本发明公开了一种水性氟碳涂料,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:30-40%水性氟碳乳液、5-10%纤维素、2-5%淀粉、1-5%板钛矿型钛白粉、2-5%耐磨粉、1-5%纳米而氧化铝、1-5%纳米二氧化钛、1-5%纳米二氧化铁、1-5%纳米氧化碳、1-5%纳米氧化铜、1-5%纳米氧化镁、1-5%纳米氧化锌、余量为去离子水。水性氟碳涂料中不含苯、甲苯、二甲苯和乙苯和游离二异氰酸酯等有害物质,无毒、无污染,兼具涂料的装饰功能和保护功能,制得的漆膜具有优良的耐磨性、耐候性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性氟碳徐料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有良好的防腐和耐磨性能的水性氟碳涂料。
背景技术
在人类对环境日益关注,环保意识日益增强的今天,实木的边角料,或回收的木材等不能再利用的木材被制成再生木制品,而再生木制品已被广泛应用在居室、酒店、娱乐场所、洗浴场、办公室、厨房、洗手间、学校、医院、运动场、商场、实验室等环境中。而,再生木制品相对于原生木来说,其密度低、质地软,耐磨性差。因此,如何研制出一种水性氟碳涂料,通过使用该产品,提高再生木制品的强度及耐磨性,提高其防腐效果,延长再生木的寿命,提高资源的利用质量,是本领域技术人员亟待需要解决的问题。
此外,现有的溶剂型水性氟碳涂料中含有甲苯、二甲苯和乙苯等有机溶剂以及游离二异氰酸酯(其包括甲苯二异氰酸酷TD工和六亚甲基二异氰酸酷HDI)等对人体和环境有害的物质。此外,产品在生产、运输和仓储过程中的防火要求非常严格,投入的人力和物力较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种水性氟碳涂料,该水性氟碳涂料中不含苯、甲苯、二甲苯和乙苯和游离二异氰酸酯等有害物质,无毒、无污染,兼具涂料的装饰功能和保护功能,制得的漆膜具有优良的耐磨性、耐候性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种水性氟碳涂料,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 30-40%水性氟碳乳液、5-10%纤维素、2-5%淀粉、1-5%板钛矿型钛白粉、2-5%耐磨粉、1-5%纳米而氧化铝、1-5%纳米二氧化钛、1-5%纳米二氧化铁、1-5%纳米氧化碳、1-5%纳米氧化铜、1-5%纳米氧化镁、1-5%纳米氧化锌、余量为去离子水。
进一步的,所述水性氟碳乳液的含量为30%、纤维素的含量为5%、淀粉的含量为2%、板钛矿型钛白粉的含量为1%、耐磨粉的含量为2%、纳米而氧化铝的含量为1%、纳米二氧化钛的含量为1%、纳米二氧化铁的含量为1%、纳米氧化碳的含量为1%、纳米氧化铜的含量为1%、纳米氧化镁的含量为1%、纳米氧化锌的含量为1%、余量为去离子水。

本实施例1所描述的一种水性氟碳涂料,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 30%水性氟碳乳液、5%纤维素、2%淀粉、1%板钛矿型钛白粉、2%耐磨粉、1%纳米而氧化铝、1%纳米二氧化钛、1%纳米二氧化铁、1%纳米氧化碳、1%纳米氧化铜、1%纳米氧化镁、1%纳米氧化锌、余量为去离子水。

本实施例2所描述的一种水性氟碳涂料,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 40%水性氟碳乳液、10%纤维素、5%淀粉、5%板钛矿型钛白粉、5%耐磨粉、5%纳米而氧化铝、5%纳米二氧化钛、5%纳米二氧化铁、5%纳米氧化碳、5%纳米氧化铜、5%纳米氧化镁、5%纳米氧化锌、余量为去离子水。

1.一种水性氟碳涂料,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 30-40%水性氟碳乳液、5-10%纤维素、2-5%淀粉、1-5%板钛矿型钛白粉、2-5%耐磨粉、1-5%纳米而氧化铝、1-5%纳米二氧化钛、1-5%纳米二氧化铁、1-5%纳米氧化碳、1-5%纳米氧化铜、1-5%纳米氧化镁、1-5%纳米氧化锌、余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性氟碳涂料,其特征在于,所述水性氟碳乳液的含量为30%、纤维素的含量为5%、淀粉的含量为2%、板钛矿型钛白粉的含量为1%、耐磨粉的含量为2%、纳米而氧化铝的含量为1%、纳米二氧化钛的含量为1%、纳米二氧化铁的含量为1%、纳米氧化碳的含量为1%、纳米氧化铜的含量为1%、纳米氧化镁的含量为1%、纳米氧化锌的含量为1%、余量为去离子水。
