一种全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,包括:涂液,在多层纱布表层均匀的涂布免烫整理液;焙烘,将多层纱布以预定温度下进行焙烘,使得纤维分子链间发生交联反应,防止纤维在外力作用下发生形变;水洗,将已涂液的多层纱布进行水洗,去除纱布表面多余的整理液。本申请将整理液在多层纱布表层形成点状结合点,整理剂在催化剂的作用下,使纤维素纤维间形成交联结构,从而起到定型作用;整理液中加入增稠剂,防止整理液透过表层纱布向里层渗透;结合点之间的空隙为纱布提供良好的柔软性,避免造成的手感偏硬。且仅多层纱布的表层做局部免烫整理,多层纱布的里层保持棉纤维的原有贴肤舒适性保留原棉的优点。

技术领域
本申请涉及纺织领域,尤其涉及一种全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法。
背景技术
现有技术中免烫整理方法主要为浸轧——烘干——焙烘工艺、泡沫整理、液氨--潮交联、雾化整理技术等。浸轧-烘干-焙烘工艺是传统的免烫整理工艺,是将织物浸渍在整理液中进行处理,整块面料的正反面均获得同样的免烫效果,且整理后棉织物不具有棉的优点,与皮肤直接接触时存在手感发硬、面料的强力损失大的问题,对服装的服用性能有一定的不良影响。特别是用浸轧-烘干- 焙烘工艺对全棉纱布面料做免烫整理后,面料的手感差,板结,可缝性降低。且这种浸轧工艺需要加入的树脂整理剂较多,加工成本高,不易控制。免烫整理过程中添加的催化剂催化水解纤维素,使得纤维素解聚,导致织物强度损伤严重。而雾化技术不仅对人体有害,还不易控制整理液浸润程度,导致处理效果差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,旨在解决现有免烫整理方法使得整理后的纱布丧失原有性能的问题。
一种全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,包括:
涂液,在多层纱布表层均匀的涂布免烫整理液;
焙烘,将多层纱布以预定温度下进行焙烘,使得整理液与纱布的纤维发声交联反应,防止纤维变形;
水洗,将以涂液的多层纱布进行水洗,去除纱布表面多余的整理液。
所述的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,其中,所述整理液内包括增稠剂,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸酯及海藻酸钠。
所述的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,其中,所述整理液还包括:
免烫整理剂;
催化剂,所述催化剂包括氯化镁、硫酸镁及氟硼酸钠;
纤维保护剂,所述纤维保护剂包括聚乙烯醇及聚乙烯;

本发明所给出的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,将整理液通过不同目数的筛网,在多层纱布表层均匀的涂布,网孔所占的面积在纱布表面形成点状结合点,整理剂在催化剂的作用下,与纤维素纤维发生交联反应,从而起到定型作用;整理液中加入增稠剂,便于控制带液率,防止整理液透过表层纱布向里层渗透;结合点之间的空隙为纱布提供良好的柔软性,避免造成的手感偏硬。而且这种涂层整理方法只对织物的表层做局部免烫整理,多层纱布的里层保持棉纤维的原有特性,贴肤舒适性保留原棉的优点。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本申请作进一步详细说明。
实施例一、
本实施例所提供的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,如图1所示,包括步骤:
S10、涂液,在多层纱布表层均匀的涂布免烫整理液。
具体地,选用免烫整理的面料为40s棉精梳单纱的平纹色织双层纱布,纱布的表层是色纱与漂白纱交织的条纹状,里层经纬向纱线均采用漂白纱交织,纱布面料的经纬密度为136×96,表层纱布与里层密度比为1:1,接结点间距1.3cm。
在多层纱布表层放置筛网,选用网版规格为100目,在筛网表面涂布整理液,使得整理液通过筛网的网孔均匀的渗入纱布表层。整理液包括免烫整理剂、催化剂、柔软剂、渗透剂、纤维增强剂。其中整理剂包括改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲、2D树脂、聚氨酯。
S20、烘干,将涂液后的多层纱布置于80-100℃的温度下烘干5-10分钟。
S30、焙烘,将烘干后的多层纱布置于130℃-150℃下焙烘10-180秒。焙烘使整理剂中的树脂与纤维素纤维之间发生交联反应,形成稳定的化学键,防止纤维之间的滑移,实现免烫的功能。
焙烘后的多层纱布如图2所示,由于整理液通过网孔在织物表面形成点状结合点,整理剂在催化剂的作用下,与纤维素纤维发生交联反应,各结合点就都形成了交联点4,从而起到定型作用。交联点4提供良好的免烫性,交联点4 之间存在空隙,使得纱布具有良好的柔软性,避免浸轧免烫整理工艺造成的手感偏硬。
S40、水洗,将焙烘后的多层纱布放置在连续式水洗机械装置里,加入皂洗剂1g/L-5g/L,浴比为1:20-1:40,于95-100℃皂洗8-10min。将皂洗后的面料再经过1-2次冷水漂洗,50-60℃下烘干。清洗掉织物表面未发生反应的多余试剂。
S50、定型,水洗后的多层纱布进行定型。
如图3所示,经过免烫整理的多层纱布表层2的外表面形成免烫涂层1,而由于增粘剂的作用,整理液不会渗透到里层纱布3,因此,里层纱布3仍保持原有纯棉纱布的特性。
本实施例中还就不同整理剂的配比做了多组对比实验,如下表所示,
其中,实验一中整理剂包括:改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲60g/L,氯化镁20 g/L,聚氨酯DICRYLAN BSRN 60g/L,强力保护剂TURPEX ACN NEW 40g/L,亲水性氨基硅油柔软剂30g/L,润湿剂ULTRAVON CN 0.5g/L,JFC 0.5g/L,聚丙烯酸酯类增稠剂0.6g/L,余量为水。
选用筛网网孔规格为120目,将涂液后的多层纱布于80℃下烘干5分钟,于焙烘150℃焙烘10秒。
实验二中,整理剂包括:改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲80g/L,氯化镁20g/L,聚氨酯DICRYLAN BSRN 60g/L,强力保护剂TURPEX ACN NEW 40g/L,亲水性氨基硅油柔软剂30g/L,润湿剂ULTRAVON CN 0.5g/L,JFC 0.5g/L,聚丙烯酸酯类增稠剂0.8g/L,余量为水。
选用筛网规格为120目,将涂液后的多层纱布于80℃下烘干5分钟,于130 ℃下焙烘60秒。
实验三中,整理剂包括:改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲100g/L,氯化镁20g/L,聚氨酯DICRYLAN BSRN 60g/L,强力保护剂TURPEX ACN NEW 40g/L,亲水性氨基硅油柔软剂30g/L,润湿剂ULTRAVON CN 0.5g/L,JFC 0.3g/L,聚丙烯酸酯类增稠剂1.0g/L,余量为水。
选用筛网规格为100目,将涂液后的多层纱布置于80℃下烘干10分钟,于 150℃下焙烘20秒。
实验四中,整理剂包括:零甲醛树脂KNITTEX FFRC 80g/L,聚氨酯 DICRYLAN BSRN60g/L,强力保护剂TURPEX ACN NEW 40g/L,亲水性氨基硅油柔软剂30g/L,润湿剂ULTRAVONCN 0.5g/L,聚丙烯酸酯类增稠剂1.0g/L,余量为水。
选用筛网规格为100目,将涂液后的多层纱布于80℃下烘干10分钟,于 150℃下焙烘20秒。
实验五中,整理剂包括:零甲醛树脂KNITTEX FFRC 120g/L,聚氨酯 DICRYLANBSRN 60g/L,强力保护剂TURPEX ACN NEW 40g/L,亲水性氨基硅油柔软剂30g/L,润湿剂ULTRAVON CN 0.5g/L,聚丙烯酸酯类增稠剂1.0g/L,余量为水。
选用筛网规格为120目,将涂液后的双层纱布于80℃下烘干5分钟,于130 ℃温度下焙烘60秒。
实验六中,整理剂包括:零甲醛树脂KNITTEX FFRC 160g/L,聚氨酯 DICRYLANBSRN 60g/L,强力保护剂TURPEX ACN NEW 40g/L,亲水性氨基硅油柔软剂30g/L,润湿剂ULTRAVON CN 0.5g/L,聚丙烯酸酯类增稠剂1.0g/L,余量为水。
选用筛网规格为100目,将涂液后的织物于80℃温度下烘干10分钟,于150℃温度下焙烘20秒。
本实施例还采用现有免烫整理的方式做了一次对比实验,用于与上述六组实验进行对比,对比试验中,整理剂包括:改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲60g/L,氯化镁20g/L,聚氨酯DICRYLAN BSRN 60g/L,强力保护剂TURPEX ACN NEW 40g/L,亲水性氨基硅油柔软剂30g/L,润湿剂UL TRAVON CN 0.5g/L,余量为水。
采用浸轧——烘干——焙烘工艺,其带液率为80%,将浸轧后的多层纱布于80℃温度下烘干10分钟,于150℃温度下焙烘10秒。
将上述七组实验进行免烫整理后的多层纱布于未经免烫整理的纱布同时经过5次水洗后,测其表面抗皱性能,其中,未处理的面料抗皱性能为1.5级,免烫整理后的多层纱布抗皱性能可以达到3.5-4.0级。其中,免烫等级表示外观平整度。免烫纺织品是指经5次循环洗涤干燥后仍具有免烫性能的纺织品。主观评价织物免烫性能的方法位AATCC的林克尔试验仪外观法:将织物上下两边旋转一周压缩,除去压力放置后评价折皱状态,采用目测评级的方法评级。参照样为平挺度测试方法中采用样照AATCC 128-2004,共有1、2、3、3.5、4、5共6个级别,级别越高免烫性越好。由测试结果可知,实验三采用的整理剂配比为较为优选方案。
本发明所给出的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,将整理液通过不同目数的筛网,在多层纱布表层均匀的涂布,网孔所占的面积在纱布表面形成点状结合点,整理剂在催化剂的作用下,与纤维素纤维发生交联反应,从而起到定型作用;整理液中加入增稠剂,便于控制带液率,防止整理液透过表层纱布向里层渗透;结合点之间的空隙为纱布提供良好的柔软性,避免造成的手感偏硬。而且这种涂层整理方法只对织物的表层做局部免烫整理,多层纱布的里层保持棉纤维的原有特性,贴肤舒适性保留原棉的优点;且该免烫整理方法对人体及环境无任何损害,健康环保。

Claims (10)
1.一种全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,其特征在于,包括:
涂液,在多层纱布表层均匀的涂布免烫整理液;
焙烘,将多层纱布以预定温度下进行焙烘,使得纤维分子链间发生交联反应,防止纤维在外力作用下发生形变;
水洗,将已涂液的多层纱布进行水洗,去除纱布表面多余的整理液。
2.如权利要求1所述的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,其特征在于,所述整理液内包括增稠剂0.6-2g/L,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸酯及海藻酸钠。
3.如权利要求1所述的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,其特征在于,所述整理液还包括:
免烫整理剂60-120g/L;
催化剂20-40g/L,所述催化剂包括氯化镁、硫酸镁或氟硼酸钠;
纤维保护剂20-50g/L,所述纤维保护剂包括聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯;
柔软剂30-60g/L,所述柔软剂包括亲水性有机硅柔软剂、氨基聚硅氧烷乳液或亲水性氨基有机硅柔软剂;
渗透剂0.5-2g/L,所述渗透剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
4.如权利要求3所述的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,其特征在于,所述免烫整理剂为改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,所述催化剂为氯化镁,纤维保护剂为聚氨酯,亲水性氨基硅油柔软剂,渗透剂JFC,聚丙烯酸酯类增稠剂。
5.如权利要求3所述的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,其特征在于,所述免烫整理剂包括零甲醛树脂KNITTEX FFRC,聚氨酯DICRYLAN BSRN,亲水性氨基硅油柔软剂,聚丙烯酸酯类增稠剂。
6.如权利要求1-5任一所述的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,其特征在于,所述焙烘之前还包括:
烘干,将涂布有整理液的多层纱布于80-100℃下烘干5-10分钟。
7.如权利要求1-5任一所述的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,其特征在于,所述涂液步骤包括:
在多层纱布表层放置筛网,在筛网表面涂布整理液,使得整理液通过筛网的网孔均匀的渗入纱布表层。
8.如权利要求1-5任一所述的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,其特征在于,所述筛网网孔面积占60%-90%,网目为80目-120目。
9.如权利要求1-5任一所述的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,其特征在于,所述增稠剂浓度为0.6-2g/L。
10.如权利要求1-5任一所述的全棉多层纱布的免烫整理方法,其特征在于,所述多层纱布的表层为40s棉精梳单纱的平纹色织双层纱布。
