技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于单组份水性耐污白面漆及其生产方法,用于对户内、外木制材料的装饰与保护。
背景技术
目前,常用的水性白面漆在耐化学品,耐水性及抗污性能有所欠缺,不能完全符合消费者的要求,在这样的形式下,本公司生产的单组份水性耐污白漆能够很好的达到以上的要求,能够更好的满足市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种基于单组份水性耐污白面面漆,它具有耐化学品,耐水性及抗污性能。
本发明是这样实现的:一种基于单组份水性耐污白面面漆,其组成的重量百分比为:
各组份的重量百分比之和为100%。
一种基于单组份水性耐污白面面漆,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)在容器中加入水性丙烯酸树脂1、水性丙烯酸树脂2;
(2)然后加入润湿剂和消泡剂,分散10-15min;
(3)再加入助溶剂和水的混合物,分散5min;
(4)加入钛白浆,搅拌5min;
(4)加入增稠剂和水调整粘度,搅拌5min;
(5)最后加入防腐剂和防霉剂分散均匀,即可使用。
基于单组份水性耐污白面面漆,其特征在于:所述水性丙烯酸树脂1为自交联,纳米级聚合物。
水性丙烯酸树脂1为美国路博润公司生产的型号为CR-726纯丙水性树脂,其为自交联、纳米级聚合物。
水性丙烯酸树脂2为德国阿伯丁克公司生产的型号为AC-2403纯丙水性树脂。因其成膜的疏水性和不透蒸汽性,极低的吸水性大大降低了涂层受污染的可能性,大幅度提高了涂层的抗水凝性和抗污性。
助溶剂为DOW公司的DPM和DPnB。
钛白粉为美国杜邦公司的R706。
润湿剂为迪高公司的Tego270。
消泡剂为迪高公司的Tego902W和BYK公司的BYK028。
增稠剂为明凌公司的PUR42。
防腐剂为DOW公司的HATHON LXE。
防霉剂为DOW公司的ROCIMA 350。

一种基于单组份水性耐污白面面漆,其组成的重量百分比为:
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)在容器中加入水性丙烯酸树脂1、水性丙烯酸树脂2;
(2)然后加入润湿剂和消泡剂,分散10-15min;
(3)再加入助溶剂和水的混合物,分散5min;
(4)加入钛白浆,搅拌5min;
(4)加入增稠剂和水调整粘度,搅拌5min;
(5)最后加入防腐剂和防霉剂分散均匀,即可使用。

主要技术指标
检测方法:性能指标可参照GB/T23999-2009,限量物参照GB24410-2009。
本发明白面漆是一种综合性能十分优秀,环保性特优的白色漆。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的基于单组份水性耐污白面面漆,其特征在于:所述水性丙烯酸树脂1为自交联,纳米级聚合物。
