一种环保油漆清洗剂及其制备方法，该环保油漆清洗剂由如下重量份的原料组成：氢氧化钠15-20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-10份、乙二醇乙二酸酯7-11份、水溶树脂10-16份、甘油4-8份、乙醇1-3份、沸石粉5-10份、乳木果油5-7份、芦荟提取液10-15份、橄榄油2-6份、去离子水30-70份。其制备方法是将上述各成分混合均匀后，在20-30℃的水浴中反应2小时，冷却后即得。该清洗剂脱漆效果优异，且对人体无毒害作用，高效环保。

本发明属于化工领域，具体涉及一种环保油漆清洗剂。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面，起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物涂料。中国涂料界比较权威的《涂料工艺》一书是这样定义的：“涂料是一种材料，这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面，形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜，又称漆膜或涂层。”油漆不论品种或形态如何，都是由成膜物质、次要成膜物质和辅助成膜物质三种基本物质组成。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保高效的油漆清洗剂。
本发明通过下面技术方案实现：
一种环保油漆清洗剂，通过如下重量份的原料组成：氢氧化钠15-20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-10份、乙二醇乙二酸酯7-11份、水溶树脂10-16份、甘油4-8份、乙醇1-3份、沸石粉5-10份、乳木果油5-7份、芦荟提取液10-15份、橄榄油2-6份、去离子水30-70份。
优选地，所述的油漆清洗剂，通过如下重量份的原料组成：氢氧化钠17份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7份、乙二醇乙二酸酯9份、水溶树脂14份、甘油6份、乙醇2份、沸石粉8份、乳木果油6份、芦荟提取液13份、橄榄油4份、去离子水50份。
优选地，所述的油漆清洗剂，通过如下重量份的原料组成：氢氧化钠15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、乙二醇乙二酸酯7份、水溶树脂10份、甘油4份、乙醇1份、沸石粉5份、乳木果油5份、芦荟提取液10份、橄榄油2份、去离子水30份。

  1. 一种环保油漆清洗剂，其特征在于，通过如下重量份的原料组成：氢氧化钠15-20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-10份、乙二醇乙二酸酯7-11份、水溶树脂10-16份、甘油4-8份、乙醇1-3份、沸石粉5-10份、乳木果油5-7份、芦荟提取液10-15份、橄榄油2-6份、去离子水30-70份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的油漆清洗剂，其特征在于，通过如下重量份的原料组成：氢氧化钠17份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7份、乙二醇乙二酸酯9份、水溶树脂14份、甘油6份、乙醇2份、沸石粉8份、乳木果油6份、芦荟提取液13份、橄榄油4份、去离子水50份。
