本发明公开了一种育肥猪后期专用配合饲料,旨在提供一种既可满足生长营养需求、又能改善育肥猪的肉质结构、还可降低药物残留的育肥猪后期专用饲料。它由下列重量份的原料制备而成:玉米30‑54、豆粕5‑16、米糠粉9‑12、植物发酵饲料4‑6.5、石粉1.5‑2、磷酸氢钙0.3‑0.7、豆油0.5‑1.2、食盐0.5‑1.2、复合预混合饲料1‑5。本发明饲料营养丰富均衡,可增加育肥猪的抗病能力、减少药用饲料添加剂的使用量,可补充育肥猪后期增重过程中所需的营养元素、改善育肥猪的肉质结构提高肉猪肉质口感;是一种育肥猪后期专用饲料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种饲料,尤其涉及一种育肥猪后期专用配合饲料。
背景技术
众所周知,目前生猪饲料大多添加有抗生素;虽然可以取得较好的饲喂效果,但存在药物残留、抗药性、消化道正常菌群失调、免疫功能下降、环境污染等问题。尤其是药物残留会严重损害生猪及人类的身体健康。
随着抗生素类添加剂使用带来的诸多问题见诸报道,市场上开始出现相对安全的中草药饲料添加剂。如“CN201710120535.6”公开了一种含有中草药添加剂的育肥猪饲料,其组分包括刺五加、甘草、金银花、山楂、半边莲、使君子、陈皮、贯众、地皮消、直杆蓝桉叶,虽然具有催肥效果好、开胃健食、清脾行气、提高食欲等效果,但由于配方中含有多种价格昂贵药食植物资源,因此养殖成本高、难以推广应用。另外,由于采用的中药材药味较多,药物异味较浓重,导致饲料适口性差、影响生猪采食量。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种既可满足生长营养需求、又能改善育肥猪的肉质结构、还可降低药物残留的育肥猪后期专用配合饲料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:它由下列重量份的原料制备而成:玉米30-54、豆粕5-16、米糠粉9-12、植物发酵饲料4-6.5、石粉1.5-2、磷酸氢钙0.3-0.7、豆油0.5-1.2、食盐0.5-1.2、复合预混合饲料1-5;
其中,所述植物发酵饲料由下列重量份的植物原料、复配发酵剂制备而成:青储玉米秸40-50、构树叶30-40、银杏叶10-30;所述复配发酵剂由酵母菌粉、醋酸菌粉、乳酸菌粉三种菌粉按1:2:1的重量比配制而成,其的加入量为所述植物原料总量的0.05-0.1%;
所述复合预混合饲料由下列重量比的微量原料混配而成:铜40-120mg/kg、铁60-80mg/kg、锌80-100mg/kg、锰3-15mg/kg、硒0.2-0.3mg/kg、碘1-5mg/kg、维生素A 5-8mg/kg、维生素E 0.08-0.1mg/kg、维生素B15-10mg/kg、维生素B65-8mg/kg、维生素B28-10mg/kg、胆碱1.5-1.8g/kg、生物素0.6-0.8mg/kg、烟酰铵40-70mg/kg、泛酸15-20mg/kg、赖氨酸3500-4000mg/kg、苏氨酸1500-2000mg/kg、蛋氨酸3000-3500mg/kg,其余为小麦麸皮;
其制备方法如下:
1)将各植物原料在40-50℃条件下烘干、粉碎,与复配发酵剂混合均匀后密封堆积发酵5-10天,蒸煮灭菌,得植物发酵饲料;
2)将所述各原料混合均匀,加水调节含水量达10%-15%,挤压膨化制粒,保证挤压膨化机温度达80-100℃,螺杆转速达180-210rpm;
3)将饲料颗粒烘烤至水分含量为5-14%。
本发明优选技术方案的原料配比为:玉米40、豆粕10、米糠粉11、植物发酵饲料5、石粉1.8、磷酸氢钙0.5、豆油0.8、食用盐1、复合预混合饲料3。
本发明最优技术方案的原料配比为:青储玉米秸45、构树叶35、银杏叶20。
与现有技术比较,本发明由于采上述技术方案,将青储玉米秸、构树叶和银杏叶通过酵母菌、醋酸菌、乳酸菌混合发酵,不仅增加了饲料的适口性;而且构树叶含有丰富的植物粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸等营养成分,银杏叶中含黄酮类成分银杏双黄酮、异银杏双黄酮、去甲基银杏双黄酮、芸香甙、山柰素-3-鼠李糖葡萄糖甙、山柰素、槲皮素、异鼠李素等;这些成分经过酵母真菌、醋酸菌、乳酸菌分解利用转化为小分子物质,因此更有利用吸收而富集到猪肉中。另外,由于采用了挤压膨化工艺,一方面可使饲料熟化,更有利于吸收利用;另一方面挤压膨化工艺所产生的高温可避免饲料遭受杂菌污染。
本发明各组方符合育肥猪后期所需营养要求,既可补充育肥猪后期增重过程中所需的营养元素、又能改善育肥猪的肉质结构,提高了肉猪肉质口感。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明,具体方法如下:
实施例1
1)将青储玉米秸40kg、构树叶40kg、银杏叶10kg在40-50℃条件下烘干、粉碎,混合均匀得植物原料粉;
2)向所述植物原料粉中加入复配发酵剂0.09kg,混匀后密封堆积发酵5-10天,蒸煮灭菌,得植物发酵饲料;所述复配发酵剂由酵母菌粉、醋酸菌粉、乳酸菌粉按1:2:1的重量比配配而成;
3)将玉米30kg、豆粕16kg、米糠粉9kg、植物发酵饲料6.5kg、石粉1.5kg、磷酸氢钙0.7kg、豆油0.5kg、食盐1.2kg、复合预混合饲料1kg混匀,加水调节含水量达15%,挤压膨化制粒,保证挤压膨化机温度达80℃,螺杆转速达210rpm;
4)将饲料颗粒烘烤至水分含量为5%。
实施例2
各步骤同实施例1;其中,步骤1)中各植物原料的配比为青储玉米秸50kg、构树叶30kg、银杏叶30kg;步骤2)中的复配发酵剂为0.055kg;步骤3)中各原料的配比为玉米54kg、豆粕5kg、米糠粉12kg、植物发酵饲料4kg、石粉2kg、磷酸氢钙0.3kg、豆油1.2kg、食盐0.5kg、复合预混合饲料5kg,含水量为10%,挤压膨化温度为100℃,螺杆转速为180rpm;步骤4)中的水分含量为14%。
实施例3
各步骤同实施例1;其中,步骤1)中各植物原料的配比为青储玉米秸45kg、构树叶35kg、银杏叶20kg;步骤2)中的复配发酵剂为0.075kg;步骤3)中各原料的配比为玉米40kg、豆粕10kg、米糠粉11kg、植物发酵饲料5kg、石粉1.8kg、磷酸氢钙0.5kg、豆油0.8kg、食用盐1kg、复合预混合饲料3kg,含水量为12%,挤压膨化温度为90℃,螺杆转速为195rpm;步骤4)中的水分含量为10%。
上述各实施例中,所述复合预混合饲料由下列重量比的微量原料混配而成:铜40-120mg/kg、铁60-80mg/kg、锌80-100mg/kg、锰3-15mg/kg、硒0.2-0.3mg/kg、碘1-5mg/kg、维生素A 5-8mg/kg、维生素E 0.08-0.1mg/kg、维生素B1 5-10mg/kg、维生素B6 5-8mg/kg、维生素B2 8-10mg/kg、胆碱1.5-1.8g/kg、生物素0.6-0.8mg/kg、烟酰铵40-70mg/kg、泛酸15-20mg/kg、赖氨酸3500-4000mg/kg、苏氨酸1500-2000mg/kg、蛋氨酸3000-3500mg/kg,其余为小麦麸皮。
Claims (3)
1.一种育肥猪后期专用配合饲料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制备而成:玉米30-54、豆粕5-16、米糠粉9-12、植物发酵饲料4-6.5、石粉1.5-2、磷酸氢钙0.3-0.7、豆油0.5-1.2、食盐0.5-1.2、复合预混合饲料1-5;
其中,所述植物发酵饲料由下列重量份的植物原料、复配发酵剂制备而成:青储玉米秸40-50、构树叶30-40、银杏叶10-30;所述复配发酵剂由酵母菌粉、醋酸菌粉、乳酸菌粉三种菌粉按1:2:1的重量比配制而成,其的加入量为所述植物原料总量的0.05-0.1%;
所述复合预混合饲料由下列重量比的微量原料混配而成:铜40-120mg/kg、铁60-80mg/kg、锌80-100mg/kg、锰3-15mg/kg、硒0.2-0.3mg/kg、碘1-5mg/kg、维生素A 5-8mg/kg、维生素E 0.08-0.1mg/kg、维生素B1 5-10mg/kg、维生素B6 5-8mg/kg、维生素B2 8-10mg/kg、胆碱1.5-1.8g/kg、生物素0.6-0.8mg/kg、烟酰铵40-70mg/kg、泛酸15-20mg/kg、赖氨酸3500-4000mg/kg、苏氨酸1500-2000mg/kg、蛋氨酸3000-3500mg/kg,其余为小麦麸皮;
其制备方法如下:
1)将各植物原料在40-50℃条件下烘干、粉碎,与复配发酵剂混合均匀后密封堆积发酵5-10天,蒸煮灭菌,得植物发酵饲料;
2)将所述各原料混合均匀,加水调节含水量达10%-15%,挤压膨化制粒,保证挤压膨化机温度达80-100℃,螺杆转速达180-210rpm;
3)将饲料颗粒烘烤至水分含量为5-14%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的育肥猪后期专用配合饲料,其特征在于所述各原料配比为:玉米40、豆粕10、米糠粉11、植物发酵饲料5、石粉1.8、磷酸氢钙0.5、豆油0.8、食用盐1、复合预混合饲料3。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的育肥猪后期专用配合饲料,其特征在于所述各植物原料的配比为:青储玉米秸45、构树叶35、银杏叶20。
