本发明公开了一种纹理增强型粉末涂料,包括的原料有:环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、固化剂、钛白粉、亚纳米硫酸钡、聚四氟乙烯蜡、聚乙烯、皱纹剂,按照质量百分比计算,环氧树脂占40%?50%、聚酯树脂占25%?35%、固化剂占6%?9%、钛白粉占6%?8%、亚纳米硫酸钡占5%?8%、聚四氟乙烯蜡占1%?3%、聚乙烯占1%?1.5%、皱纹剂占0.5%?1%。通过上述方式,本发明涂料颗粒均匀、细腻,喷涂后形成的漆膜附着力好,纹理明显,装饰性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料领域,特别是涉及一种纹理增强型粉末涂料。
背景技术
粉末涂料是一种新型的不含溶剂100%固体粉末状环保型涂料,它具有涂装效率高,防护性和装饰性能好等优点,受到了全世界的广泛重视,从而获得持续快速发展。
随着建材、家具等行业高装饰性的要求,纹理型粉末涂料在防盗门窗、钢木家具、高档金属制品等领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。纹理型粉末涂料以它的纹理花纹、花泽度满足人们的审美要求。而现有的纹理型粉末涂料喷涂后的漆膜纹理较浅,纹理效果不够明显,并且漆膜附着力差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种纹理增强型粉末涂料,颗粒均匀、细腻,喷涂后形成的漆膜附着力好,纹理明显,装饰性强。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种纹理增强型粉末涂料,包括的原料有:环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、固化剂、钛白粉、亚纳米硫酸钡、聚四氟乙烯蜡、聚乙烯、皱纹剂,按照质量百分比计算,环氧树脂占40%-50%、聚酯树脂占25%-35%、固化剂占6%-9%、钛白粉占6%-8%、亚纳米硫酸钡占5%-8%、聚四氟乙烯蜡占1%-3%、聚乙烯占1%-1.5%、皱纹剂占0.5%-1%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述固化剂采用异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯固化剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述皱纹剂采用醋丁纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纹理增强型粉末涂料的粒径为7-12μm。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在环氧树脂、聚酯树脂中添加合理配比的固化剂、钛白粉、亚纳米硫酸钡、聚四氟乙烯蜡、聚乙烯、皱纹剂等原料,使获得的粉末涂料颗粒均匀、细腻,喷涂后形成的漆膜附着力好,纹理明显,装饰性强。
具体实施方式
下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例一:
1)称取如下质量百分比的原料:环氧树脂40%、聚酯树脂30%、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯固化剂9%、钛白粉占8%、亚纳米硫酸钡8%、聚四氟乙烯蜡3%、聚乙烯1%、醋丁纤维1%;
2)熔融挤出:将上述原料混合均匀,然后通过熔融挤出机挤压成型;
3)破碎、过筛:冷却后破碎,再过1000目筛,即获得粒径为7-12μm的粉末涂料。
实施例二:
1)称取如下质量百分比的原料:环氧树脂45%、聚酯树脂35%、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯固化剂6%、钛白粉占6%、亚纳米硫酸钡5%、聚四氟乙烯蜡1%、聚乙烯1.5%、醋丁纤维0.5%;
2)熔融挤出:将上述原料混合均匀,然后通过熔融挤出机挤压成型;
3)破碎、过筛:冷却后破碎,再过1000目筛,即获得粒径为7-12μm的粉末涂料。
实施例三:
1)称取如下质量百分比的原料:环氧树脂50%、聚酯树脂25%、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯固化剂8%、钛白粉占7%、亚纳米硫酸钡6%、聚四氟乙烯蜡2%、聚乙烯1.5%、醋丁纤维0.5%;
2)熔融挤出:将上述原料混合均匀,然后通过熔融挤出机挤压成型;
3)破碎、过筛:冷却后破碎,再过1000目筛,即获得粒径为7-12μm的粉末涂料。
本发明揭示了一种纹理增强型粉末涂料,通过在环氧树脂、聚酯树脂中添加合理配比的固化剂、钛白粉、亚纳米硫酸钡、聚四氟乙烯蜡、聚乙烯、皱纹剂等原料,使获得的粉末涂料颗粒均匀、细腻,喷涂后形成的漆膜附着力好,纹理明显,装饰性强。

1.一种纹理增强型粉末涂料,其特征在于,包括的原料有:环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、固化剂、钛白粉、亚纳米硫酸钡、聚四氟乙烯蜡、聚乙烯、皱纹剂,按照质量百分比计算,环氧树脂占40%-50%、聚酯树脂占25%-35%、固化剂占6%-9%、钛白粉占6%-8%、亚纳米硫酸钡占5%-8%、聚四氟乙烯蜡占1%-3%、聚乙烯占1%-1.5%、皱纹剂占0.5%-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纹理增强型粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述固化剂采用异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯固化剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纹理增强型粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述皱纹剂采用醋丁纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纹理增强型粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述纹理增强型粉末涂料的粒径为7-12μm。
