一种复合塑料编织袋直接涂覆料配方,各重量比组分为:均聚聚丙烯粉65~75%,降温母料0.4~0.45%,聚乙烯10~15%,改性树脂10~15%,抗老化母料0.4~0.45%,增粘剂2~5%。本发明配方的涂覆料直接作为聚丙烯复合塑料编织袋的涂覆原料使用,降低了生产成本,提高了效益,添加聚乙烯,增加涂覆膜的剥离力,改善挤出膜的缩边情况,添加改性树脂,改善聚丙烯与聚乙烯的相容性,提高产品性能,稳定生产工况。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料编织袋复合技术,尤其涉及一种复合塑料编织袋直接涂覆料配方。
背景技术
聚丙烯复合塑料编织袋因其防潮、可回收、价格便宜而被广泛应用于化工、矿山、水泥等多种行业,目前国内复合塑料编织袋的涂覆生产,普遍使用的是共聚涂覆专用料或将均聚聚丙烯粉料改性后生产的涂覆专用料,价格比聚丙烯粉料高1500~3000元,成本高,能耗高。而且这些涂覆专用料,往往因生产厂家不同、生产批次不同而出现质量不稳定的情况,使得复合塑料编织袋生产过程中涂覆工艺波动较大,生产工况不稳,次品率较高,影响了企业的平稳生产和经济效益。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题提供了一种可用于直接涂覆生产复合塑料编织袋的涂覆料。
本发明所采取的技术方案:
一种复合塑料编织袋直接涂覆料配方,各重量比组分为:均聚聚丙烯粉65~75%,降温母料0.4~0.45%,聚乙烯10~15%,改性树脂10~15%,抗老化母料0.4~0.45%,增粘剂2~5%。
所述的聚乙烯为涂覆级聚乙烯。
本发明的有益效果:本发明配方的涂覆料直接作为聚丙烯复合塑料编织袋的涂覆原料使用,降低了生产成本,提高了效益,添加聚乙烯,增加涂覆膜的剥离力,改善挤出膜的缩边情况,添加改性树脂,改善聚丙烯与聚乙烯的相容性,提高产品性能,稳定生产工况。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种复合塑料编织袋直接涂覆料配方,各重量比组分为:均聚聚丙烯粉74.2%,降温母料0.4%,涂覆级聚乙烯10%,改性树脂10%,抗老化母料0.4%,增粘剂5%。
将聚丙烯粉、降温母料、聚乙烯、改性树脂以及其他助剂按上述比例称重,计量,经高速混炼机混合后制得混配涂覆料,加入到复合机组挤出料中,在挤出模头温度250℃下挤出,形成涂覆膜与编织布复合,形成复合塑料编织布。
实施例2
一种复合塑料编织袋直接涂覆料配方,各重量比组分为:均聚聚丙烯粉67.1%,降温母料0.45%,涂覆级聚乙烯15%,改性树脂15%,抗老化母料0.45%,增粘剂2%。
将聚丙烯粉、降温母料、聚乙烯、改性树脂以及其他助剂按上述比例称重,计量,经高速混炼机混合后制得混配涂覆料,加入到复合机组挤出料中,在挤出模头温度250℃下挤出,形成涂覆膜与编织布复合,形成复合塑料编织布。

2.根据权利要求1所述的复合塑料编织袋直接涂覆料配方,其特征在于,所述的聚乙烯为涂覆级聚乙烯。
