背景技术
耐燃性高分子的材料是指遇火焰不燃烧,或者不易燃烧,离开火焰后很快熄灭的高分子材料,其对于防止火灾方面具有重要的意义。由于市场上的不法商贩偷工减料,降低成本,导致现有的阻燃高分子材料阻燃性较差,阻燃效果不理想,增加了火灾发生的概率。

为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种阻燃性好,防火能力强,安全无污染,制造成本低廉的阻燃高分子材料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种阻燃高分子材料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯树脂20-25份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯8-14份,甲基丙烯酸硬脂酸酯7-9份,氟碳树脂25-32份,季戊四醇4-7份,二丁酯6-7份,碳酸钙8-11份,珍珠岩3-5份,太白粉7-9份,羟乙基纤维素11-14份,二甲基乙酰胺4-6份,乙酸乙酯6-8份,氢氧化钾3-6份,氧化镁5-8份。
上述的阻燃高分子材料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯树脂23份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯11份,甲基丙烯酸硬脂酸酯8份,氟碳树脂28份,季戊四醇6份,二丁酯6.5份,碳酸钙10份,珍珠岩4份,太白粉8份,羟乙基纤维素13份,二甲基乙酰胺5份,乙酸乙酯7份,氢氧化钾5份,氧化镁7份。
