Abstract
本发明涉及一种高强度防火建筑幕墙,包括面板与支承构件,所述的面板包括铝合金基板,所述的铝合金基板的外表面上涂有基料,所述的铝合金基板包括两层铝单板和位于铝单板之间的芯材,所述的基料按照质量百分比包括52~62%氟碳涂料,8~15%粒径小于0.02μm珍珠岩粉末,18~26%氯化镁含量58%~72%的氯化镁溶液,5~10%氧化镁。本发明的建筑幕墙,质轻,强度高,防火效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑幕墙技术领域,涉及一种高强度防火建筑幕墙。
背景技术
建筑幕墙是建筑物不承重的外墙护围,通常由面板(玻璃、铝板、石板、陶瓷板等)和后面的支承结构(铝横梁立柱、钢结构、玻璃肋等等)组成,是现代大型和高层建筑常用的带有装饰效果的轻质墙体。而基于铝板的质轻特性,面板为铝板的建筑幕墙的应用范围越来越大。且为了保证安全,住建部和公安部消防局已经共同颁布了《民用建筑外保温及外墙装饰防火暂行规定》。在该暂行规定中对高度大于等于100m的住宅建筑、高度大于等于50米的公用建筑,和建筑高度大于等于24m的幕墙式建筑作出了所使用的铝单板燃烧性能应为A级的规定。因此,这类建筑幕墙的质轻强度要求、和防火要求成为研究的技术方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高强度防火建筑幕墙,质轻,强度高,防火效果好。
为了实现以上目的,本发明提出了一种高强度防火建筑幕墙,包括面板与支承构件,所述的面板包括铝合金基板,所述的铝合金基板的外表面上涂有基料,所述的铝合金基板包括两层铝单板和位于铝单板之间的芯材,所述的基料按照质量百分比包括52~62%氟碳涂料,8~15%粒径小于0.02μm珍珠岩粉末,18~26%氯化镁含量58%~72%的氯化镁溶液,5~10%氧化镁。
优选的,所述的基料按照质量百分比包括59%氟碳涂料,12%粒径小于0.02μm珍珠岩粉末,21%氯化镁含量58%~72%的氯化镁溶液,8%氧化镁。
再进一步的,所述的氟碳涂料按质量百分比包括65%聚偏二氟乙烯树脂,23%金属铝粉,6%纳米二氧化钛,6%纳米二氧化钛。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明的氟碳涂料具有很好的耐侯性和抗紫外线性能,色彩持久稳定,长时保持不变色,同时具有优良的耐酸、耐碱性能,且附着力好、韧性高,耐冲击性强,涂层光洁,耐污染性强,容易清洁。本发明所述的铝合金基板采用数控折弯技术,确保铝合金基板在加工后能平整不变形,在铝合金基板安装过程中共抗外力性能好。铝合金基板表面涂层采用的氟碳涂料保证表面色泽均匀,抗紫外线辐射,抗氧化,超强耐腐蚀。且铝合金基板采用传统的工字钢结构,力学性能好,刚性好,且铝合金基板采用铝单板是在高温条件下复合,并在整个加工过程中两层铝单板处在一定的张力状态下,当成型冷却后,上下对称的铝单板与芯材在收缩率上的差别,形成板材稳定的内应力而具有良好的刚性。这样与单层铝板相比,其弹性限度较大,不易产生变形,能够长久地保持良好的平整性能。且采用的铝单板与芯材热复合,粘结牢固。采用上述结构以及材料配合得到的建筑幕墙,质轻,结构稳定,强度高,防火性能到达A级。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:一种高强度防火建筑幕墙,包括面板与支承构件,所述的面板包括铝合金基板,所述的铝合金基板的外表面上涂有基料,所述的铝合金基板包括两层铝单板和位于铝单板之间的芯材,所述的基料按照质量百分比包括59%氟碳涂料,12%粒径小于0.02μm珍珠岩粉末,21%氯化镁含量58%~72%的氯化镁溶液,8%氧化镁。

再进一步的,所述的氟碳涂料按质量百分比包括65%聚偏二氟乙烯树脂,23%金属铝粉,6%纳米二氧化钛,6%纳米二氧化硅。
本实施例所述的氟碳涂料是以聚偏二氟乙烯树脂为基料,配和金属铝粉、纳米二氧化钛为色料。氟碳涂料的基料化学结构中以氟/碳化合键结合,这种具有短键性质的结构与氢离子结合是最稳定最牢固的结合。除了在机械性能方面的耐磨性好,抗冲击性也具有优良的性能,特别是在恶劣气候和环境显示出长久的抗退色性,抗紫外光性能。
实施例二:一种高强度防火建筑幕墙,包括面板与支承构件,所述的面板包括铝合金基板,所述的铝合金基板的外表面上涂有基料,所述的铝合金基板包括两层铝单板和位于铝单板之间的芯材,所述的基料按照质量百分比包括62%氟碳涂料,9%粒径小于0.02μm珍珠岩粉末,24%氯化镁含量58%~72%的氯化镁溶液,5%氧化镁。
再进一步的,所述的氟碳涂料按质量百分比包括65%聚偏二氟乙烯树脂,23%金属铝粉,6%纳米二氧化钛,6%纳米二氧化硅。
采用上述结构以及材料配合得到的建筑幕墙,质轻,结构稳定,强度高,防火性能到达A级。
实施例三:一种高强度防火建筑幕墙,包括面板与支承构件,所述的面板包括铝合金基板,所述的铝合金基板的外表面上涂有基料,所述的铝合金基板包括两层铝单板和位于铝单板之间的芯材,所述的基料按照质量百分比包括53%氟碳涂料,15%粒径小于0.02μm珍珠岩粉末,26%氯化镁含量58%~72%的氯化镁溶液,6%氧化镁。
再进一步的,所述的氟碳涂料按质量百分比包括65%聚偏二氟乙烯树脂,23%金属铝粉,6%纳米二氧化钛,6%纳米二氧化硅。

1.一种高强度防火建筑幕墙,包括面板与支承构件,所述的面板包括铝合金基板,所述的铝合金基板的外表面上涂有基料,所述的铝合金基板包括两层铝单板和位于铝单板之间的芯材,其特征在于,所述的基料按照质量百分比包括52~62%氟碳涂料,8~15%粒径小于0.02μm珍珠岩粉末,18~26%氯化镁含量58%~72%的氯化镁溶液,5~10%氧化镁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度防火建筑幕墙,其特征在于,所述的基料按照质量百分比包括59%氟碳涂料,12%粒径小于0.02μm珍珠岩粉末,21%氯化镁含量58%~72%的氯化镁溶液,8%氧化镁。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高强度防火建筑幕墙,其特征在于,所述的氟碳涂料按质量百分比包括65%聚偏二氟乙烯树脂,23%金属铝粉,6%纳米二氧化钛,6%纳米二氧化硅。
