本发明涉及一种生态环保型PVC人造革的制备工艺,其步骤如下:1)底布的制备:将碎牛皮磨碎,并碾压成片,将发泡的水性聚氨酯涂覆在碾压成片的牛皮与涤纶纱之间,将牛皮与涤纶纱贴合,形成底布;2)膜的制备;3)覆合产品的制备:将膜与底布覆合,再进行低温发泡,然后压花冷却,最后将覆合产品的外表层进行水性涂饰,即获得环保生态人造革。本发明既有真皮的手感又有真皮的性能,人造革的价格色彩等优点。

一种生态环保型PVC人造革的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及PVC人造革制备领域,具体涉及一种生态环保型PVC人造革的制备工艺。
背景技术
人造革是将聚氯乙烯或其他树脂与某些助剂组成混合物,涂覆或贴合在基材上再经加工而制成的一种复合材料,它近似天然皮革,具有柔软、耐磨等特点。人造革的传统产品为聚氯乙烯人造革,近年来又出现了聚烯烃革、尼龙革等新品种。合成革(人工革)是指在组成、结构、外观上与天然皮革很相似的人造革。目前一般是指以聚氨酯为主要原料、以无纺布为基材的制品。人造革几乎可在任何使用皮革的场合取而代之,用于制作多种日用品及工业用品。
聚氯乙烯人造革(pvc革)是在织物上涂覆PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂等助剂制成的糊.或者再覆合一层PVC膜,然后经一定的工艺过程加工制成的。制品强度高,加工容易,成本低廉。可做各种箱包、座套、衬里、杂物等。但耐油性、耐高温性差,低温柔软性和手感较差。
1948年出现的聚氯乙烯人造革(pvc革)是在织物上涂覆PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂等助剂制成的糊.或者再覆合一层PVC膜,然后经一定的工艺过程加工制成的。制品强度高,加工容易,成本低廉。可做各种箱包、座套、衬里、杂物等。但耐油性、耐高温性差,低温柔软性和手感较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生态环保型PVC人造革的制备工艺,既有真皮的手感又有真皮的性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种生态环保型PVC人造革的制备工艺,其步骤如下:
1)底布的制备:将碎牛皮磨碎,并碾压成片,将发泡的水性聚氨酯涂覆在碾压成片的牛皮与涤纶纱之间,将牛皮与涤纶纱贴合,形成底布;
2)膜的制备:将PVC树脂粉、分散剂、增塑剂、安定剂、发泡剂和TPU改性剂混合后,搅拌均匀塑练压膜;
3)覆合产品的制备:将膜与底布覆合,再进行低温发泡,然后压花冷却,最后将覆合产品的外表层进行水性涂饰,即获得环保生态人造革。
进一步地,步骤2中膜的原料重量份为PVC树脂粉60-70份、分散剂5-6份、增塑剂1-5份、安定剂6-10份、发泡剂1-6份、TPU改性剂5-8份。
进一步地,步骤2的发泡剂为聚氨酯发泡剂。
进一步地,步骤2的分散剂为水性聚氨酯。
进一步地,步骤2的增塑剂为DOTP。
进一步地,所述安定剂为二苯胺或2-硝基二苯胺。
本发明的优点为:采用发泡的水性聚氨酯涂覆在碾压成片的牛皮与涤纶纱之间,透气性佳,增加韧性;
采用将PVC树脂粉、分散剂、增塑剂、安定剂、发泡剂和TPU改性剂混合后,搅拌均匀塑练压膜,WPU作为分散剂和发泡剂,柔软与防皱整理剂、抗静电和亲水整理剂等,TPU改性剂能够降低整体材料的硬度
综上,既有真皮的手感又有真皮的性能,人造革的价格色彩等优点。

以下结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
首先底布的制备:将碎牛皮磨碎,并碾压成片,将发泡的水性聚氨酯涂覆在碾压成片的牛皮与涤纶纱之间,将牛皮与涤纶纱贴合,形成底布;
其次膜的制备:将原料重量份为PVC树脂粉60-70份、水性聚氨酯5-6份、增塑剂DOTP1-5份、二苯胺6-10份、聚氨酯发泡剂1-6份、TPU改性剂5-8份混合后,搅拌均匀塑练压膜;
最后覆合产品的制备:将膜与底布覆合,再进行低温发泡,然后压花冷却,最后将覆合产品的外表层进行水性涂饰,即获得环保生态人造革。

Claims (6)

1.一种生态环保型PVC人造革的制备工艺,其特征在于,其步骤如下:
1)底布的制备:将碎牛皮磨碎,并碾压成片,将发泡的水性聚氨酯涂覆在碾压成片的牛皮与涤纶纱之间,将牛皮与涤纶纱贴合,形成底布;
2)膜的制备:将PVC树脂粉、分散剂、增塑剂、安定剂、发泡剂和TPU改性剂混合后,搅拌均匀塑练压膜;
3)覆合产品的制备:将膜与底布覆合,再进行低温发泡,然后压花冷却,最后将覆合产品的外表层进行水性涂饰,即获得环保生态人造革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态环保型PVC人造革的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤2中膜的原料重量份为PVC树脂粉60-70份、分散剂5-6份、增塑剂1-5份、安定剂6-10份、发泡剂1-6份、TPU改性剂5-8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种生态环保型PVC人造革的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤2的发泡剂为聚氨酯发泡剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种生态环保型PVC人造革的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤2的分散剂为水性聚氨酯。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种生态环保型PVC人造革的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤2的增塑剂为DOTP。
