本发明公开了一种NK细胞无动物源培养基,包括L‑精氨酸、L‑门冬酰胺、L‑门冬氨酸、L‑胱氨酸二盐酸盐、L‑谷氨酸、甘氨酸、L‑组氨酸、L‑羟脯氨酸、L‑亮氨酸、L‑赖氨酸盐酸盐、L‑甲硫氨酸、L‑苯丙氨酸、L‑脯氨酸、L‑丝氨酸、L‑苏氨酸、L‑色氨酸、L‑酪氨酸、L‑缬氨酸、L‑谷氨酰胺、丁二酸钠、丁二酸、丙酮酸钠、对氨基苯甲酸、硝酸钙、硝酸钾、硝酸铵、无水硫酸镁、无水磷酸二氢钠、碳酸氢钠、氯化钾、氯化钠、氯化镁、无水氯化钙、葡萄糖、核糖、维生素E、维生素B12、还原谷胱甘肽、酚红、生物素、D‑泛酸钙、肌醇、叶酸、核黄素、烟酰胺。本发明的有益效果是:1.NK细胞培养无需添加血清,无动物蛋白成分;2、细胞扩增倍数高,细胞活率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种细胞培植技术,具体是一种NK细胞无动物源培养基。
背景技术
培养基(Medium)是供微生物、植物组织和动物组织生长和维持用的人工配制的养料,一般都含有碳水化合物、含氮物质、无机盐(包括微量元素)以及维生素和水等。不同培养基可根据实际需要,添加一些自身无法合成的化合物,即生长因子。有些微生物,如自养型微生物,不需要碳源,所以上述物质只具有一般性。
现有的培养基的成分都含有动物蛋白,存在一定的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种NK细胞无动物源培养基,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种NK细胞无动物源培养基,包括L-精氨酸、L-门冬酰胺、L-门冬氨酸、L-胱氨酸二盐酸盐、L-谷氨酸、甘氨酸、L-组氨酸、L-羟脯氨酸、L-亮氨酸、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、L-甲硫氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L-丝氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-色氨酸、L-酪氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、丁二酸钠、丁二酸、丙酮酸钠、对氨基苯甲酸、硝酸钙、硝酸钾、硝酸铵、无水硫酸镁、无水磷酸二氢钠、碳酸氢钠、氯化钾、氯化钠、氯化镁、无水氯化钙、葡萄糖、核糖、维生素E、维生素B12、还原谷胱甘肽、酚红、生物素、D-泛酸钙、肌醇、叶酸、核黄素、烟酰胺。
作为本发明的优选方案:还包括D-泛酸钙,可选地浓度为1ng/ml至10ng/ml。
作为本发明的优选方案:还包括肌醇,可选地浓度为1ng/ml至20ng/ml。
作为本发明的优选方案:还包括叶酸,可选地浓度为1ng/ml至50ng/ml。
作为本发明的优选方案:还包括核黄素,可选地浓度为5ng/ml至10ng/ml。
作为本发明的优选方案:还包括烟酰胺,可选地浓度为5ng/ml至150ng/ml。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:1.NK细胞培养无需添加血清,无动物蛋白成分;2、细胞扩增倍数高,细胞活率高。

1.一种NK细胞无动物源培养基,其特征在于,包括L-精氨酸、L-门冬酰胺、L-门冬氨酸、L-胱氨酸二盐酸盐、L-谷氨酸、甘氨酸、L-组氨酸、L-羟脯氨酸、L-亮氨酸、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、L-甲硫氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L-丝氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-色氨酸、L-酪氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、丁二酸钠、丁二酸、丙酮酸钠、对氨基苯甲酸、硝酸钙、硝酸钾、硝酸铵、无水硫酸镁、无水磷酸二氢钠、碳酸氢钠、氯化钾、氯化钠、氯化镁、无水氯化钙、葡萄糖、核糖、维生素E、维生素B12、还原谷胱甘肽、酚红、生物素、D-泛酸钙、肌醇、叶酸、核黄素、烟酰胺。
