本发明涉及化工涂料领域,尤其涉及一种防冻油漆。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物涂料。中国涂料界比较权威的涂料工艺一书是这样定义的:涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的实施工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。属于有机化工高分子材料,所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型。按照现代通行的化工产品的分类,涂料属于精细化工产品。现有的油漆在使用和储存过程中基本上不会出现冻住的现象,所以现有的油漆大都不需要具备很好的防冻性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防冻油漆,具有安全环保、非常好的防冻特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种防冻油漆,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:丙烯腈20-30份、苯丙乳液10-15份、羟乙基纤维素5-10份、环氧树脂2-6份、云母粉13-18份、丁醇1-5份、硼酸钠4-8份、水40-60份。
优选地,所述防冻油漆由以下按照重量份的原料组成:丙烯腈20份、苯丙乳液10份、羟乙基纤维素5份、环氧树脂2份、云母粉13份、丁醇1份、硼酸钠4份、水40份。
优选地,所述防冻油漆由以下按照重量份的原料组成:丙烯腈30份、苯丙乳液15份、羟乙基纤维素10份、环氧树脂6份、云母粉18份、丁醇5份、硼酸钠8份、水60份。
优选地,所述防冻油漆由以下按照重量份的原料组成:丙烯腈25份、苯丙乳液13份、羟乙基纤维素8份、环氧树脂4份、云母粉15份、丁醇3份、硼酸钠6份、水50份。
