先向大田浇灌复合菌液,能够起到疏松、软化土壤,并有效分解土壤中化学残留肥料及药剂的作用,提高大田土壤的品质,使所投放至穴内的蚯蚓卵更易孵化、成活,为后期草籽快速生长奠定基础;
将鸭嘴草籽、狗尾草籽、马唐草籽、蝗虫卵按3:1:1:0.02的重量比撒播于大田中,提前为仔鸡建造优良、天然、充足、健康采食环境,撒播后摊铺腐熟鸡粪,有助于使鸭嘴草、狗尾草、马唐草生长健壮、叶片肥厚,为蝗虫提供充足摄食来源,利于蝗虫生长;
由麦仁、玉米、豆粕、海藻籽按1:3-5:1;1的重量比混合制粉、造粒、膨化后得到的育肥饲料能够加速鸡体蛋白质合成,
由乳酸菌多糖、聚季铵盐与水混合得到的益生水能提高鸡抗病性能,降低鸡群病害感染率,改善鸡群健康状况。
具体实施方式
实施例1、
一种散养鸡快速育肥方法,具体管理方法为:
(1)选择向阳大田,将大田深翻40-50cm,向大田浇灌复合菌液,所述复合菌液中含枯草芽孢菌1×105CFU/ml、氮酮0.001mg/ml、纤维素酶3000U/ml;使翻耕土湿度达到85%,15天后,在大田挖穴孔,穴孔深28cm,穴孔孔径在0.8cm,每亩大田等间距挖50个穴孔,将蚯蚓卵撒入穴孔内,每穴孔撒3粒蚯蚓卵,用原土将穴孔填满;

(2)40天后,浅耕一次大田,浅耕深度为15-18cm,将鸭嘴草籽、狗尾草籽、马唐草籽、蝗虫卵按3:1:1:0.02的重量比撒播于大田中,每亩大田撒播220g草籽,撒播完成后,在大田上层摊铺一层2-3cm厚的腐熟鸡粪;
(3)在大田附近搭建鸡舍,并在田内搭设人饲舍,待草籽出苗8-10cm高时,将8-10日龄仔鸡放入田中,每天早晨6-7点间,将鸡从鸡舍赶入大田,傍晚5-6点间,将鸡赶回鸡舍,每亩放养120只鸡,每天中午10-12点间,在人饲舍内施撒育肥饲料,所述育肥饲料由麦仁、玉米、豆粕、海藻籽按1:5:1;1的重量比混合制粉、造粒、膨化后得到,育肥饲料按每只鸡体重0.025的重量比/每只添加,并向水槽内加足益生水,益生水由每1000ml水中添加8g乳酸菌多糖、0.02g聚季铵盐得到;
(4)每隔4个月,捕收鸡舍内的鸡,35天后,再次重新对8-10日龄仔鸡进行育肥。

所述益生水由每1000ml水中添加5-8g乳酸菌多糖、0.01-0.02g聚季铵盐得到。
