Abstract
本发明提供一种适用于浅色或白色纯棉面料的处理方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:1)前处理:面料经前处理正常烧毛退浆→丝光整理→液氨整理;2)浸轧:将pH值为4.2~4.5整理液注入拉幅机轧车的轧槽中,两浸两轧,轧余率60~65%,上述整理液由树脂、催化剂、甲醛捕捉剂、易去污助剂、有机硅特效亲水柔软剂和水组成,各组份重量百分比为:树脂8~10%、催化剂2~3%、甲醛捕捉剂2~3%、易去污助剂4~6%、有机硅特效亲水柔软剂1~2%,其余为水,搅拌均匀;3)烘干1~2min;4)后处理。经本发明整理后的面料不含有全氟辛基磺酰衍生物,绿色环保低碳,能吸收汗液且易去除污垢,有优越的耐洗性能。

技术领域
本发明提供一种适用于浅色或白色纯棉面料的处理方法,属于纺织技术领域。
技术背景
吸水+易去污+后焙烘整理可赋予面料一定等级平整度、吸水性和易去污性能,使成衣表面获得优良的平整度和褶裥保形性,一般是与树脂整理一起实现,最后将服装通过焙烘,使功能助剂与纤维发生化学反应而获得多功能效果,现在此多功能整理服装越来越受到人们的亲睐。但是该整理是通过同浴法实现以上三种功能整理,由于使用多种助剂,不同性质的助剂较难取得好的配伍性,也使得最终整理效果不理想。而且浅色或白色面料较难加工此功能,现在整理技术一般采用易去污+后焙烘整理,用于较深颜色的面料,存在吸水性差、易去污等级低、手感较硬、不耐洗的缺点。目前浅色或白色纯棉面料吸水+易去污+后焙烘整理应用较少。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种能使面料同时具备一定等级平整度、吸水性和易去污性能且手感柔软的适用于浅色或白色纯棉面料的处理方法。其技术方案为采用以下步骤:
一种适用于浅色或白色纯棉面料的处理方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)前处理:面料经前处理正常烧毛退浆→丝光整理→液氨整理;
2)浸轧:将pH值为4.2~4.5整理液注入拉幅机轧车的轧槽中,两浸两轧,轧余率60~65%,上述整理液由树脂、镁盐、甲醛捕捉剂、过氟烷基丙烯共聚合产物、变性硅油聚酯系树脂和水组成,上述组份的重量百分比为:树脂8~10%、镁盐2~3%、甲醛捕捉剂2~3%、过氟烷基丙烯共聚合产物4~6%、变性硅油聚酯系树脂1~2%,其余为水,将各种助剂按照上面的比例逐一加入水中,搅拌均匀;
3)烘干:拉幅机内烘箱温度依次为70℃、70℃、80℃、80℃、90℃、90℃,上下风量分别为80%、70%,时间1~2min烘干;
4)后处理:正规操作预缩机,将拉幅后的面料进行预缩。
所述的适用于浅色或白色纯棉面料的处理方法,树脂选用高醚化率N-羟甲基酸胺、以改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲为基础的反应性交联剂或改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲;催化剂选用镁盐;甲醛捕捉剂选用咪唑啉衍生物、尿素衍生物或烷酮类化合物。
本发明与现有技术相比,其优点在于:
1、处理后的面料平整度等级在3.5级(AATCC 124法)、易去污等级洗前4级,30次洗后3级(AATCC130法)、吸水性洗前10s以内,30次洗后5s以内(AATCC 79法),成衣褶裥3.5级(AATCC88C)。
2、该整理后的面料不含有全氟辛基磺酰衍生物PFOS,绿色环保低碳,能吸收汗液且易去除污垢,有优越的耐洗性能。
3、本发明工艺稳定性强且能适应大货、多品种的快速生产要求。

3)烘干:拉幅机内烘箱温度依次为70℃、70℃、80℃、80℃、90℃、90℃,上下风量分别为80%、70%,时间1min烘干;
4)后处理:将拉幅后的面料做缩水测试(T:-2.8%,W:-4.0%),根据缩水结果,将轧距设定为10mm,呢毯温度设定为100℃,大锡林温度设定为145℃,车速设定为45m/min,对面料进行预缩加工,最终获得了合格的水洗尺寸变化率(T:-1.3%,W:-1.9%)。

2)浸轧:将pH值为4.2整理液注入拉幅机轧车的轧槽中,两浸两轧,轧余率65%,上述整理液由改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲为基础的反应性交联剂、镁盐、尿素衍生物、过氟烷基丙烯共聚合产物、变性硅油聚酯系树脂和水组成,各组份重量百分比为:改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲为基础的反应性交联剂10%、镁盐为基础辅以其他添加剂3%、尿素衍生物3%、过氟烷基丙烯共聚合产物6%、变性硅油聚酯系树脂2%,其余为水,将各种助剂按照上面的比例逐一加入水中,搅拌均匀;
3)烘干:拉幅机内烘箱温度依次为70℃、70℃、80℃、80℃、90℃、90℃,上下风量分别为80%、70%,时间2min烘干;
4)后处理:将拉幅后的面料做缩水测试(T:-4.2%,W:-5.1%),根据缩水结果,将轧距设定为10mm,呢毯温度设定为100℃,大锡林温度设定为145℃,车速设定为45m/min,对面料进行预缩加工,最终获得了合格的水洗尺寸变化率(T:-1.4%,W:-1.9%)。
对以上实施例所得到面料以及制成的成衣进行测试,测试标准执行平整度等级AATCC 124法、易去污等级AATCC130法、吸水性AATCC 79法、接缝等级AATCC88B法、褶裥等级AATCC88C,结果如下表:
Claims (2)
1.一种适用于浅色或白色纯棉面料的处理方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)前处理:面料经前处理正常烧毛退浆→丝光整理→液氨整理;
2)浸轧:将pH值为4.2~4.5整理液注入拉幅机轧车的轧槽中,两浸两轧,轧余率60~65%,上述整理液由树脂、镁盐、甲醛捕捉剂、过氟烷基丙烯共聚合产物、变性硅油聚酯系树脂和水组成,上述组份的重量百分比为:树脂8~10%、镁盐2~3%、甲醛捕捉剂2~3%、过氟烷基丙烯共聚合产物4~6%、变性硅油聚酯系树脂1~2%,其余为水,将各种助剂按照上面的比例逐一加入水中,搅拌均匀;
3)烘干:拉幅机内烘箱温度依次为70℃、70℃、80℃、80℃、90℃、90℃,上下风量分别为80%、70%,时间1~2min烘干;
4)后处理:正规操作预缩机,将拉幅后的面料进行预缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于浅色或白色纯棉面料的处理方法,其特征在于:树脂选用高醚化率N-羟甲基酸胺、以改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲为基础的反应性交联剂或改性的N-羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲;催化剂选用镁盐;甲醛捕捉剂选用咪唑啉衍生物、尿素衍生物或烷酮类化合物。
