本发明公开了一种无溶剂防腐蚀涂料及其制备方法,其主要组成成分及重量配比为:湿法绢母粉5%‑8%、活性稀释剂10%‑15%、膨润土8%‑10%、脂肪胺固化剂1.5%‑5%、丙烯酸改性环氧树脂35%‑50%、玻璃鳞片3.5%‑5.5%、硅烷偶联剂3%‑3.5%、触变剂0.5%‑1%和消泡剂0.8%‑1.5%。本发明其特有的配方成分制成的涂膜具有优异的机械性能和优良的耐化学介质性,是一种既安全又环境友好的防腐蚀涂料,其综合性能优异,应用领域广泛,市场前景好。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体为一种无溶剂防腐蚀涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
涂料是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面起保护、装饰、标志产品,UV光固化涂料是一种以聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、引发剂为主要成膜物质,活性单体、助剂,溶剂为辅助通过高压汞灯成膜物质的功能型涂料,目前市场上供应的UV光固化涂料,喷涂在产品上(如:手机壳,笔记本外壳,家电,化妆品外壳等),通过紫外线高压汞灯固化后,溶剂挥发不掉的局部会产生涂膜发白或掉漆现象,而溶剂挥发到空气中气味大,污染大,且严重影响作业环境,同时紫外线高压汞灯耗电量大。
而无溶剂涂料是指成膜后固体分含量接近或达到100%的涂料,它是一种高性能、高固体分的涂料,无溶剂涂料又可称活性溶剂涂料,它并不是完全不含溶剂,而是指溶剂最终成为涂膜组分,在固化成膜过程中不向大气中排放VOC,因此不断优化选择无溶剂涂料的原料,降低污染,便于施工,提高物理性能,是现有无溶剂涂料的主要研究方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无溶剂防腐蚀涂料及其制备方法,其在不影响涂层质量的前提下,可有效解决溶剂挥发的气味和污染问题,同时显著提高了。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种无溶剂防腐蚀涂料,其主要组成成分及重量配比为:湿法绢母粉5%-8%、活性稀释剂10%-15%、膨润土8%-10%、脂肪胺固化剂1.5%-5%、丙烯酸改性环氧树脂35%-50%、玻璃鳞片3.5%-5.5%、硅烷偶联剂3%-3.5%、触变剂0.5%-1%和消泡剂0.8%-1.5%。
一种无溶剂防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,其主要包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:将湿法绢母粉、活性稀释剂、膨润土、脂肪胺固化剂、丙烯酸改性环氧树脂、玻璃鳞片、硅烷偶联剂、触变剂和消泡剂按照上述重量配比进行备料;
(2)混料:将湿法绢母粉、活性稀释剂、膨润土、脂肪胺固化剂、丙烯酸改性环氧树脂、玻璃鳞片依次加入并搅拌至完全溶解,再加入硅烷偶联剂、触变剂和消泡剂,充分搅拌均匀,得到涂料;
(3)试涂膜:在实验产品上涂膜上述制成的涂料,静置至完全干燥;
(4)性能测试:试验产品涂膜完全干燥后,对其表面用耐99.5%无水乙醇500g力来回500次,涂膜无露底;耐RCA纸带175g力耐磨测试200次不漏底;百格法附着力100%测试,0级;
(5)成品包装:将通过步骤(4)性能测试的涂料进行成品包装。
本发明的有益效果是:其特有的配方成分制成的涂膜具有优异的机械性能和优良的耐化学介质性,是一种既安全又环境友好的防腐蚀涂料,其综合性能优异,应用领域广泛,市场前景好。

2.一种无溶剂防腐蚀涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,一种无溶剂防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,其主要包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:将湿法绢母粉、活性稀释剂、膨润土、脂肪胺固化剂、丙烯酸改性环氧树脂、玻璃鳞片、硅烷偶联剂、触变剂和消泡剂按照上述重量配比进行备料;
(2)混料:将湿法绢母粉、活性稀释剂、膨润土、脂肪胺固化剂、丙烯酸改性环氧树脂、玻璃鳞片依次加入并搅拌至完全溶解,再加入硅烷偶联剂、触变剂和消泡剂,充分搅拌均匀,得到涂料;
(3)试涂膜:在实验产品上涂膜上述制成的涂料,静置至完全干燥;
(4)性能测试:试验产品涂膜完全干燥后,对其表面用耐99.5%无水乙醇500g力来回500次,涂膜无露底;耐RCA纸带175g力耐磨测试200次不漏底;百格法附着力100%测试,0级;
