本发明公开了一种环保板料切断机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板中部固定有上支撑架,机架的顶板中部具有吸气通槽,机架的顶板的顶面固定有移动板,移动板处于上支撑架的顶板的下方,移动板的顶面中部具有放置凹槽,放置凹槽的底面固定有弹性板,弹性板和放置凹槽的底面具有上下对齐的通槽,通槽与吸气通槽上下相通;所述上支撑架的顶板的前后端固定有主支撑板体,移动螺杆的两端铰接在两个主支撑板体上,其中一个主支撑板体上固定有移动电机,移动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在移动螺杆的一端具有的花键孔中,它可以将板料切割时产生的粉尘吸附,同时,其可以自动将待切割板进行夹持固定并切割,其效率高,效果好。

[0002]现有的板料切割会产生大量的粉尘,其需要进行及时处理,而现有的切割设备中 并没有此种吸尘装置,效果差;
[0003]同时,现有的板料切割设备中其板料通过人工推动和压紧来实现切割,其切割效 率低,效果并不理想。

[0004]本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种环保板料切断机构,它可以 将板料切割时产生的粉尘吸附,同时,其可以自动将待切割板进行夹持固定并切割,其效率 高,效果好。
