Abstract

本发明公开“浸渍法制备钼基及钨基氟氯交换催化剂”,属于化学合成领域。本发明负载型非铬催化剂由非铬离子、助剂和载体组成,且非铬离子和助剂的质量百分含量依次为1%~30%和0%~5%和65%~99%,其中,非铬离子是二价、三价、四价、五价或六价钨离子、二价、三价、四价、五价或六价钼离子中的一种或数种,助剂是其他金属元素,载体为氟化铝、氟化镁、氟氧化铝、氟氧化镁或活性炭中的至少一种。本发明在活化阶段通入氟化氢气体,使钨的氧化物一部分转化为氟氧化钨酸。本发明的负载型非铬催化剂使用温度高、催化活性高、使用寿命长,主要用于高温下气相催化卤代烯烃发生氟-氯交换反应制备含氟烯烃。
