Abstract
本发明公开了一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊及其制备方法,该胶囊包括如下重量份数的组分:食用红花油15‑40份,食用植物油15‑30份,浓缩食醋20‑30份,魔芋精粉30‑45份、蜂胶粉5‑25份、西兰花提取粉5‑25份。本发明所述的醋胶囊是食用口感好、便于携带的健康食品,主要成分均为健康食品原料,通过合理配伍能达到辅助降血糖、降血脂的功效。

本发明涉及一种健康食品及其制备方法,具体地说是一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊及其制备方法
背景技术
糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)是一种常见的多病因的有遗传倾向的内分泌代谢紊乱性疾病,随着生活水平的提高,其发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,成为继癌症、心脑血管疾病之后危害人体健康的第三杀手,糖尿病以高血糖为主要标志,并导致一系列临床表现。我国1997年完成的有关糖尿病流行病学调查课题显示,全国糖尿病发病率从1980年的1%上升到3.2%,更为严重的是60岁以上的老年人中糖尿病的发病率超过11%。2012年的最新研究报告显示,我国糖尿病人位居全球第一。
糖尿病属中医的“消渴”或“消瘅”范畴。现代医学将糖尿病主要分为两种类型:一类是I型的胰岛素依赖型(TDDM),以遗传因素为主,多发生于青少年。另一类为II型的非胰岛素依赖型(NIDDM),因胰岛素抵抗及胰岛素分泌相对不足或延迟,导致血糖升高,病程长者可出现糖尿病的并发症,多发于成年或中老年人。在所有糖尿病患者中,90%以上是患II型糖尿病。目前,糖尿病的治疗除用胰岛素外还配用一些口服降糖药物,如:磺酰脲类、二甲双胍类、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂、噻唑烷酮等。西药治疗效果虽然比较明显,但副作用大,如易造成低血糖、乳酸中毒、肠道不适等。该病如得不到控制,将会导致严重慢性并发症进而致残致死。因此,加强糖尿病的防治措施已受到世界各国的重视,研究防治糖尿病的新型药物和保健食品是国内外相关领域的前沿课题。非药物性治疗糖尿病已成为当今医学、营养学、食品科学研究的热点之一。尽管国内外很多大的企业和科研机构,争相研究和开发降糖药物或者替代产品,但大多都因价格昂贵、载体不理想、效果不稳定或者服用麻烦而不被人们认可和接受。
高脂血症(hyperlipemia)又称高脂蛋白血症,可表现为胆固醇血症、高三酰甘油血症或两者兼有,它与动脉粥样性硬化、糖尿病、脂肪肝、肾病等关系十分密切。尤其在心脑血管病的发病中有重要的地位而日益引起人们的重视。中医认为高脂血症属“浊阻”、“痰湿”、“肥胖”、“湿热”等范畴。
近些年来,从天然产物中寻找新的有生理活性的成分或先导化合物以开发新药或保健食品基科已成为全球关注和研究的热点。寻求降糖、降脂食物资源并对其功能因子进行剖析,进而开发生产出降血糖、降血脂食品的保健食品基料可望成为治疗这些疾病的好途径。
中国专利CN106728580A披露了一种复方魔芋降血糖胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的胶囊包括下述重量份数的组分:魔芋精粉:300-400份、蜂胶粉:100-200份、吡啶甲酸铬:0.5-1份。本发明将魔芋精粉、蜂胶粉、吡啶甲酸铬这三者相结合,共同作用,达到了有效的降低血糖的功效。该胶囊仅能达到降血糖的具体效果,且使用了药物成分吡啶甲酸铬,不能作为健康食品起到预防高血糖的作用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊,其食用口感好、便于携带,主要成分均为健康食品原料,通过合理配伍能达到辅助降血糖、降血脂的功效。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊,包括胶皮,以及填充在胶皮内的内容物,配方包括如下重量份数的组分:食用红花油15-40份,食用植物油15-30份,浓缩食醋20-30份,魔芋精粉30-45份、蜂胶粉5-25份、西兰花提取粉5-25份。
优选地,所述胶皮的配方包括如下重量比的组分,明胶:纯水:甘油:色素=1.0:1.0:0.4:0.01。
优选地,所述食用植物油为橄榄油。
本发明所述的一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制备浓缩食醋:将食用醋在70℃以下真空浓缩提取,待浓缩食醋浓度为30波美度以上即可待用;
2)混合油的制备:将食用红花油、橄榄油按配方比例混合,加热化油,并不断搅拌至混合油搅匀为止;
3)配料:将魔芋精粉、蜂胶粉和西兰花提取粉按照配方进行称重,按等量递增法混合魔芋精粉、蜂胶粉和西兰花提取粉,然后将浓缩食醋按照配方称重,一起与步骤2)中得到的混合油混合均匀,搅拌乳化,再将乳化后的物料进行研磨,直到物料完全融合为止,即得到内容物;
4)溶胶:将明胶、甘油、纯水、色素按胶皮配方进行溶胶,得到熔融状胶皮;
5)将步骤3)得到的内容物、步骤4)中得到的熔融状胶皮加入制胶囊机中相应的位置处压制成软胶囊,然后依次经过定型、洗丸、干燥、拣丸,即得到所述醋胶囊。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中的魔芋精粉、蜂胶粉和西兰花提取粉均为过80目筛后所取的原料。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中按等量递增法混合魔芋精粉、蜂胶粉和西兰花提取粉相混合的时间为20-40分钟。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中所述的魔芋精粉的制备方法如下:a、取新鲜的鲜魔芋,去皮,切块,然后与体积浓度30%乙醇溶液混合后一起至粉碎机中粉碎,同时加入有效SO2浓度为30mg/L的亚硫酸钠溶液,其中乙醇溶液的重量为鲜魔芋重量的2倍;b、将前述已粉碎的物料投入带滤网的离心机中,离心后,魔芋精粉留在滤网上,再取体积浓度为30%的乙醇溶液洗涤滤网上的魔芋精粉,离心分离,将所得的魔芋精粉真空干燥即得。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中所述的西兰花提取粉的制备方法如下:选择颜色浓绿鲜亮、无病虫伤残的菜株,在30g/L的盐水中浸泡3~5min,经过浸泡的西兰花,用刀将茎花分离,再切割花球,对分离出来的主茎,选择切断面淡绿色的、无木质纤维肥嫩的部分,切割成小块,并进行清洗,再用质量分数0.03%的次氯酸钠溶液消毒5min,用清水清洗,打浆过滤后,进行喷雾干燥和冷冻真空干燥后即得。
本发明中各主要原料的功效:
食醋有软化血管,降血脂,降低胆固醇的作用,增强肝脏功能,促进新陈代谢。
医学证明,魔芋食品能增加血液中胰岛素,降低血糖,对控制、预防和治疗糖尿病有极好的辅助效果。同时,魔芋可减轻四氧嘧啶对胰岛细胞的伤害,改善受损细胞功能,降低糖尿病人空腹血糖值,使糖尿病病症得到缓解。长期食用可使糖尿病病情改善,减少胰岛素或口服降糖药物的用量。
实验证明,西兰花等十字花科蔬菜中含有的化合物萝卜硫素能够减少大鼠肝细胞的葡萄糖的产生,并改善糖尿病患者的空腹血糖。
蜂胶含有具有降血糖活性的黄酮类物质,能够降低血糖并预防糖尿病的并发症。
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明将魔芋精粉、蜂胶粉、西兰花提取粉和食醋相结合,达到了有效的辅助降低血糖、血脂的效果,随后进行的相关功能学实验研究,证实了其是一种安全无毒具有复制降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明进一步说明,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊,包括胶皮,以及填充在胶皮内的内容物,配方包括如下重量份数的组分:食用红花油15份,食用橄榄油20份,浓缩食醋20份,魔芋精粉30份、蜂胶粉5份、西兰花提取粉10份。
上述醋胶囊的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制备浓缩食醋:将食用醋在70℃以下真空浓缩提取,待浓缩食醋浓度为30波美度以上即可待用;
2)混合油的制备:将15份食用红花油、20份橄榄油混合倒入配料罐,打开进水阀门,待配料罐夹套里的水加满关闭排水阀门,打开进气阀门,开始化油。搅拌至混合油搅匀为止;
3)配料:将30份魔芋精粉、5份蜂胶粉和10份西兰花提取粉,按等量递增法混合,然后将浓缩食醋按照配方称重,一起与步骤2)中得到的混合油混合均匀,搅拌乳化,再将乳化后的物料进行研磨,其中料液温度不得超过40℃,打开胶体磨,倒入物料进行研磨,直到物料完全融合为止,即得到内容物;
4)溶胶:将明胶:甘油:纯水:色素为1.0:0.4:1.0:0.01的重量比置于溶胶罐内真空中熔融,使锅内负压保持0.08MPa,温度控制在50-70℃,搅拌熔融2小时后出料,即得到熔融状胶皮,其中色素为牛奶巧克力棕;
5)制丸:将上述内容物、熔融状胶皮加入制胶囊机中相应的位置处压制成软胶囊,控制压丸间的温度在22℃,相对湿度为50%;
6)定型:胶囊在35℃以下的条件下在滚笼中定型4-5小时;
7)洗丸:用95%酒精清洗已定型好的胶囊,至胶囊表面无异物,无油污,有光泽;
8)干燥:将清洗好的胶丸倒入干燥转笼进行低温干燥,温度控制在30℃以下,时间48小时;
9)拣丸:将干燥好的胶丸置于托盘中,将其中不规则的异形丸拣出,即得到所述醋胶囊。

从上表可以看出,本发明的醋胶囊的稳定性好。
对比例1
一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊,包括胶皮,以及填充在胶皮内的内容物,配方包括如下重量份数的组分:食用红花油15份,食用橄榄油20份,浓缩食醋20份,魔芋精粉35份、蜂胶粉10份。
上述醋胶囊的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制备浓缩食醋:将食用醋在70℃以下真空浓缩提取,待浓缩食醋浓度为30波美度以上即可待用;
2)混合油的制备:将15份食用红花油、20份橄榄油混合倒入配料罐,打开进水阀门,待配料罐夹套里的水加满关闭排水阀门,打开进气阀门,开始化油。搅拌至混合油搅匀为止;

3)配料:将浓缩食醋按照配方称重与45份魔芋精粉,一起与步骤2)中得到的混合油混合均匀,搅拌乳化,再将乳化后的物料进行研磨,其中料液温度不得超过40℃,打开胶体磨,倒入物料进行研磨,直到物料完全融合为止,即得到内容物;
4)溶胶:将明胶:甘油:纯水:色素为1.0:0.4:1.0:0.01的重量比置于溶胶罐内真空中熔融,使锅内负压保持0.08MPa,温度控制在50-70℃,搅拌熔融2小时后出料,即得到熔融状胶皮,其中色素为牛奶巧克力棕;

实验例1
本发明与对比例1-3的产品对小鼠糖耐量的影响
取SPF级健康ICR小鼠(雌性,体重24~28g)50只,采用尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶诱导制备高血糖小鼠模型,将小鼠随机分为5组,分别为对照组、实施例1产品组、对比例1-3产品组。将相应样品分别配制成浓度为13.5mg/mL的溶液,样品各组均按20mL/kg·bw灌胃,对照组给予相同剂量的蒸馏水,每日一次,持续30d。试验结束时各组小鼠禁食5h,测定给葡萄糖前(即0h)血糖值,对照组给予同体积蒸馏水,20min后各组按2.0g/kg·bw经口给予葡萄糖,取尾血测定给葡萄糖后各组0.5、2h的血糖值,观察对照组与各样品溶液组给葡萄糖后各时间点(0、0.5、2h)血糖值及血糖曲线下面积的变化,试验结果如下表所示:
从以上的数据中可以看出,本发明中将特定重量配比的魔芋精粉、蜂胶粉、西兰花提取粉相结合,其降血糖效果要明显的优于对比文件1-3中的组合。
实施例2
一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊,包括胶皮,以及填充在胶皮内的内容物,配方包括如下重量份数的组分:食用红花油15份,食用橄榄油15份,浓缩食醋30份,魔芋精粉30份、蜂胶粉5份、西兰花提取粉5份。
上述醋胶囊的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制备浓缩食醋:将食用醋在70℃以下真空浓缩提取,待浓缩食醋浓度为30波美度以上即可待用;
2)混合油的制备:将15份食用红花油、15份橄榄油混合倒入配料罐,打开进水阀门,待配料罐夹套里的水加满关闭排水阀门,打开进气阀门,开始化油。搅拌至混合油搅匀为止;
3)配料:将30份魔芋精粉、5份蜂胶粉和5份西兰花提取粉,按等量递增法混合,然后将浓缩食醋按照配方称重,一起与步骤2)中得到的混合油混合均匀,搅拌乳化,再将乳化后的物料进行研磨,其中料液温度不得超过40℃,打开胶体磨,倒入物料进行研磨,直到物料完全融合为止,即得到内容物;
4)溶胶:将明胶:甘油:纯水:色素为1.0:0.4:1.0:0.01的重量比置于溶胶罐内真空中熔融,使锅内负压保持0.08MPa,温度控制在50-70℃,搅拌熔融2小时后出料,即得到熔融状胶皮,其中色素为牛奶巧克力棕;
5)制丸:将上述内容物、熔融状胶皮加入制胶囊机中相应的位置处压制成软胶囊,控制压丸间的温度在18℃,相对湿度为40%;
6)定型:胶囊在35℃以下的条件下在滚笼中定型4-5小时;
7)洗丸:用95%酒精清洗已定型好的胶囊,至胶囊表面无异物,无油污,有光泽;
8)干燥:将清洗好的胶丸倒入干燥转笼进行低温干燥,温度控制在30℃以下,时间48小时;
9)拣丸:将干燥好的胶丸置于托盘中,将其中不规则的异形丸拣出,即得到所述醋胶囊。
以下通过大鼠脂代谢紊乱模型法(预防型)来进一步阐述本发明所述醋胶囊的降血脂效果。
设定阴性对照组(一般饲料)、阳性对照组(高脂饲料)和低、中、高三个剂量组,选取健康大鼠50只,每组大鼠数量为各10只,剂量组采用实施例2所述的醋胶囊,按照成人推荐摄入量为口服每日2次,每次3-5粒的剂量。动物实验采取以成人体重按60kg计,折算为大鼠的剂量,剂量组(低、中、高三个剂量组)大鼠分别按人体推荐量的5倍、10倍、20倍,结果见下表:
注:表中低、中、高剂量组变化均参照阳性对照组

Claims (8)
1.一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊,包括胶皮,以及填充在胶皮内的内容物,其特征在于,所述内容物的配方包括如下重量份数的组分:食用红花油15-40份,食用植物油15-30份,浓缩食醋20-30份,魔芋精粉30-45份、蜂胶粉5-25份、西兰花提取粉5-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的醋胶囊,其特征在于,所述胶皮的配方包括如下重量比的组分,明胶:纯水:甘油:色素=1.0:1.0:0.4:0.01。
3.根据权利要求1所述的醋胶囊,其特征在于,所述食用植物油为橄榄油。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
1)制备浓缩食醋:将食用醋在70℃以下真空浓缩提取,待浓缩食醋浓度为30波美度以上即可待用;
2)混合油的制备:将食用红花油、橄榄油按配方比例混合,加热化油,并不断搅拌至混合油搅匀为止;
3)配料:将魔芋精粉、蜂胶粉和西兰花提取粉按照配方进行称重,按等量递增法混合魔芋精粉、蜂胶粉和西兰花提取粉,然后将浓缩食醋按照配方称重,一起与步骤2)中得到的混合油混合均匀,搅拌乳化,再将乳化后的物料进行研磨,直到物料完全融合为止,即得到内容物;
4)溶胶:将明胶、甘油、纯水、色素按胶皮配方进行溶胶,得到熔融状胶皮;
5)将步骤3)得到的内容物、步骤4)中得到的熔融状胶皮加入制胶囊机中相应的位置处压制成软胶囊,然后依次经过定型、洗丸、干燥、拣丸,即得到所述醋胶囊。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的魔芋精粉、蜂胶粉和西兰花提取粉均为过80目筛后所取的原料。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中按等量递增法混合魔芋精粉、蜂胶粉和西兰花提取粉相混合的时间为20-40分钟。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中所述的魔芋精粉的制备方法如下:a、取新鲜的鲜魔芋,去皮,切块,然后与体积浓度30%乙醇溶液混合后一起至粉碎机中粉碎,同时加入有效SO2浓度为30mg/L的亚硫酸钠溶液,其中乙醇溶液的重量为鲜魔芋重量的2倍;b、将前述已粉碎的物料投入带滤网的离心机中,离心后,魔芋精粉留在滤网上,再取体积浓度为30%的乙醇溶液洗涤滤网上的魔芋精粉,离心分离,将所得的魔芋精粉真空干燥,即得。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种辅助降血糖降血脂的醋胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中所述的西兰花提取粉的制备方法如下:选择颜色浓绿鲜亮、无病虫伤残的菜株,在30g/L的盐水中浸泡3~5min,经过浸泡的西兰花,用刀将茎花分离,再切割花球,对分离出来的主茎,选择切断面淡绿色的、无木质纤维肥嫩的部分,切割成小块,并进行清洗,再用质量分数0.03%的次氯酸钠溶液消毒5min,用清水清洗,打浆过滤后,进行喷雾干燥和冷冻真空干燥后即得。
