本发明公开了一种塑料管件切割用粉尘集中辅助机架,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的前后两侧固定有侧挡板,机架的顶板的中部固定有切割机构,两个侧挡板的顶面有两个上盖板,两个上盖板处于切割机构的两侧,上盖板的底面两侧固定有竖直连接板,横向螺杆的两端铰接在两个竖直连接板上,其中一个竖直连接板上固定有推动电机,推动块螺接在横向螺杆中,推动块的底面固定有推动架,推动架的底板的顶面上固定有推动气缸,推动气缸的推杆竖直向下穿过推动架的底板并固定有主连接块,主连接块的底面固定有毛绒推动装置;它可以将切割的粉尘积累在机架的顶板上,同时,通过移动毛绒块体将粉尘或碎削集中,从而大大方便后续的吸尘处理。

技术领域:
本发明涉及管件加工技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种塑料管件切割用粉尘集中辅助机架。
背景技术:
现有的长形管体进行加工需要进行切割,而切割时,会产生大量的粉尘等,粉尘会从机架吹落掉到地面或周围的角落中,从而不容易被清理和打扫,影响周围环境的卫生。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种塑料管件切割用粉尘集中辅助机架,它可以通过阻挡块提升并与两个侧挡板组成框体将切割的粉尘积累在机架的顶板上,减少粉尘从机架的顶板掉落,同时,通过移动毛绒块体将粉尘或碎削集中,从而大大方便后续的吸尘处理,减少粉尘对周围环境的影响。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种塑料管件切割用粉尘集中辅助机架,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的前后两侧固定有侧挡板,机架的顶板的中部固定有切割机构,两个侧挡板的顶面有两个上盖板,两个上盖板处于切割机构的两侧,上盖板的底面两侧固定有竖直连接板,横向螺杆的两端铰接在两个竖直连接板上,其中一个竖直连接板上固定有推动电机,推动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在横向螺杆的一端具有的花键孔中,推动块螺接在横向螺杆中,推动块的底面固定有推动架,推动架的底板的顶面上固定有推动气缸,推动气缸的推杆竖直向下穿过推动架的底板并固定有主连接块,主连接块的底面固定有毛绒推动装置,毛绒推动装置的毛绒块体压靠在机架的顶板的顶面上;
所述机架的顶板的两侧具有竖直通槽,竖直通槽中插套有自润滑套,自润滑套的外侧壁固定在竖直通槽的内侧壁上,阻挡块插套在自润滑套中,阻挡块的外侧壁紧贴自润滑套的内侧壁,阻挡块的底面固定有多个连接柱,连接柱的底端伸出机架的顶板并固定在提升块上,提升块螺接在多个竖直螺杆中,竖直螺杆的顶端铰接在机架的顶板的底面上,竖直螺杆的底端铰接在下连接板上,下连接板固定在机架的支撑腿上,下连接板的底面固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在对应的竖直螺杆的底端具有的花键孔中。
所述侧挡板的两侧的内侧壁上固定有两个自润滑导向条,两个对应的自润滑导向条之间形成导向通道,阻挡块的端部与对应的导向通道相对应。
所述切割机构包括切割机架,切割机架的顶板上固定有升降气缸,升降气缸的推杆穿过切割机架的顶板并固定有升降板,升降板的底面固定有两个支撑板,切割刀具的中部转轴铰接在两个支撑板上,其中一个支撑板的外侧壁上固定有切割电机,切割电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在切割刀具的中部转轴的一端具有的花键孔中。
所述切割刀具的正下方的机架的顶板上具有上凹槽。
所述侧挡板的中部对应切割机构处具有操作空槽。
所述推动块的顶面固定有上自润滑块,上自润滑块压靠在上盖板的底面上。
所述主连接块的底面具有长形插槽,毛绒推动装置包括上插接部,上插接部插套在长形插槽中,长形插槽的内侧壁上螺接有多个球头柱塞,球头柱塞的钢球嵌套在上插接部的侧壁上具有的凹孔中,上插接部的底面固定有毛绒连接板,毛绒连接板的底面固定有毛绒块体。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以通过阻挡块提升并与两个侧挡板组成框体将切割的粉尘积累在机架的顶板上,减少粉尘从机架的顶板掉落,同时,通过移动毛绒块体将粉尘或碎削集中,从而大大方便后续的吸尘处理,减少粉尘对周围环境的影响。

实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种塑料管件切割用粉尘集中辅助机架,包括机架10,所述机架10的顶板的前后两侧固定有侧挡板11,机架10的顶板的中部固定有切割机构20,两个侧挡板11的顶面有两个上盖板30,两个上盖板30处于切割机构20的两侧,上盖板30的底面两侧固定有竖直连接板31,横向螺杆32的两端铰接在两个竖直连接板31上,其中一个竖直连接板31上固定有推动电机33,推动电机33的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在横向螺杆32的一端具有的花键孔中,推动块34螺接在横向螺杆32中,推动块34的底面固定有推动架35,推动架35的底板的顶面上固定有推动气缸36,推动气缸36的推杆竖直向下穿过推动架35的底板并固定有主连接块37,主连接块37的底面固定有毛绒推动装置40,毛绒推动装置40的毛绒块体41压靠在机架10的顶板的顶面上;
所述机架10的顶板的两侧具有竖直通槽12,竖直通槽12中插套有自润滑套13,自润滑套13的外侧壁固定在竖直通槽12的内侧壁上,阻挡块14插套在自润滑套13中,阻挡块14的外侧壁紧贴自润滑套13的内侧壁,阻挡块14的底面固定有多个连接柱15,连接柱15的底端伸出机架10的顶板并固定在提升块16上,提升块16螺接在多个竖直螺杆17中,竖直螺杆17的顶端铰接在机架10的顶板的底面上,竖直螺杆17的底端铰接在下连接板18上,下连接板18固定在机架10的支撑腿上,下连接板18的底面固定有驱动电机19,驱动电机19的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在对应的竖直螺杆17的底端具有的花键孔中。
进一步的说,所述侧挡板11的两侧的内侧壁上固定有两个自润滑导向条112,两个对应的自润滑导向条112之间形成导向通道,阻挡块14的端部与对应的导向通道相对应。
进一步的说,所述切割机构20包括切割机架21,切割机架21的顶板上固定有升降气缸22,升降气缸22的推杆穿过切割机架21的顶板并固定有升降板23,升降板23的底面固定有两个支撑板24,切割刀具25的中部转轴铰接在两个支撑板24上,其中一个支撑板24的外侧壁上固定有切割电机26,切割电机26的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在切割刀具25的中部转轴的一端具有的花键孔中。
进一步的说,所述切割刀具25的正下方的机架10的顶板上具有上凹槽19。
进一步的说,所述侧挡板11的中部对应切割机构20处具有操作空槽111。
进一步的说,所述推动块34的顶面固定有上自润滑块1,上自润滑块1压靠在上盖板30的底面上。
进一步的说,所述主连接块37的底面具有长形插槽371,毛绒推动装置40包括上插接部42,上插接部42插套在长形插槽371中,长形插槽371的内侧壁上螺接有多个球头柱塞372,球头柱塞372的钢球嵌套在上插接部42的侧壁上具有的凹孔43中,上插接部42的底面固定有毛绒连接板44,毛绒连接板44的底面固定有毛绒块体41。
工作原理:在切割时,通过驱动电机19运行,使得阻挡块14沿着导向通道提升,从而与两个侧挡板11之间形成阻挡框体将切割产生的粉尘进行阻挡,减少粉尘从机架10的顶板上吹落而影响周围的环境卫生,同时,在不切割时,可以将阻挡块14下降,从而方便在机架10的顶板上使用,非常方便。
然后,通过推动电机33和推动气缸36的协同运行,实现毛绒块体41压靠在机架10的顶板的顶面上进行移动,将粉尘或碎削进行集中堆积,方便后续吸尘等方式将粉尘或碎削进行处理。
