本发明属于中医药保健领域,具体来说是一种营养早餐。
背景技术
目前我国高血脂、高血压患者 2 亿多人,糖尿病患者 1 亿多人,还有心脑血管疾病等患者不计其数,每年国家医保用于支付这些治疗疾病的医药费上万亿万人民币,真是不堪重负,同时患者已承担了很大的经济负担,并承受疾病的折磨与痛苦,目前针对高血脂、高血压、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病尚无特效方法,形成了医学难以解决的大问题。
目前现有技术加工制作的早餐纯属食材,如现有的豆类经过粉碎后磨成细粉经包装后得到速食早餐,也有的将麦片等谷物经过熟制,得到半成品速食早餐,然而这些早餐只是满足了日常的营养需求,长期饮用对于亚健康的调理,效果较差。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种营养早餐,将食材及药材科学地配伍,共同协调发挥调理身体技能,保健的功效,本发明提供的营养早餐,科学地采用食材及药材组方,能有效地预防和调理高血脂、高血压、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病等,对有效地提高老百姓的健康水平将发挥很好的作用;同时本发明的营养早餐组方中的食材及药材来源于大自然,资源丰富,价格便宜,性价比高,适合长期饮用。
本发明通过如下技术方案予以实现:
营养早餐,其特征在于 ,由如下原材料制作:
一种营养早餐,制成其有效成分包含如下重量份数的原料:
黑米50份、黑芝麻30份、黑豆20份、薏苡仁20份、黑木耳10份、绿豆 10份、山药30份、葛根30份、杏仁10份、茯苓10份、沙参10份、核桃仁10份、大枣5份。,
作为本发明的限定,上述营养在餐是将上述原材料共同研磨至过 200目筛的细粉,熟化封装入袋,每袋 50 克,即得。
食用方法:每日早餐时,取营养早餐一袋,开水冲调食用。
适用人群:阳盛阴虚的高血脂、高血压、糖尿病患者及亚健康人群。
禁食:姜、葱、蒜、辣椒、牛羊肉、公鸡肉、鸽子肉及各种鸟肉、白酒等辛辣上火刺激之物。

下面将结合具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1 一种营养早餐
本实施例提供了一种营养早餐,制成其有效成分包含如下原料:
黑米50g、黑芝麻30 g、黑豆20 g、薏苡仁20 g、黑木耳10 g、绿豆 10 g、山药30 g、葛根30 g、杏仁10 g、茯苓10 g、沙参10 g、核桃仁10 g、大枣5 g;
上述营养在餐是将上述原材料共同研磨至过 200目筛的细粉,熟化封装入袋,每袋 50克,即得。
食用方法:每日早餐时,取营养早餐一袋,开水冲调食用。
适用人群:阳盛阴虚的高血脂、高血压、糖尿病患者及亚健康人群。
禁食:姜、葱、蒜、辣椒、牛羊肉、公鸡肉、鸽子肉及各种鸟肉、白酒等辛辣上火刺激之物。
实施例2 对比试验
本实施例选取了1400个人平均分成A、B两组,A组和B组中:30岁以下人群200个人,30-45岁300个人,45岁以上200个人,其中队A进行早餐试吃实验,早餐为实施例1所提供的营养早餐,食用周期是1-3年,B组早餐为普通早餐,
通过实际观察和对比发现,食用本发明提供的营养早餐 1-3 年后,体质及各项身体指标均优于未食用的对照组人群,主要体现在:血压平均降低指标有效降低、血氧中平均氧含量均保持在97.5%以上,而B组的这两项均无明显变化。
本发明的营养早餐对清除血液中的垃圾,加强血液循环,调节内分泌功能、提高血液中的含氧量,对于调理高血脂、高血糖、高血压疾病有显著效果。
实施例3 典型病例
(1)、尹某某、男、81岁、河北省赵县人,三高患者(空腹血糖15.3mmoI/L),高血脂症(甘油三酯 3.8mmoI/L、总胆固醇 11.5mmoI/L),高血压 32 年(高压 175 mmHg/kpa、低压 122mmHg/kpa),多方治疗无效,经食用本发明的营养早餐一个月见效(空腹血糖11.3mmoI/L),血脂(甘油三酯 2.9mmoI/L、总胆固醇 9.6mmoI/L),血压(高压 149mmHg/kpa、低压112mmHg/kpa ),食用二年后痊愈 (空腹血糖 5.9mmoI/L), 血脂(甘油三酯 1.84mmoI/L、总胆固醇6.37mmoI/L),血压(高压135mmHg/kpa、低压96mmHg/kpa ),两年后回访无反弹(空腹血糖5.7mmoI/L), 血脂(甘油三酯1.86mmoI/L、总胆固醇6.5mmoI/L),血压(高压138mmHg/kpa、低压98mmHg/kpa )。
(2)、于某某、女、68 岁、河北省保定市人,三高患者 ( 空腹血糖 13.6mmoI/L),高血脂症(甘油三酯 3.9mmoI/L、总胆固醇 10.8mmoI/L),高血压 26 年(高压 175 mmHg/kpa、低压 133 mmHg/kpa),多方治疗无效 , 经食用本发明的营养早餐一年后见效 ( 空腹血糖10.5mmoI/L), 血脂(甘油三酯 2.7mmoI/L、总胆固醇 10.1mmoI/L),血压(高压157mmHg/kpa、低压 103mmHg/kpa ),食用一年后痊愈 (空腹血糖 5.9mmoI/L), 血脂(甘油三酯1.82mmoI/L、总胆固醇6.46mmoI/L),血压(高压 142mmHg/kpa、低压 86mmHg/kpa ),两年后回访无反弹 (空腹血糖 5.9mmoI/L), 血脂(甘油三酯 1.69mmoI/L、总胆固醇6.31mmoI/L),血压(高压 136mmHg/kpa、低压89mmHg/kpa )。

黑米50份、黑芝麻30份、黑豆20份、薏苡仁20份、黑木耳10份、绿豆 10份、山药30份、葛根30份、杏仁10份、茯苓10份、沙参10份、核桃仁10份、大枣5份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的营养早餐,其特征在于:将上述原材料共同研磨至过 200目筛的细粉,熟化封装入袋,每袋 50 克。
