本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种油漆防腐剂。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物涂料。油漆不论品种或形态如何,都是由成膜物质、次要成膜物质和辅助成膜物质三种基本物质组成。它既可以是无机的,如电镀铜,电镀镍,电镀锌等。也可以是有机的,如大多数的有机高分子材料,有机高分子材料构成了当今涂料市场主要部分。近几年来,随着人民生活的不断提高,以及环保呼声的日益高涨,人们对装饰漆的要求越来越高。装饰漆的品种也己从过去的桐油、楷生漆向合成树脂漆方向发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种油漆防腐剂。
本发明通过下面技术方案实现:
一种油漆防腐剂,通过如下重量份的原料组成:茶叶提取物40-60份、甜菜碱30-50份、乳酸钠7-11份、山梨酸钾5-10份、壳聚糖12-16份、葡萄糖醛酸2-6份、十二烷基磺酸钠3-7份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠15-25份、羟基纤维素1-5份、霍霍巴油10-15份、聚酰胺树脂6-12份、酚醛树脂5-10份。
优选地,所述的油漆防腐剂通过如下重量份的原料组成:茶叶提取物50份、甜菜碱40份、乳酸钠9份、山梨酸钾7份、壳聚糖14份、葡萄糖醛酸4份、十二烷基磺酸钠5份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠20份、羟基纤维素3份、霍霍巴油13份、聚酰胺树脂9份、酚醛树脂7份。
优选地,所述的油漆防腐剂通过如下重量份的原料组成:茶叶提取物40份、甜菜碱30份、乳酸钠7份、山梨酸钾5份、壳聚糖12份、葡萄糖醛酸2份、十二烷基磺酸钠3份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠15份、羟基纤维素1份、霍霍巴油10份、聚酰胺树脂6份、酚醛树脂5份。
优选地,所述的油漆防腐剂通过如下重量份的原料组成:茶叶提取物60份、甜菜碱50份、乳酸钠11份、山梨酸钾10份、壳聚糖16份、葡萄糖醛酸6份、十二烷基磺酸钠7份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠25份、羟基纤维素5份、霍霍巴油15份、聚酰胺树脂12份、酚醛树脂10份。

所述的油漆防腐剂通过如下重量份的原料组成:茶叶提取物50份、甜菜碱40份、乳酸钠9份、山梨酸钾7份、壳聚糖14份、葡萄糖醛酸4份、十二烷基磺酸钠5份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠20份、羟基纤维素3份、霍霍巴油13份、聚酰胺树脂9份、酚醛树脂7份。

所述的油漆防腐剂通过如下重量份的原料组成:茶叶提取物40份、甜菜碱30份、乳酸钠7份、山梨酸钾5份、壳聚糖12份、葡萄糖醛酸2份、十二烷基磺酸钠3份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠15份、羟基纤维素1份、霍霍巴油10份、聚酰胺树脂6份、酚醛树脂5份。

所述的油漆防腐剂通过如下重量份的原料组成:茶叶提取物60份、甜菜碱50份、乳酸钠11份、山梨酸钾10份、壳聚糖16份、葡萄糖醛酸6份、十二烷基磺酸钠7份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠25份、羟基纤维素5份、霍霍巴油15份、聚酰胺树脂12份、酚醛树脂10份。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种油漆防腐剂,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:茶叶提取物40-60份、甜菜碱30-50份、乳酸钠7-11份、山梨酸钾5-10份、壳聚糖12-16份、葡萄糖醛酸2-6份、十二烷基磺酸钠3-7份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠15-25份、羟基纤维素1-5份、霍霍巴油10-15份、聚酰胺树脂6-12份、酚醛树脂5-10份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的油漆防腐剂,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:茶叶提取物50份、甜菜碱40份、乳酸钠9份、山梨酸钾7份、壳聚糖14份、葡萄糖醛酸4份、十二烷基磺酸钠5份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠20份、羟基纤维素3份、霍霍巴油13份、聚酰胺树脂9份、酚醛树脂7份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的油漆防腐剂,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:茶叶提取物40份、甜菜碱30份、乳酸钠7份、山梨酸钾5份、壳聚糖12份、葡萄糖醛酸2份、十二烷基磺酸钠3份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠15份、羟基纤维素1份、霍霍巴油10份、聚酰胺树脂6份、酚醛树脂5份。
