Abstract
本发明公开了一种织物免烫整理剂,包括以下组分且各组分的浓度分别为:QD‑WR:100‑120g/L;催化剂:15‑20g/L;柔软剂:10‑15 g/L;渗透剂:3‑5 g/L;水性聚氨酯丰弹剂10‑15 g/L。本发明通过采用特殊的整理剂配方,经最终的抗皱、缩水、白度、DP等级及强力测试实验证明,经其处理的织物具有良好的免烫效果,DP等级高,强力符合织物要求,且织物柔软,手感好,不易起皱,不缩水,具有良好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物免烫整理剂及利用其对丝织物进行整理的方法,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对于织物的质量的要求越来越高,尤其是对织物的功能性要求,比如,其免烫性能。目前,比较常用的免烫方法为覆盖、填充和共价交联,由于免烫机理的情况比较复杂,上述方法在实际使用过程中,其免烫效果并不理想。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种免烫效果好,耐久性强的织物免烫整理剂及利用其对织物进行整理的方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种织物免烫整理剂,包括以下组分且各组分的浓度分别为:
QD-WR:100-120g/L;
催化剂:15-20g/L;
柔软剂:10-15g/L;
渗透剂:3-5g/L;
水性聚氨酯丰弹剂10-15g/L。
优选,上述的织物免烫整理剂,包括以下组分且各组分的浓度分别为:
QD-WR:100g/L;
催化剂:15g/L;
柔软剂:15g/L;
渗透剂:5g/L;
水性聚氨酯丰弹剂10g/L。
且,上述的催化剂为柠檬酸盐。
上述的柔软剂为直链烷基硅油。
而上述的渗透剂则为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
一种利用上述的织物免烫整理剂对织物进行整理的方法,包括以下步骤:将织物在免烫整理剂中进行浸染、扎染,然后再对织物进行焙烘、水洗、干燥后得到目标产品。
其中,在焙烘步骤中,温度为120-130℃,焙烘时间为5-8min。
而在水洗步骤中,先用浓度为0.5%的洗涤剂洗涤,再用清水漂洗,水洗温度为35-40℃,转速为20-30转/min。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过采用特殊的整理剂配方,经最终的抗皱、缩水、白度、DP等级及强力测试实验证明,经其处理的织物具有良好的免烫效果,DP等级高,强力符合织物要求,且织物柔软,手感好,不易起皱,不缩水,具有良好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例详细说明本发明。
实施例1:
(1)制备免烫整理剂:将QD-WR:120g/L;柠檬酸盐:20g/L;直链烷基硅油:10g/L;十二烷基苯磺酸钠:3g/L;水性聚氨酯丰弹剂15g/L搅拌混合后得到整理剂;
(2)对织物进行整理:将织物在免烫整理剂中进行浸染、扎染,然后在120℃的温度条件下对织物进行焙烘5min,再用浓度为0.5%(质量百分含量)的洗涤剂进行洗涤,再用清水漂洗、水洗温度为35℃,转速为20转/min,干燥后得到目标产品。
实施例2:
(1)制备免烫整理剂:将QD-WR:100g/L;柠檬酸盐:15g/L;直链烷基硅油:15g/L;十二烷基苯磺酸钠:5g/L;水性聚氨酯丰弹剂10g/L搅拌混合后得到整理剂;
(2)对织物进行整理:将织物在免烫整理剂中进行浸染、扎染,然后在130℃的温度条件下对织物进行焙烘8min,再用浓度为0.5%(质量百分含量)的洗涤剂进行洗涤,再用清水漂洗、水洗温度为40℃,转速为30转/min,干燥后得到目标产品。
实施例3:
(1)制备免烫整理剂:将QD-WR:110g/L;柠檬酸盐:18g/L;直链烷基硅油:12g/L;十二烷基苯磺酸钠:4g/L;水性聚氨酯丰弹剂12g/L搅拌混合后得到整理剂;
(2)对织物进行整理:将织物在免烫整理剂中进行浸染、扎染,然后在125℃的温度条件下对织物进行焙烘6min,再用浓度为0.5%(质量百分含量)的洗涤剂进行洗涤,再用清水漂洗、水洗温度为38℃,转速为25转/min,干燥后得到目标产品。
将上述实施例1-3制备得到的免烫纤维针织布的坯布进行抗皱、缩水、白度、DP等级及强力测试。结果显示:三个实施例中的布料的DP等级均达到了3.5级以上,纬向撕破强力大于1.6/1bs,断裂强力大于34.17/1bs,且不缩水、不起皱,白度高,手感柔软。
本发明按照上述实施例进行了说明应当理解,上述实施例不以任何形式限定本发明,凡采用等同替换或等效变换方式所获得的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种织物免烫整理剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分且各组分的浓度分别为:
QD-WR:100-120g/L;
催化剂:15-20g/L;
柔软剂:10-15g/L;
渗透剂:3-5g/L;
水性聚氨酯丰弹剂10-15g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物免烫整理剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分且各组分的浓度分别为:
QD-WR:100g/L;
催化剂:15g/L;
柔软剂:15g/L;
渗透剂:g/L;
水性聚氨酯丰弹剂10g/L。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种织物免烫整理剂,其特征在于,所述的催化剂为柠檬酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种织物免烫整理剂,其特征在于,所述的柔软剂为直链烷基硅油。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种织物免烫整理剂,其特征在于,所述的渗透剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
6.一种利用权利要求1所述的织物免烫整理剂对织物进行整理的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将织物在免烫整理剂中进行浸染、扎染,然后再对织物进行焙烘、水洗、干燥后得到目标产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种利用整理剂对织物进行整理的方法,其特征在于,在焙烘步骤中,温度为120-130℃,焙烘时间为5-8min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种利用整理剂对织物进行整理的方法,其特征在于,在水洗步骤中,先用浓度为0.5%的洗涤剂洗涤,再用清水漂洗,水洗温度为35-40℃,转速为20-30转/min。
