本发明涉及一种新型的聚丙烯材料及其制造工艺,包括:无规共聚聚丙烯38份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯13份、粉状聚苯硫醚9份、端羟基超支化聚酰胺酯15份、稀土偶联剂11份、膦酸酯21份、氢氧化镧6份、偶联剂改性纳米滑石粉17份、抗氧剂4份。所述聚丙烯材料制备的工艺步骤如下:(1)按重量配比称取好配方中的原料加入高混机,搅拌28min,混合均匀;(2)将步骤(1)中混合好的原料投入到双螺杆挤出机的加料斗中,经熔融挤出,造粒;加工工艺如下:双螺杆挤出机机筒温度范围为195℃,模头温度控制在175℃之间。本发明的有益效果是:力学强度高、弹性和阻燃效果好、耐磨抗撕裂性能优异。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆料领域,尤其涉及一种新型的聚丙烯材料及其制造工艺。
背景技术
聚丙烯(PP)是一种半结晶的热塑性塑料,具有较高的耐冲击性,机械性质强韧,抗多种有机溶剂和酸碱腐蚀,广泛应用于电线电缆、建筑材料、汽车工业、家用电器、包装材料等方面。由于聚丙烯阻燃性能差,极易燃烧,其极限氧指数(LOI)为18.5,遇火燃烧时发热量高、燃烧速度快、并伴有发烟、滴落等现象,限制了它在电线电缆领域的应用。现在市场上销售的大多属于经过添加无卤阻燃剂改性后的聚丙烯电缆料。
然而,目前市场上的无卤阻燃聚丙烯电缆料普遍存在力学强度和弹性差、不耐磨,虽然具有阻燃功能,但是阻燃剂添加量的大、阻燃效果差,一定程度上限制了聚丙烯电缆料的应用。
发明内容
为克服现有技术不足,本发明提供一种新型的聚丙烯材料及其制造工艺,其弹性和阻燃效果好、耐磨程度高。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型的聚丙烯材料,包括:无规共聚聚丙烯 38份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯13份、粉状聚苯硫醚 9份、端羟基超支化聚酰胺酯15份、稀土偶联剂11份、膦酸酯21份、氢氧化镧6份、偶联剂改性纳米滑石粉17份、抗氧剂4份;
所述聚丙烯材料制备的工艺步骤如下:
(1)按重量配比称取好配方中的原料加入高混机,搅拌28min,混合均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)中混合好的原料投入到双螺杆挤出机的加料斗中,经熔融挤出,造粒;加工工艺如下:双螺杆挤出机机筒温度范围为195℃,模头温度控制在175℃之间。
进一步的,所述偶联剂改性纳米滑石粉目数为2800目。
本发明的有益效果是:力学强度高、弹性和阻燃效果好、耐磨抗撕裂性能优异。

所述聚丙烯材料制备的工艺步骤如下:
(1)按重量配比称取好配方中的原料加入高混机,搅拌28min,混合均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)中混合好的原料投入到双螺杆挤出机的加料斗中,经熔融挤出,造粒;加工工艺如下:双螺杆挤出机机筒温度范围为195℃,模头温度控制在175℃之间;所述偶联剂改性纳米滑石粉目数为2800目。

1.一种新型的聚丙烯材料及其制造工艺,其特征在于:包括无规共聚聚丙烯 38份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯13份、粉状聚苯硫醚 9份、端羟基超支化聚酰胺酯15份、稀土偶联剂11份、膦酸酯21份、氢氧化镧6份、偶联剂改性纳米滑石粉17份、抗氧剂4份;所述聚丙烯材料制备的工艺步骤如下:(1)按重量配比称取好配方中的原料加入高混机,搅拌28min,混合均匀;(2)将步骤(1)中混合好的原料投入到双螺杆挤出机的加料斗中,经熔融挤出,造粒;加工工艺如下:双螺杆挤出机机筒温度范围为195℃,模头温度控制在175℃之间。
