Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒及其制备方法。本发明的一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PE15%~30%、纳米滑石粉20%~40%、TPE弹性体20%~40%、山梨酸2%~6%、偶氮二异庚腈1%~3%、抗粘连剂2%~5%、爽滑剂5%~15%、偶联剂0.5%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。本发明采用对纳米滑石粉预处理后与TPE弹性体之间相互作用和发生接枝反应,形成核壳结构具有协同增韧增强作用,而且所制得母粒的抗粘连爽滑效果好,应用于生产聚乙烯(PE)薄膜中较好地提高了制品的开口性和爽滑性,防止薄膜之间的粘连,还可增加薄膜的刚度、挺度和透明度等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种母粒及其制备方法,具体地说是一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯(PE)具有良好的化学稳定性、耐穿刺性、冲击性和环境友好性等,常用于食品、饮料、化妆品、电子、玩具、印刷等行业的薄膜或吹膜包装,但聚乙烯的爽滑性不好,而且纯PE的冲击强度较差、容易断裂和影响其使用性能等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒及其制备方法,应用于聚乙烯(PE)的膜生产中具有良好的增韧改性和抗粘连爽滑效果,而且使用方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PE 15%~30%、纳米滑石粉20%~40%、TPE弹性体20%~40%、山梨酸2%~6%、偶氮二异庚腈1%~3%、抗粘连剂2%~5%、爽滑剂5%~15%、偶联剂0.5%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
所述的抗粘连剂为粒径在2~4μm之间的气相法二氧化硅。
所述的爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺。
所述的偶联剂为铝钛复合偶联剂。
所述的抗氧剂为主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物。
上述的一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米滑石粉在100℃~120℃的温度下干燥1~2小时,待用;
(2)按重量配比称取干燥后的纳米滑石粉加入料筒温度为25℃~70℃高速混合机中,搅拌3~15分钟,然后加入按重量配比称取的山梨酸和偶氮二异庚腈,搅拌10~60分钟,再加入按重量配比称取的TPE弹性体,搅拌10~15分钟;
(3)然后在高速混合机中加入按重量配比称取的偶联剂,搅拌1~3分钟,再加入按重量酯比称取的PE、抗粘连剂、爽滑剂和抗氧剂,继续搅拌15~30分钟,出料;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合料加入双螺杆挤出机中充分熔融共混后挤出、造粒,即得本发明的一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明采用对纳米滑石粉预处理后与TPE弹性体之间相互作用和发生接枝反应,形成核壳结构具有协同增韧增强作用,而且所制得母粒的抗粘连爽滑效果好,应用于生产聚乙烯(PE)薄膜中较好地提高了制品的开口性和爽滑性,防止薄膜之间的粘连,还可增加薄膜的刚度、挺度和透明度等,具有很好的实用价值和应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PE 18%、纳米滑石粉30%、TPE弹性体30%、山梨酸4%、偶氮二异庚腈2%、粒径在2~4μm之间的气相法二氧化硅3%、芥酸酰胺10%、铝钛复合偶联剂2.5%、主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物0.5%。
制备方法:(1)将纳米滑石粉在100℃~120℃的温度下干燥1~2小时,待用;(2)按重量配比称取干燥后的纳米滑石粉加入料筒温度为25℃~70℃高速混合机中,搅拌3~15分钟,然后加入按重量配比称取的山梨酸和偶氮二异庚腈,搅拌10~60分钟,再加入按重量配比称取的TPE弹性体,搅拌10~15分钟;(3)然后在高速混合机中加入按重量配比称取的铝钛复合偶联剂,搅拌1~3分钟,再加入按重量酯比称取的PE、粒径在2~4μm之间的气相法二氧化硅、芥酸酰胺和主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物,继续搅拌15~30分钟,出料;(4)将步骤(3)的混合料加入双螺杆挤出机中充分熔融共混后挤出、造粒,即得本发明的一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒。
实施例2:
一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PE 25%、纳米滑石粉30%、TPE弹性体20%、山梨酸3%、偶氮二异庚腈1%、粒径在2~4μm之间的气相法二氧化硅5%、芥酸酰胺12%、铝钛复合偶联剂3%、主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物1%。
制备方法和实施例1相同。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PE 15%~30%、纳米滑石粉20%~40%、TPE弹性体20%~40%、山梨酸2%~6%、偶氮二异庚腈1%~3%、抗粘连剂2%~5%、爽滑剂5%~15%、偶联剂0.5%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒,其特征在于,所述的抗粘连剂为粒径在2~4μm之间的气相法二氧化硅。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒,其特征在于,所述的爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂为铝钛复合偶联剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为主抗氧剂1010与辅助抗氧剂168的复配物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米滑石粉在100℃~120℃的温度下干燥1~2小时,待用;
(2)按重量配比称取干燥后的纳米滑石粉加入料筒温度为25℃~70℃高速混合机中,搅拌3~15分钟,然后加入按重量配比称取的山梨酸和偶氮二异庚腈,搅拌10~60分钟,再加入按重量配比称取的TPE弹性体,搅拌10~15分钟;
(3)然后在高速混合机中加入按重量配比称取的偶联剂,搅拌1~3分钟,再加入按重量酯比称取的PE、抗粘连剂、爽滑剂和抗氧剂,继续搅拌15~30分钟,出料;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合料加入双螺杆挤出机中充分熔融共混后挤出、造粒,即得本发明的一种用于聚乙烯(PE)增韧爽滑母粒。
